Interface-driven magnetic phenomena related to spin-orbit coupling and intrinsic symmetry breaking are of great significance to the development of spintronics materials and ***_(3)Sn is a natural antiferromagnetic material with a non-collinear magnetic structure,and its anomalous Hall effect(AHE)has been reported to have high crystal anisotropy and temperature dependent ***,a large unusual anomalous Hall effect(UAHE)in the(0001)c-axis orientation Mn_(3)Sn/Pt bilayers in the whole temperature range from 5 to 300 K is reported,which is absent in single MnSn film.

目的探讨结肠癌合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清长链非编码rNA INK4基因座中反义非编码rNA(lncrNA ANrIL)、微小rNA-181b-5p(mir-181b-5p)的表达及其与淋巴结转移的相关性。方法选取2019年5月—2022年8月本院收治的117例结肠癌合并T2DM患者为结肠癌合并T2DM组,并根据患者淋巴结转移情况将其分为淋巴结转移组56例和淋巴结未转移组61例。另选取同期体检的健康志愿者117例为对照组。采用反转录实时定量PCr检测血清lncrNA ANrIL、mir-181b-5p的相对表达水平。采用Logistic回归分析探讨影响结肠癌合并T2DM患者淋巴结转移的因素。绘制受试者工作特征(rOC)曲线分析血清lncrNA ANrIL、mir-181b-5p水平对结肠癌合并T2DM患者淋巴结转移的诊断价值。采用Pearson相关分析探讨结肠癌合并T2DM患者血清lncrNA ANrIL与mir-181b-5p表达的相关性。结果与对照组比较,结肠癌合并T2DM组患者血清lncrNA ANrIL水平升高,mir-181b-5p水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(PrNA ANrIL水平升高,mir-181b-5p水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(PrNA ANrIL均是淋巴结转移的影响因素(Pr-181b-5p是影响淋巴结转移的保护因素(PrNA ANrIL与mir-181b-5p水平呈负相关(r=-0.440,PrOC曲线结果显示,血清lncrNA ANrIL、mir-181b-5p以及二者联合诊断淋巴结转移的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.800、0.837、0.930,联合诊断价值显著高于lncrNA ANrIL(z=2.956,P=0.003)、mir-181b-5p(z=2.117,P=0.034)单独诊断价值。结论结肠癌合并T2DM患者血清lncrNA ANrIL水平升高,mir-181b-5p水平降低,且二者与淋巴结转移具有一定相关性。

3D printing is such a magical technology that it extends into almost every sector relating to manufacturing, not to mention casting production. In this paper, the past, present and future of 3D printing in the foundry sector are profoundly reviewed. 3D printing has the potential to supplement or partially replace the casting method. Today, some castings can be directly printed by metal powders, for example, titanium alloys, nickel alloys and steel parts. Meanwhile, 3D printing has found an unique position in other casting aspects as well, such as printing the wax pattern, ceramic shell, sand core, sand mould, etc. Most importantly, 3D printing is not just a manufacturing method, it will also revolutionize the design of products, assemblies and parts, such as castings, patterns, cores, moulds and shells in casting production. The solid structure of castings and moulds will be redesigned in future into truss or spatially open and skeleton structures. This kind of revolution is just sprouting, but it will bring unimaginable impact on manufacturing including casting production. Nobody doubts the potential of 3D printing technologies in manufacturing, but they do have limitations and drawbacks.

This article investigates transmitter design in rayleigh fading multiple input multiple output （MIMO） channels with spatial correlation when there are channel uncertainties caused by a combined effect of channel estimation error and limited feedback. To overcome the high computational complexity of the optimal transmit power allocation, a simple and suboptimal allocation is proposed by exploiting the transmission constraint and differentiating a bound based on Jensen inequality on the channel capacity. The simulation results show that the mutual information corresponding to the proposed power allocation closely approaches the channel capacity corresponding to the optimal one and meanwhile the computational complexity is greatly reduced.

This paper analyzes the fundamental frequency impedance presents a novel transmission line pilot protection scheme characteristic of a thyristor controlled series capacitor （TCSC） and based on fault component integrated impedance （FCII） calculated for a transmission line with TCSC and controllable shunt reactor （CSr）. The FCII is defined as the ratio of the sum of the fault component voltage phasors of a transmission line with TCSC and CSr to the sum of the fault component current phasors where all the phasors are determined at both line＇s terminals. It can be used to distinguish internal faults occurring on the line from external ones. If the fault is an external one the FCII reflects the line＇s capacitive impedance and has large value. If the fault is an internal one on the line the FCII reflects the impedance of the equivalent system and the line and is relatively small. The new pilot protection scheme can be easily set and has the fault phase selection ability and also it is not affected by the capacitive current and the fault transition resistance. It is not sensitive to compensation level and dynamics of TCSC and CSr. The effectiveness of the new scheme is validated against data obtained in ATP simulations and Northwest China 750 kV Project.

Statistical studies of optically dark gamma-ray bursts in the Swift era

We compare the properties of optically dark GrBs, defined by the optical-to-X- ray spectral indexβox 〈 0.5, and normal ones discovered by the Swift satellite before the year 2008 in a statistical way, using data collected from the literature and online databases. Our sample includes 200 long bursts, 19 short bursts, and 10 with measured high redshifts （z ≥ 4）. The ratio of dark bursts is found to be -10% - 20%, and is similar among long bursts, short ones, and the high-z sub-sample. The result for long bursts is consistent with both the pre-Swift sample and studies by other authors on smaller Swift samples. The existence of dark short GrBs is pointed out for the first time. The X-ray derived hydrogen column densities of dark GrBs clearly prefer large values compared with those of normal bursts. This supports the dust extinction scenario as the main cause of dark GrBs. Other possibilities like very high redshifts and non-standard emission mechanisms are less likely, although not fully excluded.

Dysregulation of lipid metabolism is a key characteristic of the tumor microenvironment,where tumor cells utilize lipids for proliferation,survival,metastasis,and evasion of immune *** metabolism has become a critical regulator of CD8+T-cell-mediated antitumor immunity,with excess lipids in the tumor microenvironment impeding CD8+T-cell *** the limited efficacy of immunotherapy in many solid tumors,targeting lipid metabolism to enhance CD8+T-cell effector functions could significantly improve immunotherapy *** this review,we examine recent findings on how lipid metabolic processes,including lipid uptake,synthesis,and oxidation,regulate CD8+T cells within *** also assessed the impact of different lipids on CD8+T-cell-mediated antitumor immunity,with a particular focus on how lipid metabolism affects mitochondrial function in tumor-infiltrating CD8+T ***,as cancer is a systemic disease,we examined systemic factors linking lipid metabolism to CD8+T-cell effector ***,we summarize current therapeutic approaches that target lipid metabolism to increase antitumor immunity and enhance *** the molecular and functional interplay between lipid metabolism and CD8+T cells offers promising therapeutic opportunities for cancer treatment.
