目的 :为研制野战功能敷料提供具有良好抑菌作用的最佳组方及剂型。方法 :采用常见创面感染菌的体外抑菌活性实验 ,对民间外用验方及其在此基础上再组的 2个新组方 (分别为Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号、Ⅲ号组方 )的粉剂和提取液的平均抑菌率进行比较 ,筛选出最佳组合 ,然后与云南白药对照 ,并研究其最低抑菌浓度 (MiC)。结果 :Ⅰ号组方的提取液平均抑菌率明显高于其他组合和云南白药 ;且对标准菌株与耐药菌株均具有同样的抑菌效果 ;其MiC在62 5～2 5 g·L-1之间 ,而用于敷料浓度是MiC的 1 6～ 64倍。结论

目的探讨供肺过度膨胀对肺循环血液动力学所产生的作用及机制。方法建立肺的过膨胀动物模型。对照组和实验组(各8只杂种犬)均保持肺过度膨胀6h,实验组经股静脉给予血管扩张剂前列腺素(pGE-1)。监测肺循环动脉压,取标本检测肺组织湿/干比和支气管肺泡灌洗液蛋白含量。结果术后两组肺动脉压均升高,对照组明显高于实验组(pp>0.05);对照组的肺组织湿/干比明显高于实验组(pp<0.05。结论肺过度膨胀导致肺循环动脉压升高,不利于对供肺的保护,其作用机制与外在力学因素造成肺容积过度扩大、肺循环障碍有关。

The first stars in the early Universe were formed about 400 million years after the big bang. Verification of the existence of these stars is important for our understanding of the evolution of the Universe[1]. it has been predicted that for population-iii stellar production yields, the abundances of odd-z elements are remarkably deficient compared to their adjacent even-z elements[2]. Astronomers are searching for long-lived, low mass stars with the unique nucleosynthetic pattern matching the predicted yields[3].

Native Americans are predisposed to insulin resistance and associated cardiovascular risk. Therefore, we studied whether BMi (body mass index) in a population of Cherokee children and adolescents is associated with HDL-C (HDL cholesterol)-, and the HDL particles Lp (lipopro-tein) A-i and LpA-i:A-i. Subjects were grouped by BMi z score quartiles within three gender-specific age brackets (5-9, 10-14, and 15-19 y) to examine for trends in lipoprotein and HOMA-iR (homeostasis index insulin resistance) values associated with adiposity and age. HDL-C decreased by BMi z score quartiles in all three age groups for both genders. HDL-C, LpA-i, and LpA-i:A-ii decreased with age in boys but not girls. Log HOMA-iR increased by BMi z score quartiles in all three age groups for both genders. Linear regression modeling showed BMi z score, triglyceride, and age to be associated with HDL-C, whereas HOMA-iR was associated with LpA-i:A-ii but not with HDLC or *** waist circumference was substituted for BMi z score in the same models, it was associated with HDL-C and both lipoprotein particles. in conclusion, adiposity is more associated with HDL-C lowering than with declines in the lipoprotein particles. HOMA-iR is less associated with HDL-C but may selectively influence LpA-i:A-ii. Greater decreases in HDL-C, LpA-i, and LpA-i:A-ii with age in boys is attributed to gender-specific hormonal changes. The early onset of HDL lowering in these Native American children and adolescents, particularly boys, warrants intervention strategies to prevent obesity and associated cardiovascular risk.

*** strongest locus which associated with type 2 diabetes(T2D)by the common variant rs7903146 is the transcription factor 7-like 2 gene(TCF7L2).We aimed to quantify the interaction of diet/lifestyle interventions and the genetic effect of TCF7L2 rs7903146 on glycemic traits,body weight,or waist circumference in overweight or obese adults in several randomized controlled trials(RCTs).*** October 2016 to May 2018,a large collaborative analysis was performed by pooling individualparticipant data from 7 *** RCTs reported changes in glycemic control and adiposity of the variant rs7903146 after dietary/lifestyle-related interventions in overweight or obese *** treatment interaction models which used the genetic effect encoded by the allele dose and common covariates were applicable to individual participant data in all *** the joint analysis,a total of 7 eligible RCTs were included(n=4,114).importantly,we observed a significant effect modification of diet/lifestyle-related interventions on the TCF7L2 variant rs7903146 and changes in fasting *** with the control group,diet/lifestyle interventions were related to lower fasting glucose by-3.06(95%Ci,-5.77 to-0.36)mg/dL(test for heterogeneity and overall effect:i^(2)=45:1%,pz=2:20,p=0:028)per one copy of the TCF7L2 T risk ***,regardless of genetic risk,diet/lifestyle interventions were associated with lower waist ***,there was no significant change for diet/lifestyle interventions in other glycemic control and adiposity traits per one copy of TCF7L2 risk *** findings suggest that carrying the TCF7L2 T risk allele may have a modestly greater benefit for specific diet/lifestyle interventions to improve the control of fasting glucose in overweight or obese adults.
