BACKGROUND Colonoscopy is a safe and routine diagnostic and therapeutic procedure for evaluation of large bowel *** common procedure related complications include bleeding and perforation but rarely a splenic *** To investigate the reason for colonoscopy,presentation of patient with spleen injury,types of injury,diagnosis,management and outcomes of patients METHODS A structured search on four databases was done and 45 articles with 68 patients were *** reason for colonoscopy,presentation of patient with spleen injury,types of injury,diagnosis,management and outcomes of patients were identified and analyzed using *** The mean age of the patients was 62.7 years with 64%*** two percent had a complete splenic rupture with colonoscopy while 63%had subcapsular hematoma,spleen laceration and spleen *** most common reason for colonoscopy was screening(46%)followed by diagnostic colonoscopy(28%).Eighty seven percent of patients presented with abdominal *** with spleen rupture mostly required splenectomy(47%),while minor spleen hematomas and lacerations were managed conservatively(38%).Six percent of the patients were managed with proximal splenic artery splenic embolization and 4%were managed with laparoscopic *** overall mortality was 10%while 77%had complete *** reason of colonoscopy against presentation specifically,abdominal pain showed no statistical significance P=*** indication of colonoscopy had no significant impact on incidence of splenic injury(P=0.89).Majority of the patients(47%)were managed with splenectomy while the rest were managed conservatively(P=0.04).This association was moderately strong at a cramer’s V test(0.34).The Fisher exact test showed a higher mortality with spleen rupture(P=0.028).CONCLUSION Spleen rupture due to colonoscopy is a significant concern and is associated with high *** management of the patients can be individualized based on clinical pre

在工业部门使用的所有热交换装置中,溶液中悬浮颗粒的沉积会导致许多问题,如降低了过程效率和生产效率,对工业环境造成了许多危害。在换热器或工业锅炉中,悬浮物开始沉积在管道和炉壳内,造成压力增大,降低了工业设备的使用寿命。在过去的一些年里,人们采用了许多技术来减少悬浮颗粒的沉积,如制备金属合金,采用表面工程技术或表面改性方法等。表面工程或表面改性是抑制悬浮颗粒沉积的现代技术之一。其他降低表面自由能的方法有:离子注入法、等离子体化学气相沉积法和自催化法等。论文采用新近发展起来的电沉积工艺技术制备了复合疏水涂层。该方法操作简单,花费时间少,可用于制备表面自由能较小的疏水性涂料。由于疏水性和表面自由能的降低,悬浮粒子与基体金属之间的吸引力降低。采用电沉积法制备了Ni-Gr-PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene)复合涂层。目前,研究人员正在研究石墨烯和其他二维材料。由于其独特的物理化学性质,如惰性、具有低表面自由能、疏水性和最强的材料、重量轻和良好的导热。电沉积石墨烯后,基材进行PTFE浸镀。聚四氟乙烯的性质是有机的或疏水性的,进一步降低了基底的表面自由能,从而降低了溶液中悬浮物和基底间的吸引力,防止了溶液中悬浮盐沉积于基底的污染。制备了混合润湿性表面并进行了污垢试验。采用SEM、EDS、AFM和XPS等不同的表征技术,分别对表面形貌、化学元素、粗糙度和结合能进行了表征。通过接触角和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试,分别了解了其疏水性和耐腐蚀性能。在制备复合涂层后,进行了结垢试验,评价了复合涂层的防污性能。通过污垢试验,观察到复合疏水涂层对盐沉积有较好的抑制作用。与未涂层表面相比,复合疏水涂层表面改善和减少污垢和腐蚀约86-93%。

Antioxidant,phytotoxic and cytotoxic activity of methanolic extract of Trigonella foenum-graecum

Objective:To analyze the methanol extract of Trigonella foenum-graecum(***-graecum)for antioxidant,phytotoxic and cytotoxic ***:The powder of ***-graecum was extracted in diluted methanol with the help of random shaking *** extracts of the plant were measured for cytotoxic activity(beside brine shrimp and antioxidant activity vs.1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical).Results:Various concentrations of methanolic extract of ***-graecum were observed as 36.16%to 54.12%with rising concentrations of 50 to 1000μg/*** phytotoxic activity(100 and 1000μg/mL)reduced the growth of roots(radicals)and shoots(hypocotyls)of rice when compared to control after 3 and 7 days’*** a concentration of 10μg/mL,the survival rate of cytotoxic activity of brine shrimp was maximum and at a concentration of 250μg/mL,the death rate of brine shrimp was ***:***-graecum has potential activity against free radical mediated sickness and thus it is possible to treat cancer.

热管是最常用的热管理解决方案。为达到最佳效果,在特定的情况下选择合适的热管类型是非常必要的。本研究的目的是比较烧结铜丝热管和沟槽热管两种常用热管的热性能特点。采用重力辅助定位实验对充蒸馏水热管进行了测试,得到毛细管压力、操作温度、热阻和传热系数等参数结果。烧结热管的毛细管压力比所有尺寸沟槽热管的都高。在相同的热负荷下,与烧结热管相比,沟槽热管的工作温度更低。在8 W热负荷下,与烧结热管相比,沟槽热管冷凝器表面温度降低8.24%,蒸发器表面温度降低4.41%,饱和温度降低7.79%。烧结热管的热阻比沟槽热管低得多,在8 W热负荷下,最大相对差值为63.8%。在8 W热负荷下,烧结热管的传热系数是开槽热管的2倍。烧结热管的热阻和传热系数随热负荷的变化几乎呈线性变化,而沟槽热管的热阻和传热系数却出现意外的拐点。与烧结热管相比,沟槽热管更早达到平衡。当热负荷从4增加至20 W时,沟槽热管达到平衡的时间从7 min缩短至4 min,烧结热管的平衡时间从10 min缩短至7 min。
