Modern rice production faces the dual challenges of increasing grain yields while reducing inputs of chemical ***,the disequilibrium between the nitrogen(N)supplement from the soil and the demand for N of plants is a serious obstacle to achieving these ***-based diagnosis can help farmers make better choices regarding the timing and amount of topdressing N *** objective was to evaluate a non-destructive assessment of rice N demands based on the relative SPAD value(RSPAD)due to leaf positional *** this study,two field experiments were conducted,including a field experiment of different N rates(Exp.I)and an experiment to evaluate the new strategy of nitrogen-split application based on RSPAD(***).The results showed that higher N inputs significantly increased grain yield in modern high yielding super rice,but at the expense of lower nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).The N nutrition index(NNI)can adequately differentiate situations of excessive,optimal,and insufficient N nutrition in rice,and the optimal N rate for modern high yielding rice is higher than conventional *** RSPAD is calculated as the SPAD value of the top fully expanded leaf *** value of the third leaf,which takes into account the non-uniform N distribution within a *** RSPAD can be used as an indicator for higher yield and NUE,and guide better management of N fertilizer ***,we developed a new strategy of nitrogen-split application based on RSPAD,in which the N rate was reduced by 18.7%,yield was increased by 1.7%,and the agronomic N use efficiency was increased by 27.8%,when compared with standard farmers'*** strategy of N fertilization shows great potential for ensuring high yielding and improving NUE at lower N inputs.

The emergence of novel self-powered humidity sensors has attracted considerable attention in the fields of smart electronic devices and personal ***,self-powered humidity sensors have been fabricated using a moisture-driven energy generation(MEG)device based on asymmetric tubular graphitic carbon nitride(g-CN)films prepared on anodized aluminum(AAO)*** a relative humidity(RH)of 96%,the MEG device can provide an open-circuit voltage of 0.47 V and a short-circuit current of 3.51μA,with a maximum output power of 0.08μ*** inherent self-powered ability and humidity response via current variation,an extraordinary response of 1.78×106%(41%-96%RH)can be gained from the MEG *** possible power generation mechanism is that g-CN/AAO heterostructure can form ion gradient and diffusion under the action of moisture to convert chemical potential into electrical potential,evoking a connaturally sensitive response to ***-powered respiration monitoring device based on the sensor is designed to monitor human movement(sitting,warming up,and running)and sleep status(normal,snoring,and apnea),maintaining excellent stability during cumulative 12-h respiration *** self-powered humidity sensing technology has promising potential for extensive integration into smart electronic and round-the-clock health monitoring devices.

为在资源有限的终端设备上运行计算密集型与时延敏感型应用,同时降低系统时延和能耗,构建边缘云异构网络模型。本文提出了一种H-PSOGA多任务卸载优化算法,并通过无人机、路边单元、车辆等边缘设备以及边缘云服务器进行多任务计算卸载。该算法以先串行再并行的方式将粒子群和遗传算法结合在一起,通过适应度值排序、种群选择、多点交叉、反向变异等操作,利用遗传算法对粒子群进行优选,弥补粒子群算法早熟收敛、陷入局部最优的缺陷。6种标准测试函数的测试分析以及与基线方案进行仿真对比的结果表明:在用户数较多时,混合优化算法的系统平均开销可降低26%~43%,可以有效提高收敛精度。

Recent research certified that DOT1L and its mutations represented by R231Q were potential targets for the treatment of lung ***,a series of adenosine-containing derivatives were identified with DOT1LR231Q inhibition through antiproliferation assay and Western blot analysis in the H460R231Q *** most promising compound 37 significantly reduced DOT1LR231Q mediated H3K79 methylation and effectively inhibited the proliferation,self-renewal,migration,and invasion of lung cancer cell lines at low micromolar *** cell permeability and cellular target engagement of 37 were verified by both CETSA and DARTS *** the H460R231Q OE cell-derived xenograft(CDX)model,37 displayed pronounced tumor growth inhibition after intraperitoneal administration at 20 mg/kg dose for 3 weeks(TGI=54.38%),without obvious toxicities.A pharmacokinetic study revealed that 37 possessed tolerable properties(t_(1/2)=1.93±0.91 h,F=97.2%)after intraperitoneal administration in *** study confirmed that 37 suppressed malignant phenotypes of lung cancer carrying R231Q gain-of-function mutation via the MAPK/ERK signaling ***,analysis of the binding modes between molecules and DOT1LWT/R231Q proteins put forward the“Induced-fit”allosteric model in favor to the discovery of potent DOT1L candidates.

