prismatic precipitate platelet is always purposefully designed in the microstructure of magnesium alloys due to its greater contribution to yield *** this study,with an introduction of in into Mg-Sm system,a category of novel{1010}_(α) prismatic platelets has replaced thoroughly the traditionalβ’precipitate formed in magnesium rare earth(Mg-RE)***,the microstructural characteristics of platelet are investigated particularly by atomic scale scanning transmission electron *** is confirmed that the platelet has a Mg_(2) inSm composition and can maintain a coherent relationship with α-Mg ***,on account of the similarities between in and Mg atoms,the Mg_(2) inSm prismatic platelet could be structurally categorized as a generalizedβ"precipitate with a(Mg_(2) in)Sm-type DO_(19) structure when both in and Mg are regarded as an equivalent ***,the addition of in into Mg-Sm alloy induces the formation ofβ"***,the formedβ"prismatic platelets generally have a large average aspect *** findings are of great significance to construct the effective precipitation strengthening phases and optimize the microstructure of Mg-based alloys.

This study investigates the microstructure and local corrosion behavior of an Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy,which has been subjected to cold-rolling with different deformation strain ratios(DSRs)and followed by artificial *** corrosion tests show that peak-aged samples with a small DSR(5-10%)are sensitive to inter-granular corrosion(iGC)along both the normal and rolling *** the DSR increases to medium strength(20-40%),iGC sensitivity decreases along both directions and corrosion propagates *** the DSR is 60-80%,iGC sensitivity along the normal direction continues to decrease,but increases along the rolling direction,indicating pronounced corrosion *** characterization reveals the decreased iGC sensitivity is mainly attributed to a reduction in element segregation at high-angle grain boundaries and the kinked and discontinuous grain boundary corrosion *** increased iGC sensitivity along the rolling direction could be related to the significantly flattened grains.

BACKGROUND Microsatellite instability(MSi)is a predictive biomarker for cancer *** tumor-agnostic nature of MSi makes it a denominator for immunotherapy in several solid *** can be assessed using next-generation sequencing(NGS),fluorescent multiplex pCR,and immunohistochemistry(iHC).CASE SUMMARy Here,we report 3 cases with discordant MSi results detected using different methods.A cholangiocellular carcinoma case revealed proficient mismatch repair(MMR)by iHC but high MSi(MSi-H)by liquid NGS.A cervical cancer case revealed deficient MMR by iHC,microsatellite stable by pCR,and MSi-H by ***,an endometrial cancer case revealed proficient MMR by iHC but MSi-H by *** iHC for MMR status is the first choice due to several ***,in cases of indeterminate iHC results,molecular testing by MSi-pCR is ***,NGS-based MSi assays are being widely used to detect MSi-H *** three methods have high accuracy;however,the inconsistencies between them may lead to misdiagnosis.

The mechanism of sound generation by flow over two cavities in two dimensions is studied by examining the evolution of vorticity, pressure level, spectra and directivity of the generated sound. The study shows that the sound pressure level for two cavities is higher than that for a single cavity. When the distance between the two cavities is large, the interaction between vortices caused by cavities is weak enough to be negligible, so that the results from the acoustic analogy approach coincide with those from the superposition principle. When the distance between the two cavities is relatively small, however, the interaction between vortices becomes stronger and the results from acoustic analogy approach are then larger than those from the superposition principle. Regarding the nonlinear interaction of sound waves in the far field, high harmonic waves can occur when the dimensions of the two cavities are equal, while the sum and difference frequency waves besides the high harmonic waves appear when the dimensions of the two cavities are different.

虽然已有许多水指数被运用于咸海和咸海流域的水域面积分析,然而已有研究尚存在很大的不确定性.由于所使用水指数存在水体误识别的问题,导致不同研究得出的结论差异很大.此外,各种研究采用的咸海流域面积也差异很大,流域面积从约1百万km^(2)到2百万km^(2)不等.因此,我们首先界定咸海流域、锡尔河和阿姆河流域以及它们的上、中、下游的边界,然后提出可识别液态水和固态水的四波段指数(iLSW),以解决传统水指数的误别偏差问题.iLSW基于绿色、红色、近红外和热红外波段反射值,是归一化差异水指数(NDWi)和地表温度(LST)的合成.验证结果显示,iLSW水指数在咸海流域的准确性远远超过其他指数.研究结果表明,南咸海的水域面积平均每年缩小963km^(2),而北咸海几乎没有变化;由于气候变暖,咸海流域上游常年冰雪面积有大幅度退缩趋势,阿姆河上游和锡尔河上游常年冰雪的退缩速率分别为年均6233和384km^(2)/a.气候变化和人类活动引起了严重的水亏问题.自20世纪90年代以来,水亏呈增长趋势,平均每年增长3.778亿m^(3).2011~2020年期间,整个咸海流域平均总水亏量为76.967亿m^(3),而锡尔河流域上游(咸海流域的一个组成部分)水盈余量为25.461亿m^(3).研究结果对制定咸海流域可持续发展战略具有重要意义.

