Interorgan lipid transport is crucial for organism development and the maintenance of physiological ***,we demonstrate that Drosophila long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase(dAcsl),which catalyzes the conversion of fatty acids into acyl-coenzyme As(acyl-CoAs),plays a critical role in regulating systemic lipid *** deficiency in the fat body led to the ectopic accumulation of neutral lipids in the gut,along with significantly reduced lipoprotein contents in both the fat body and *** aberrant phenotypes were rescued by fat body-specific overexpression of apolipophorin.A multi-omics investigation comprising lipidomics,metabolomics,and proteomics in conjunction with genetic screening revealed that glycosylation processes were suppressed in dAcsl knockdown *** of CG9035,human ortholog of which is implicated in the congenital disorder of glycosylation,ame-liorated gut lipid accumulation in *** lipoprotein glycosylation led to accelerated proteasome-related degradation and induced ER stress in dAcsl knockdown flies,impairing lipoprotein release into the circulation which compromised interorgan lipid transport between the fat body and the *** of ubiquitin-proteasome-dependent degradation alleviated the phenotype of gut ectopic fat accumulation in dAcsl knockdown ***,we verified that ACSL4,the human homolog of dAcsl,also regulated lipoprotein levels in HepG2 cells,indicating that the role of dAcsl in modulating lipoprotein secretion and systemic lipid homeostasis is possibly conserved in humans.

A significant excess of the stellar mass density at high redshift has been discovered from the early data release of James Webb Space Telescope(JWST),and it may require a high star formation ***,this will lead to large number density of ionizing photons in the epoch of reionization(EoR),so that the reionization history will be changed,which can arise tension with the current EoR *** dark matter(WDM),via the free streaming effect,can suppress the formation of small-scale structure as well as low-mass *** provides an effective way to decrease the ionizing photons when considering a large star formation efficiency in high-z massive galaxies without altering the cosmic reionization *** the other hand,the constraints on the properties of WDM can be derived from the JWST *** this work,we study WDM as a possible solution to reconcile the JWST stellar mass density of high-z massive galaxies and reionization *** find that,the JWST high-z comoving cumulative stellar mass density alone has no significant preference for either CDM or WDM *** using the observational data of other stellar mass density measurements and reionization history,we obtain that the WDM particle mass with mw=0.51_(-0.12)^(+0.22) keV and star formation efficiency parameter f_(*)^(0)> 0.39 in 2σ confidence level can match both the JWST high-z comoving cumulative stellar mass density and the reionization history.

Converter slag is a by-product of the steelmaking process and contains a large amount of Ca,Fe,P and other *** the phosphorus in the converter slag can be effectively extracted,the resulting phosphorus can be used as a phosphate *** in converter slag is mainly enriched in 2CaO·SiO_(2)-3CaO·P_(2)O_(5)(C_(2)S-C_(3)P)solid solution and is easily dissolved in ***,acid leaching method was used to dissolve the solid solution to extract phosphorus in converter slag,so as to realize the recycling of phosphorus resources in converter *** leaching behavior of three actual converter slags from different steel mills in acid leaching solutions composed of citric acid,sodium hydroxide,hydrochloric acid and deionized water was studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy combined with energy dispersive spectrometry,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy to reveal the change in object image structure as well as SiO_(4) and PO_(4) tetrahedron before and after acid *** results show that only a small amount of phosphorus in converter slag with too low basicity is enriched in C_(2)S-C_(3)P solid solution,resulting in poor leaching *** the converter slag has a high basicity,the removal effect of phosphorus is 70.64%-81.88%.In addition,when the basicity of converter slag is roughly the same,the dephosphorization effect of slag with high FeO content is relatively *** acid leaching will cause depolymerization behavior of SiO_(4) and PO_(4) tetrahedron,so that the mole fraction of q0(Si)(asymmetric stretching vibration of Si-O bond in SiO_(4) tetrahedron with bridge oxygen number of 0)and NBO/Si(non-bridging oxygen in silicate tetrahedra)will ***-containing solids can be obtained from the solution after acid leaching through static precipitation,and the solids have the potential to make phosphate fertilizers.

