Introduction:Large stocks of“blue carbon”exist in the ecosystems of coastal *** paper presents a case study of the Chinese city of ***,through field surveys and laboratory analysis,changes in the organic carbon(OC)content in typical plant communities throughout the study area are described in ***,an OC burial rate and economic value model is constructed to analyze the composition of the carbon sink ***/other:The results are as follows:Of the typical plant communities,Spartina alterniflora has the highest OC content(5.80 g·kg-1),followed by Suaeda glauca(4.78 g·kg-1)and Phragmites australis(3.76 g·kg-1);the contemporary OC sedimentation rates are 2.01,1.48,and 1.22 cm·yr-1,*** alterniflora communities have the highest annual average carbon sink value($418.74/ha)in the study area,followed by Phragmites australis($176.29/ha)and Suaeda glauca($101.54/ha).Discussion:As a result of both the expansion of the Spartina alterniflora area and coastal erosion,the total OC value since 1987 has displayed two-stage characteristics:it first increased and then ***:In recent years,the annual average decline in OC value has ranged from approximately$82,100 to$123,100(reference:the Sweden carbon tax provided by the World Bank,130$/ton)

Using the theories of population carrying capacity and ecological elasticity in other fields for reference, the connotation of regional human settlement system was defined from the viewpoint of the complex relationship among the factors such as regional population, resources, environment and economic and social development in the context of China′s rapid urbanization. Then the concept and characterization methods of the regional human settlement carrying capacity were proposed by means of population scale. Furthermore, a model of carrying capacity-pressure-state-response(CPSR) on regional human settlement system was established by referencing pressure-state-response(PSR) model, and the Catastrophe Theory was introduced to determine the corresponding standards of multi-criteria programming and evaluation. Taking Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China as an example, an empirical analysis on evaluation of human settlement system from 2000 to 2012 was carried out. The results showed that the carrying capacity of human settlement system in Dalian was fluctuating between 9.6 × 106 to 10 × 106 persons with a quantitative stage of the dynamic regulation. During the research period the load index of human settlement system in Dalian dropped from 0.96 to 0.84 with a lower pressure of human settlement system than the national average level. And the emergency response grades of human settlement system in Dalian were kept in grade Ⅱ(orange warning) or grade Ⅲ(yellow warning). Human settlement system of Dalian was in slight security state as a whole, but the load had a tendency of increase in recent years. The related departments should pay close attention to regional human settlement system and take active measures to improve human settlement by both intensity control and total quantity control. Based on the interactive development of new industrialization, rapid urbanization and agricultural modernization(IUAM), and from the viewpoint of interactive responses and supply-demand relationships between regional water resources carrying capacity and economic-social development, this paper puts forward the concepts and characterization methods of water resources relative intensity(WRI), water resources carrying rate(WCR) and sustainable index of water resources system(WSI). Considering the catastrophic trait of water resources carrying capacity and its contradictory relationship with WRI, a modified Catastrophe Model, which combines Catastrophe Theory and Fuzzy Mathematic Theory, was introduced to perform a multi-objective and multi-criterion comprehensive assessment of the sustainability of water resources carrying capacity(WSCC) based on benchmarking. According to these concepts and models, land WSCC for the China mainland was set as an example for empirical analysis. The results showed that at the scale of first-grade water regions, Liaohe River, Yangtze River and Pearl River regions had high WRI of domestic water, while Northwestern Rivers, Southeastern Rivers regions and Yangtze River region in some years had high WRI of eco-environment water. However, they were all in a downtrend, while the other four northern regions had low WRI in an uptrend. The agricultural WRI in Songhua River, Yellow River and Northwestern Rivers regions were relatively high and industrial WRI in Songhua River, Yangtze River and Pearl River regions were also relatively high. At the provincial scale, WSCC of urban domestic water was relatively stable, WSCC of eco-environment was obviously fluctuating, and WSCC of agriculture and industry were constantly rising. Overall, WRI in the China mainland generally decreased. Laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectra of jet-cooled NiC1 molecules were recorded in the energy range of 12900-15000 cm-1. Six vibronic bands with rotational structure have been observed and assigned to the [13.0]2II3/2（v＇=0-5）-X2II3/2（v＂=0） transition progression. The relevant rotational constants, significant isotopic shifts, and （equilibrium） molecular parameters have been determined. In addition, the lifetimes of the observed bands have also been measured.

