Microstructural evolution and thermal conductivity of diamond/Al composites during thermal cycling

The microstructural evolution and performance of diamond/Al composites during thermal cycling has rarely been *** the present work,the thermal stability of diamond/Al composites during thermal cycling for up to 200 cycles was ***,the thermal conductivity(λ)of the composites was measured and scanning electron microscopy of specific areas in the same samples was carried out to achieve quasi-in situ *** interface between the(100)plane of diamond and the Al matrix was well bonded with a zigzag morphology and abundant needle-like Al4C3 *** contrast,the interface between the(111)plane of diamond and the Al matrix showed weak bonding and debonded during thermal *** debonding length increased rapidly over the first 100 thermal cycles and then increased slowly in the following 100 ***λof the diamond/Al composites decreased abruptly over the initial 20 cycles,increased afterward,and then decreased monotonously once more with increasing number of thermal *** in theλof the Al matrix and the corresponding stress concentration at the diamond/Al interface caused by thermal mismatch,rather than interfacial debonding,may be the main factors influencing the decrease inλof the diamond/Al composites,especially in the initial stages of thermal cycling.

New Ninth Order J-Halley Method for Solving Nonlinear Equations

In the paper [1], authors have suggested and analyzed a predictor-corrector Halley method for solving nonlinear equations. In this paper, we modified this method by using the finite difference scheme, which had a quantic convergence. We have compared this modified Halley method with some other iterative methods of ninth order, which shows that this new proposed method is a robust one. Some examples are given to illustrate the efficiency and the performance of this new method.

为探究1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIM]Cl)对木纤维素浆粕的溶解能力,讨论其溶解纤维素的过程及条件,首先采用偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜表征再生纤维素的形貌变化,采用傅里叶红外光谱测试再生纤维素的化学结构变化。其次,在不同溶解条件下将木浆粕纤维溶解在[BMIM]Cl离子液体中,为了得到最佳溶解条件,采用X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪对再生纤维素进行表征,研究搅拌速率、溶解温度以及3种前处理方式对纤维素在[BMIM]Cl离子溶液中溶解后的聚合度、降解度和结晶度的影响。结果表明:木纤维素在[BMIM]Cl离子溶液中的最佳溶解条件为搅拌速率100 r/min、溶解温度80℃,超声波处理1 h,再生纤维素聚合度948,降解度5.77%,结晶度67.24%。

With the development of a small interfering RNA(siRNA)delivery strategy,increasing siRNA therapeutics for tumor treatment appeared in clinical trials and pre-clinical ***,the test results of such therapeutics unveiled that efficient siRNA delivery to tumor tissues is still *** is considered an ideal carrier for delivering hydrophobic agents into tumor tissue because it is highly concentrated and long-circulating in blood and has propensity of tumor ***,we synthesized lipid conjugated siRNAs(LsiRNAs),which showed high affinity to ***,LsiRNAs non-covalently bind to the hydrophobic core of albumin through its octadecyl *** small size of albumin/LsiRNAs allows the complex to penetrate tumor tissue *** test proved that albumin extremely prolonged circulation time and increased tumor retention of associated ***,LsiRNA against programmed death ligand-1(Pdl1)efficiently suppressed tumor growth as well as prolonged survival time of tumor bearing mice by increasing infiltration of CD8^(+)T cells as well as promoted the maturation of dendritic cells both in tumor and ***,LsiRNAs provide a simple but effective way for siRNA tumor delivery that“hitchhikes”on albumin.

Synthesis and Characterization of Schiff Base Metal Complexes Derived from Cefotaxime with 1H-indole-2,3-dione (Isatin) and 4-N,N-dimethyl-aminobenzaldehyde