Ultra-intense laser-driven fast electron beam propagation in a silicon target is studied by three-dimensional hybrid particle-in-cell–fluid *** is found that the transverse spatial profile of the fast electron beam has a significant influence on the propagation of the fast *** the case of a steep spatial profile(e.g.,a super-Gaussian profile),a tight fast electron beam is produced,and this excites more intense resistive magnetic fields,which pinch the electron beam strongly,leading to strong filamentation of the *** contrast,as the gradient of the spatial profile becomes more gentle(e.g.,in the case of a Lorentzian profile),the resistive magnetic field and filamentation become *** indicates that fast electron propagation in a solid target can be controlled by modulating the spatial gradient of the laser pulse edge.

Real-time video surveillance system is commonly employed to aid security professionals in preventing *** use of deep learning(DL)technologies has transformed real-time video surveillance into smart video surveillance systems that automate human behavior *** recognition of events in the surveillance videos is considered a hot research topic in the field of computer science and it is gaining significant *** action recognition(HAR)is treated as a crucial issue in several applications areas and smart video surveillance to improve the security *** advancements of the DL models help to accomplish improved recognition *** this view,this paper presents a smart deep-based human behavior classification(SDL-HBC)model for real-time video *** proposed SDL-HBC model majorly aims to employ an adaptive median filtering(AMF)based pre-processing to reduce the noise ***,the capsule network(CapsNet)model is utilized for the extraction of feature vectors and the hyperparameter tuning of the CapsNet model takes place utilizing the Adam ***,the differential evolution(DE)with stacked autoencoder(SAE)model is applied for the classification of human activities in the intelligent video surveillance *** performance validation of the SDL-HBC technique takes place using two benchmark datasets such as the KTH *** experimental outcomes reported the enhanced recognition performance of the SDL-HBC technique over the recent state of art approaches with maximum accuracy of 0.9922.

Construction industry operates relying on various key economic *** of these indicators is material *** the other hand,cost is a key concern in all operations of the construction *** the uncertain conditions,reliable cost forecasts become an important source of *** cost is one of the key components of the overall cost of *** addition,cost overrun is a common problem in the construction industry,where nine out of ten construction projects face cost *** order to carry out a successful cost management strategy and prevent cost overruns,it is very important to find reliable methods for the estimation of construction material *** prices have a time dependent *** order to increase the foreseeability of the costs of construction materials,this study focuses on estimation of construction material indices through time series *** different types of analysis are implemented for estimation of the future values of construction material *** first method implemented was Autoregressive integrated Moving Average(ARiMA),which is known to be successful in estimation of time series having a linear *** second method implementedwas Non-LinearAutoregressive Neural Network(NARNET)which is known to be successful in modeling and estimating of series with non-linear *** results have shown that depending on the nature of the series,both these methods can successfully and accurately estimate the future values of the *** addition,we found out that Optimal NARNET architectures which provide better accuracy in estimation of the series can be identified/discovered as result of grid search on NARNET hyperparameters.

A unit cell model is applied to study the creep damage behavior after fiber fractures in the fiber-reinforced composites at high temperature. The user subroutine CREEp has been programmed for ABAQUS. The fiber breakage results in a new crack. The results show that the stress concentration factor resulted from the fiber breakage increases with the creep time. The creep damage takes place near the crack, and then grows in the matrix along a certain angle, up to the total failure. The influences of the ratio of modulus of the fiber to the matrix (Ef/Em) on the creep deformation, damage and stress distributions have been studied. With the increasing Ef/Em, the damage in the matrix increases. Analysis on the different ductility of matrix shows that the creep damage of low ductile matrix composites is higher than high ductile matrix composites.