Introduction:Accurate identification of the dominant factors affecting coastal wetlands can provide a reference for vegetation *** this study,quantitative analysis was performed on the Yancheng coastal wetland using ANOVA and geostatistical ***/other:The results indicated that in the directions perpendicular and parallel to the coastline,the soil moisture and salinity in the study area exhibited relatively significant(p75%)for soil moisture and salinity in the southern experimental zone and southern buffer ***:Compared with the northern study area,the contribution of human disturbance to the spatial heterogeneity of soil moisture and salinity in the southern study area is higher.

Laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectra of NiO have been recorded in the wavelength region of 510-650 nm under supersonic molecular beam conditions. More than fifty bands have been observed and rotationally analyzed to determine the molecular constants. The excited states exhibit highly irregular variations in terms of isotopic shifts, vibrational intervals, and rotational constants. Twenty-six bands attributed to [Ω=0, 1]-X3∑o transitions have been tentatively grouped into five vibrational progressions. Furthermore, dispersed fluorescence and lifetimes of the strong bands have also been measured.

火场助燃剂检验鉴定的基质干扰一直是法庭科学领域研究的重点和难点。为进一步探究C=C是否为基质干扰官能团，采用气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）技术和裂解气相色谱-质谱联用（Py-GC/MS）技术，分别从化学结构和裂解过程的角度定性分析加氢处理（饱和丁二烯双键）前后的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物（SBS）和苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯（SEBS）燃烧/裂解产物对汽油鉴定的影响，利用二者的烷基苯、茚满类和稠环芳烃类组分提取离子流色谱图（EICs）与汽油燃烧残留物对应的EICs的谱图相似度对两类材料的干扰程度进行定量分析。定性和定量分析结果均表明，SEBS对汽油鉴定的干扰较小：相较于SBS，在SEBS燃烧残留物中无法检出茚满、二甲基茚满及二甲基萘等特征组分，并且烷基苯、茚满类和稠环芳烃类特征组分的相对含量均明显减少，即SEBS造成“假阳性”干扰的程度更低；加载汽油混合燃烧后，SBS和SEBS残留物的特征组分相对峰面积比例与汽油燃烧残留物仍存在较大差异，容易造成“假阴性”的结论；SEBS裂解过程中产生的含双键结构的裂解产物更少。结合SBS和SEBS双键结构的差异和裂解产物的差异，验证了C=C结构与汽油鉴定中的基质干扰程度存在关联。本研究结果为进一步了解火场残留物检验鉴定中产生基质干扰的官能团提供了重要参考。

Several rigid substrates such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, nickel foil, silicon, and sodium lime glass have been employed for manufacturing high quality TiO2 films by metal organic chemical vapor deposition （MOCVD）. The as-deposited TiO2 films have been characterized with SEM/EDX and XRD. The photocatalytic properties were investigated by decomposition of aqueous orange Ⅱ. UV VIS photospectrometer was employed to check the absorption characteristics and photocatalytic degradation activity. The results show that films synthesized on metal substrates display higher photoactivities than that on absolute substrates such as silicon and glass. It is found that solar light is an alternative to UV-light used for illumination during photodegradation of orange Ⅱ. TiO2 film on stainless steel substrate was regarded as the best one for photocatalysis.

Laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectra and dispersed fluorescence spectra of cobalt sulfide （COS） have been recorded in the energy range of 22400-24400 cm-1 （corresponding to 446-409 nm）. A new electronic transition progression with six vibronic bands, stemming from the X4AT/2 state of CoS, was identified and assigned to be [24.0014AT/2-X4A7/2. The new observed 4A state most probably originates from the core[10a2][47r3][lla2][153][57r3] electronic configuration. Strong perturbations are found to extensively exist in the transition bands of this new state. The rotational constants and lifetimes of these bands have been determined.