Recently developed ‘super’ rice cultivars with greater yield potentials often suffer from the problem of poor grain filling, especially in inferior spikelets. Here, we studied the activities of enzymes related to starch metabolism in rice stems and grains, and the microstructures related to carbohydrate accumulation and transportation to investigate the effects of different water regimes on grain filling. Two ‘super’ rice cultivars were grown under two irrigation regimes of well-watered(WW) and alternate wetting and moderate soil drying(AWMD). Compared with the WW treatment,the activities of ADP glucose pyrophosphorylase(AGPase), starch synthase(StSase) and starch branching enzyme(SBE), and the accumulation of non-structural carbohydrates(NSCs) in the stems before heading were significantly improved, and more starch granules were stored in the stems in the AWMD treatment. After heading, the activities of α-amylase, β-amylase, sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS) and sucrose synthase in the synthetic direction(SSs)were increased in the stems to promote the remobilization of NSCs for grain filling under AWMD. During grain filling, the enzymatic activities of sucrose synthase in the cleavage direction(SSc), AGPase, StSase and SBE in the inferior spikelets were increased, which promoted grain filling, especially for the inferior spikelets under ***, there were no significant differences in vascular microstructures. The grain yield and grain weight could be improved by 13.1 and 7.5%, respectively, by optimizing of the irrigation regime. We concluded that the low activities of key enzymes in carbon metabolism is the key limitation for the poor grain filling, as opposed to the vascular microstructures, and AWMD can increase the amount of NSC accumulation in the stems before heading, improve the utilization rate of NSCs after heading, and increase the grain filling, especially in the inferior spikelets, by altering the activities of key enzymes in carbon metabolism.

自雷蒙·威廉斯的《关键词:文化与社会的词汇》被引入国内以来,关键词研究一度成为文学艺术研究领域的一股热潮:以“关键词”直接命名的各种专著有三四十余种,其中不乏《西方文论关键词》《文化研究关键词》等名作,以此命名的各类专栏与译著更是不胜枚举。然而,不少研究仍停留在词典编纂式的研究阶段,从知识论的角度来梳理特定词源的语义源流和古今演绎,尚无法呈现词语背后生活与思想的复杂流变。

Xanthomonas spp. cause severe bacterial diseases. However, effective strategies for prevention and management of these diseases are scarce. Thus, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of control of diseases caused by Xanthomonas. In this study, Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae(Xoo), which causes rice bacterial leaf blight, has been studied as a representative. A transposon insertion library of Xoo, comprising approximately 200,000 individual insertion mutants, was generated. Transposon sequencing data indicated that the mariner C9 transposase mapped at 35.7–36.4% of all potential insertion sites, revealing 491 essential genes required for the growth of Xoo in rich media. The results show that, compared to the functions of essential genes of other bacteria, the functions of some essential genes of Xoo are unknown, 25 genes might be dangerous for the Xanthomonas group, and 3 are specific to Xanthomonas. High-priority candidates for developing broad-spectrum, Xanthomonas-specific, and environment-friendly bactericides were identified in this study. In addition, this study revealed the possible targets of dioctyldiethylenetriamine using surface plasmon resonance(SPR) in combination with high performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry(HPLC–MS). The study also provided references for the research of some certain bactericides with unknown anti-bacterial mode of action. In conclusion, this study urged a better understanding of Xanthomonas,provided meaningful data for the management of bacterial leaf blight, and disclosed selected targets of a novel bactericide.

有过很长一段时间,我并未意识到我的诗歌写作会被说成是高产的。我还以为大家都一样。虽然对每个诗人而言,写作的速度有快慢之分,但身处现代汉语最具张力的时代,我觉得当代诗人的产量差别不会很大。年轻的时候,谁都有过一晚上写好几首诗的体验。我刚刚留在北大任教的时候,给本科生开“诗歌写作”课,讲到诗人王敖的写作速度是,一周可以写出半本诗集。1990年代后期,张枣和我谈及过新诗的产量这一话题。张枣基本上是天才派,写作习惯受制于风格意识、语言感觉。万物都可以归结在一首诗里。
