In order to reflect truly the damage evolution mechanism of weak muddy intercalation in dry-wet cycles, two typical weak muddy intercalations were selected for dry-wet cycles. The mineral changes of specimens were analyzed via X-ray diffraction after dry-wet cycles. By combining in-situ SEM and digital image processing(DIP), the damage evolution process and damage characteristic parameters of each stage were obtained. The experimental results indicate that the hydration and dissolution of minerals can not be a determinant factor in structure damage. The micro-structural damage is due to disintegration of mineral aggregates, leading to changes in the number and size of cracks and pores. The damage degree of specimens is related to its initial structure, and the micro-structural damage intensifies and finally tends to stabilize with cycle times increased.

This paper studies the helium ions irradiation effects on Nd and Ce co-doped Gd_2 Zr_2 O_7 ceramics. where Nd replaces the Gd site and Ce replaces the Zr site respectively. A series of（Gd_（1-x）Nd_x）_2（Zr_（1-y）Ce_y）_2 O_7（0 ≤ x, y ≤ 1） ceramics were irradiated with a 500 keV He ions at room temperature at fluences ranging from 1 × 10^（15） to 1 × 10^（17） ions/cm^2. The irradiated samples were characterized using GIXRD, Raman and SEM measurements. From the GIXRD and Raman observations, the results indicate that all the samples display a deficient fluorite structure after irradiation. The irradiation toleration increases with the irradiation depth increasing under experimental conditions, and Nd_2 Ce_2 O_7 has the best irradiation stability in the（Gd_（1-x）Nd_x）_2（Zr_（1-y）Ce_y）_2 O_7（0≤ x. y≤1）. Based on SEM results, the irradiated samples are still relatively dense and uniform, and no second phase exists.

由于缺少系列商标认定规则,数个具有共同要素的引证商标在我国众多裁决中被直接视为系列商标,导致争议商标一旦包含相同的构成要素就被宣告无效。系列商标一经认定,数个商标之间就共享了知名度,构成混淆的可能性更高,因此认定系列商标需要非常谨慎。只有相关消费者能将商标中的共同要素与特定主体联系起来,相关商标才能被认定为系列商标。为解决系列商标认定问题,在适用商标法第三十条时,需将混淆可能性纳入判定要件当中,在具体场景下综合共同要素的显著性、商标知名度以及相关的辅助因素认定系列商标。如果不符合系列商标的要求,必须以单个商标为基础考察争议商标是否构成混淆。

厘清个体赋权路径在算法决策治理中的定位才能合理界定个人权利范围和效能。算法决策治理具有双重目标,即尊重人的主体性和解决算法决策的功能性问题。个体赋权存在个体能力不足、解释意义不足、个体权利绝对化等限制,不宜将其作为解决算法决策功能性问题的主要路径。个体赋权的定位主要在于尊重人的主体性,通过构建算法“正当程序”为使用算法提供正当性基础。个体赋权的内容应当体现为通过透明权利适度提高算法透明度,以便于个人了解自动化决策并提出观点和质疑。解决算法决策功能性问题的重心应当转向以“风险预防规则”和协同治理模式为核心的个人信息影响评估,形成全过程治理。

交通量对在役路面抗滑性能衰减及纹理演化影响显著。为研究累积交通量对沥青路表纹理演化规律,采用激光轮廓测量仪采集各类型路面宏微观纹理,选择相应表征参数进行计算,并针对各纹理表征参数进行相关性分析,排除多重线性关系后,选取RMPD、Rsk、Rku以及RSBI作为评价路面抗滑性能指标;以课题组自主研发调试的轮胎-路面动态摩擦测试系统(tire-pavement dynamic friction analyzer,TDFA)为依托模拟不同交通量;利用TDFA进行磨耗试验,对不同交通量下路表纹理参数的演变。研究结果表明:纹理参数在交通磨耗作用下,重载交通出现区间越早,对沥青路面的磨损越严重;中后期出现重载交通则对沥青路面的抗滑性能影响相对较小。