This work involved the synthesis of two Schiff base derivatives of cefotaxime antibiotic (CFX) namely: [sodium3-(acetoxymethyl)-7-((z)-2-(methoxyimino)-2-(2-((E)-2–oxoindolin-3-ylide-neamino) thiazol-4-yl)acetamido)-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylate]. (0.5) Methanol (LI) and [sodium3-(acetoxymethyl)-7-((2z)-2-(2-(4-dimethylamino) benzylideneamino) thiazol-4-yl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetamido)-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo [4.2.0] oct-2-ene-2-carboxylate]. (0.5) Methanol (LII) from the condensation reaction of the antibiotic with 1H-Indole-2,3-dione(isatin) and -N, N-dimethyl amino benzaldehyde respectively. Metal complexes of the two Schiff base ligands with Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Cd(II), Pd(II) and Pt(IV) ions were prepared by reacting each ligand with the metal salts in refluxing ethanol. The chemical structures of the two ligands as well as the stereo-chemical structures and geometries of the studied metal complexes were suggested depending the results obtained from CHN and TG analysis, NMR, FTIR, and atomic absorption spectrophotometry, electronic spectra, magnetic moments and conductivity measurements. The mole ratio of the ligands to the metal ion was 1:1 with tridentate bonding behaviors of the coordinating ligands with the metal ions.

Some LpInequalities for B-Operators

If P(z) is a polynomial of degree at most n having all its zeros in , then it was recently claimed by Shah and Liman ([1], estimates for the family of $B$-operators, Operators and Matrices, (2011), 79-87) that for every?R≧1, p ≧ 1, where B is a Bn-operator with parameters in the sense of Rahman [2], and . Unfortunately the proof of this result is not correct. In this paper, we present certain more general sharp Lp-inequalities for Bn-operators which not only provide a correct proof of the above inequality as a special case but also extend them for 0≦p﹤1 as well.

Detection of Tocopherol in Oilseed Rape (Brassica napus L.) Using Gas Chromatography with Flame Ionization Detector

The variation among Chinese genotypes of Brassica napus L. for seed tocopherols content and their analysis using gas chromatography has not been comprehensively reported till to date. In the present study, the tocopherol contents of four Chinese genotypes of Brassica napus L., namely, Gaoyou 605, zhejiang 619, zheshuang 758, and zheshuang 72, were evaluated using three modified sample preparation protocols （P1, P2, and P3） for tocopherol extraction. These methods were distinguished as follows. Protocol one （P1） included the evaporation of solvent after extraction without silylation. Protocol two （P2） followed the direct supernatant collection after overnight extraction without drying and silylation. Protocol three （P3） included trimethylsilylation with N,O-bis（trimethylsilyl） trifluoroacetamide. Genotypic comparison of tocopherol and its isoforms revealed that Gaoyou 605 was dominant over the other genotypes with （140.5＋ 10.5）, （316.2＋ 9.2）, and （559.1＋ 24.3） ~tg g-~ of seed meal ct-, 7-, and total （T-） tocopherol, respectively, and a 0.44＋0.04 ^- to 7-tocopherol ratio. The comparison of the sample preparation protocols, on the other hand, suggests that P3 is the most suitable method for the tocopherol extraction from Brassica oilseeds and for the analysis of tocopherols using gas chromatography flame ionization detector （GC-FID）. Trimethylsilylation is the key step differentiating P3 from P1 and P2. Variations detected in tocopherol contents among the Chinese rapeseed （B. napus） genotypes signify the need to quantify a wide range of rapeseed germplasm for seed tocopherol dynamics in short and crop improvement in long.

Verifying Monoid and Group Morphisms over Strongly Connected Algebraic Automata

Automata theory has played an important role in theoretical computer science since last couple of decades. The alge-braic automaton has emerged with several modern applications, for example, optimization of programs, design of model checkers, development of theorem provers because of having certain interesting properties and structures from algebraic theory of mathematics. Design of a complex system requires functionality and also needs to model its control behavior. z notation has proved to be an effective tool for describing state space of a system and then defining operations over it. Consequently, an integration of algebraic automata and z will be a useful computer tool which can be used for modeling of complex systems. In this paper, we have linked algebraic automata and z defining a relationship between fundamentals of these approaches which is refinement of our previous work. At first, we have described strongly connected algebraic automata. Then homomorphism and its variants over strongly connected automata are specified. Next, monoid endomorphisms and group automorphisms are formalized. Finally, equivalence of endomorphisms and automorphisms under certain assumptions are described. The specification is analyzed and validated using z/Eves toolset.
