Sulfurized polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)is proposed as a promising cathode material for lithium sulfur ***,the continuous side reactions at the electrolyte-electrode interfaces as well as the slow redox kinetics of SPAN cathode deteriorate the electrochemical *** this study,an electrolyte with dual-additives comprising 2-fluoropyridine(2-FP)and lithium difluorobis(oxalato)phosphate(LidFBOP)was used to improve the performance of Li||SPAN cells.2-FP has a lower lowest occupied molecular orbital energy than that of the solvents in the electrolyte,leading to its prior reduction.A LiF-rich film can be formed on the electrode,effectively improving the stability of the electrolyte-electrode interfaces and prolonging the ***,LidFBOP could form an electrolyte-electrode interface film containing a large amount of Li_(x)PO_(y)F_(z) species,compensating for the kinetic deterioration caused by the lower ionic conductive of LiF formed at the electrolyte-electrode ***,an electrode-interface film with good chemical stability and high Li^(+) transport was established by LiF and Li_(x)PO_(y)F_(z)-rich *** Li||SPAN cell with the electrolyte containing dual-additives demonstrates an excellent capacity retention of 97.5%after 200 cycles at 1.0 c,25℃,comparing to 56.2%capacity retention without ***,the rate capacities of cells with dual-additives can reach 1128.1 mAh/g at 5 c,comparing to only 813.5 mAh/g using electrolyte without *** results shown that the dual-additives in electrolyte provide a promising strategy for practical application of lithium sulfur batteries with SPAN cathodes.

The differential thermal analysis （dTA） curves were measured at different heating rates in flowing air for studying the synthesis of the spinel LiMn2O3 with Li2cO3 and MnO2, The reaction began at about 503K, and finished at about 873K. The apparent activation energy of Kissinger method was about ***^-1, the reaction orderwas 1.67, the frequency factor was 7.81×10^9, and therefore the dinetic epuation was dδ/dt=A·exp（- E/rT）·（1-δ）^n=7.81×10^9, exp（-122770/rT）·（l-δ）^1.67 . coats-redfem integral method was used to analyze the dTA curves of the samples at different heating rates, and the calculated apparent activation energy and frequency factor were 112. 13kJ· mol^-1 and 1.18 × 10^9, respectively, rather close to that of Kissinger method. x-ray diffraction （xrd） and scanning electron microscope （SEM） results shown that the synthesized LiMn2O3 possesses pure phase, regular shape and normal particle distribution.

The age-hardening behavior and mechanical properties of the extruded Mg-2Gd-1.2y-0.5zn(at.%)alloy with zr or Mn additions were *** results show that Mn added alloy exhibits more remarkable age-hardening response than zr added alloy,which is attributed to the fact that partitioning of Mn into the β'phases,β'precipitates and long period stacking ordered(LPSO)phases leads to the decrement in(G d+y)concentrations in the second phases,facilitating the precipitation during aging *** peak-aged alloys show bimodal microstructure comprising the fine drxed grains with nano-sized β phases pinned at drxed grain boundaries as well as coarse worked grains with strong fiber *** strength and good thermal stability were obtained in both peak-aged Mn and zr added *** the peak-aged Mn added alloy shows higher strength and superior creep resistance due to its denser β'precipitates,thin LPSO phases and γ'precipitates and higher area fraction of worked grains with strong fiber *** 0.2% tensile proof stress and ultimate tensile strength of peak-aged Mn added alloy reach up to 454 MPa and 508 MPa,respectively,with elongation of 3.2%at room *** minimum creep rate of the peak-aged Mn added alloy at 250℃/150 MPa is 2.4 × 10^-8 s^-1,which is superior than previously reported extruded Mg-Gd based alloys.

Ultrafine grained AA6063-Sicnpnanocomposites with 1, 5 and 10 vol.% Sicnphave been fabricated by a novel powder metallurgy process. This process combines high energy ball milling of a mixture of 6063 alloy granules made from machining chips and Si c nanoparticles and thermomechanical powder consolidation by spark plasma sintering and hot extrusion. The microstructure and tensile mechanical properties of the samples were investigated in detail. Increasing the Si c nanoparticle content from 1 to 10 vol.%,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength increased from 296 and 343 MPa to 545 and 603 MPa respectively, and the elongation to fracture decreased from 10.0%, to 2.3%. As expected, a higher Si c nanoparticle content generates a stronger inhibiting effect to grain growth during the thermomechanical powder consolidation process. Analysis of the contributions of various strengthening mechanisms shows that a higher Si c nanoparticle content leads to a higher contribution from nanoparticle strengthening, but grain boundary strengthening still makes the largest contribution to the strength of the *** the Si c nanoparticle content increased to 10 vol.%, the failure of the nanocomposite was initiated at weakly-bonded interparticle boundaries(IPBs), indicating that with a high flow stress during tensile deformation, the failure of the material is more sensitive to the presence of weakly-bonded IPBs.

we report systematic studies of laser-driven proton beams produced with micrometer-thick solid targets made of aluminum and plastic,*** effects of the target materials are found on the total charge,cutoff energy,and beam spot of protons in the experiments,and these are described well by two-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations incorporating intrinsic material *** is found that with a laser intensity of 8×10^(19) w/cm^(2),target normal sheath acceleration is the dominant mechanism for both types of *** a plastic target,the higher charge and cutoff energy of the protons are due to the greater energy coupling efficiencies from the intense laser beams,and the larger divergence angle of the protons is due to the deflection of hot electrons during transport in the *** also find that the energy loss of hot electrons in targets of different thickness has a significant effect on the proton cutoff *** consistent results obtained here further narrow the gap between simulations and experiments.

The liquid metal and solid ceramic pebble breeder blankets have become the most promising blankets for ITEr-TBMs or dEMO reactors in china and the world due to their potential advantages. In recent years the corresponding research work on fusion reactor materials are mainly focus on structural materials,plasma facing materials and the functional materials for the blanket such as breeder, coating and flow channel insert *** push work on fusion materials and then for the successful application of fusion *** r&d on those materials in the two kinds of blankets is being carried out widely in china,including fabrication and manufacturing techniques,physical/mechanical properties assessment before and after irradiation,joining techniques for structural materials, compatibility evaluation,and the development and verification of the criteria for fusion material *** progress on main r&d activities of fusion reactor materials in china is introduced and prospected in the paper.

A magnetic bimeron is an in-plane topological counterpart of a magnetic *** the topological equivalence,their statics and dynamics could be distinct,making them attractive from the perspectives of both physics and spintronic *** this work,we demonstrate the stabilization of bimeron solitons and clusters in the antiferromagnetic(AFM)thin film with interfacial dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction(dMI).Bimerons demonstrate high current-driven mobility as generic AFM solitons,while featuring anisotropic and relativistic dynamics excited by currents with in-plane and out-ofplane polarizations,***,these spin textures can absorb other bimeron solitons or clusters along the translational direction to acquire a wide range of Néel topological *** clustering involves the rearrangement of topological structures,and gives rise to remarkable changes in static and dynamical *** merits of AFM bimeron clusters reveal a potential path to unify multibit data creation,transmission,storage,and even topology-based computation within the same material system,and may stimulate spintronic devices enabling innovative paradigms of data manipulations.
