A novel scaffold containing collagen-I/polylactic acid（PLA）/nanohydroxyapatite（nHA） was prepared via co-electrospinning method. Different target substrates were used to improve the collection efficiency of this scaffold. The properties of the novel scaffold were compared with those of conventionally prepared ones. Compared to con- ventional method, the modified method was more efficient in producing the scaffold. Moreover, the porosity, thickness, and morphology of the novel scaffold were better than those of scaffolds prepared by conventional methods. The properties of collagen-I, collagen-I/PLA and collagen-I/PLA/nHA scaffolds were also compared. Diameters of the electrospun fibers ranged from 180 to 405 nm, and roughness was present on the surface of the fibers due to the deposition of crystals of nHA along the long axis of the fibers. The fibers of the collagen-I/PLA/nHA scaffold and the fibers of natural bone tissue had similar structure.

Hoffa fracture associated with ipsilateral femoral shaft fracture is very rare. Three cases of this rare type of injury were retrospectively reviewed. The sites of femoral shaft fractures and Hoffa fractures were documented. All femoral shall fractures were managed with internal tixation. The rate ofmisdiagnosis for the Hoffa fractures was documented. Functions of the affected knees were evaluated according to the modified Hospital for Special Surgery （HSS） scores at two years follow-up. Femoral fractures were either transverse or composite in all three cases. Ipsilateral Hoffa fractures occurred at medial condyle in two cases, and lateral condyle in one case. Only one Hoffa fracture was identified preoperatively. All the femoral shaft fiattures healed uneventfully. In the patient whose Hoffa fracture was correctly diagnosed, the modified HSS score was 94. In another patient, whose Hoffa fracture was treated by a second operation, the modified HSS score was 93. And in the third case, who refused additional operation for the Hoffa fracture, the modified HSS score was only 70. Conclusively femoral shall fracture can be associated with ipsilateral Hoffa fracture, especially in motorcycle accident. This type of iniury is very rare and misdiagnosis is common.

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

[目的]探讨成人髋臼发育不良的人工全髋关节置换的手术技巧及经验,了解成人髋臼发育不良患者行全髋关节置换术后的中远期疗效。[方法]2001年1月～2007年6月,对27例(27髋)成人髋臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎患者,进行了全髋关节置换术。男性8例,女性19例,平均年龄40.6岁(21～69岁)。所有患者均行单侧全髋置换。[结果]术后伤口均一期愈合,随访2～6年,平均48个月;平均Harris评分由术前的(39.2±3.6)分恢复到术后4年的(82.4±4.1)分(优4例、良17例、可6例),与术前比较Harris评分具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。截止目前无1例翻修,术后6个月,患者均能下地行走、生活自理且恢复日常工作。[结论]全髋关节置换术是治疗成人髋臼发育不良的有效方法,但手术难度较大,并发症较多。术前细致周密的治疗方案,充分考虑成人髋臼发育不良的原发及继发性病理改变,以采取相应的措施;术中特别需要考虑两侧肢体的长度、外展肌的平衡、软组织的松解,处理好髋臼骨缺损、髋臼及股骨近段的畸形、选择好合适的假体,是手术治疗成功的关键。