It is of great significance to design epoxy coatings with superior antibacterial properties and high adhesive properties, as well as excellent processing, superior durability, and high transparency. However, it is still a challenge because of the common complex design and synthesis. Herein, the bio-based monomer protocatechuic acid(PCA) was used as raw material, the catechol structure with high bonding and antibacterial properties was introduced into the flexible alkane segment of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(EGDE) through an efficient, and green method, and it was cured with isophorone diamine(IPDA) to prepare corresponding thermosets. The cured resins exhibited excellent allaround qualities, particularly in bonding and antibacterial. When 30% PCA was added to pure epoxy resin, the adhesion between substrate and coating increased from 4.40 MPa to 13.60 MPa and the antibacterial rate of coating against E. coli and S. aureus could approach 100%. All of this is due to the fact that the catechol structure present in PCA has the ability to interact with various substrates and alter the permeability of bacterial cell membranes. The architecture of this method offers a fresh approach to dealing with the issues of challenging raw material selection and complex synthesis techniques.

In this paper,we describe the minimal reducing subspaces of Toeplitz operators induced by non-analytic monomials on the weighted Bergman spaces and Dirichlet spaces over the unit ball B_(2).It is proved that each minimal reducing subspace M is finite dimensional,and if dim M≥3,then M is induced by a ***,the structure of commutant algebra v(T_(w)N_(z)N):={M^(*)_(w)NM_(z)N,M^(*)_(z)NM_(w)N}′is determined by N and the two dimensional minimal reducing subspaces of(T_(w)N_(z)*** also give some interesting examples.

Design of heat treatments is related to the key technology for development of nickel-based single crystal superalloys(Ni-SXs). Based on the full understanding of the solidification characteristics, this work applies optimization design of heat treatments for a second-generation Ni-SX. Microstructure evolution and creep properties are compared in the material under conventional/standard(Std.) and optimized(Opt.) treatments. For the Std. sample,strong dendritic segregations determine inconsistent microstructure evolution in the dendritic(D) and interdendritic region(ID), while the latter serves as weak area to have the prior microcrack initiation, damaging overall performance of the alloy. The Opt. treatment applies higher homogenization temperature, leading to overall reduced segregations, while not inducing incipient melting. A lower temperature of first-step ageing is used to lower the size ofγ'particles. These help to form the more uniform microstructure in dendritic and interdendritic region and relieve the inconsistent microstructure evolution. The balanced local strength makes ID no longer as the weak area,thus restricting microcrack initiation. Great improvement of high temperature and low stress property is obtained by this progress, leading to the pronounced increase of creep rupture life under 1100 °C/140 MPa.

In the traditional well log depth matching tasks,manual adjustments are required,which means significantly labor-intensive for multiple wells,leading to low work *** paper introduces a multi-agent deep reinforcement learning(MARL)method to automate the depth matching of multi-well *** method defines multiple top-down dual sliding windows based on the convolutional neural network(CNN)to extract and capture similar feature sequences on well logs,and it establishes an interaction mechanism between agents and the environment to control the depth matching ***,the agent selects an action to translate or scale the feature sequence based on the double deep q-network(DDqN).Through the feedback of the reward signal,it evaluates the effectiveness of each action,aiming to obtain the optimal strategy and improve the accuracy of the matching *** experiments show that MARL can automatically perform depth matches for well-logs in multiple wells,and reduce manual *** the application to the oil field,a comparative analysis of dynamic time warping(DTW),deep q-learning network(DqN),and DDqN methods revealed that the DDqN algorithm,with its dual-network evaluation mechanism,significantly improves performance by identifying and aligning more details in the well log feature sequences,thus achieving higher depth matching accuracy.

The dried roots of Aconitum pendulum Busch are the major source of a commonly used Tibetan medicine,namely Tiebangchui(TBC)(Fig.S1).However,raw TBC contains a large amount of high toxic diester-diterpenoid alkaloids(DDAs),and the improper use would cause arrhythmia,irreversible cardiovascular damages,and even death.“Paozhi”,an appropriate processing method,is the essential prerequisite for the safe clinical application of ***-decocting and sand-frying are commonly used processing methods for toxicity attenuation and efficacy preservation for TBC.
