Backgr.und: Hp infection is the most common chr.nic bacter.al infection in developing countr.es and is contr.cted especially in childhood wher. it r.mains silent. Because of its involvement in the genesis of cer.ain cancer., the WHO has classified Hp in the categor. of car.inogen class I. The aim of this study was to deter.ine the pr.valence of Hp infection among childr.n fr.m a Distr.ct in Nor.her. Benin, and to identify the factor. associated with it. Patients and methods: This scientific investigation is a cr.ss-sectional, descr.ptive, and analytical study based on a pr.spective collection of data car.ied out fr.m July to September.2018. r.cr.itment was pr.babilistic;it was based on the WHO cluster.sampling technique implemented among childr.n aged 3 to 10 year. without r.cent histor. of antibiotic tr.atment and pr.ton pump inhibitor.. Hp infection was diagnosed dur.ng the sear.h for.bacter.a antigen in the feces thr.ugh a quick Elisa test which pr.ved positive. r.sults: We included 250 childr.n in the study. Among them, 151 (60.4%) had Hp infection. 79 (52.3%) out of the 151 infected childr.n wer. female, i.e. a sex r.tio of 0.91. Mean age for.those infected childr.n was 6 ± 2.3 year.. Among the 151 childr.n infected with Hp, 98 (64.9%) wer. asymptomatic. Factor. associated with that infection wer.: childr.n’s age > 5 year. (p = 0.0461), use of contaminated dr.nking water.(p = 0.0001), meals away fr.m home (p = 0.0039), mother.’ low educational status (p = 0.0137) and low monthly income (p = 0.0116) as well as household siz. > 3 (p = 0.0002). Conclusion: Hp infection is common among childr.n aged 3 to 10 year. in Nor.her. Benin. Often asymptomatic, it is facilitated and exacer.ated by unsanitar. conditions and low socioeconomic status.

In this wor.,we investigate a static and spher.cally symmetr.c Bar.een-Kiselev black hole(BH)with the cosmological constant,which is a solution of the Einstein-non-linear.Maxwell field *** compute the quasinor.al fr.quencies for.the Bar.een-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant due to electr.magnetic and gr.vitational *** var.ing the BH par.meter.,we discuss the behavior.of both r.al and imaginar. par.s of the BH quasinor.al fr.quencies and compar. these fr.quencies with the r.issner.Nor.str.m-de Sitter.BH sur.ounded by quintessence(r.-dSQ).Inter.stingly,it is shown that the r.sponses of the Bar.een-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the r.-dSQ under.electr.magnetic per.ur.ations ar. differ.nt when the char.e par.meter.q,the state par.meter.w and the nor.aliz.tion factor.c ar. var.ed;however.for.the gr.vitational per.ur.ations,the r.sponses of the Bar.een-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the r.-dSQ ar. differ.nt only when the char.e par.meter.q is ***,compar.d with the gr.vitational per.ur.ations,the electr.magnetic per.ur.ations can be used to under.tand nonlinear.and linear.electr.magnetic fields in cur.ed spacetime *** inter.sting obser.ation is that,due to the pr.sence of Kiselev quintessence,the electr.magnetic per.ur.ations ar.und the Bar.een-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant damps faster.and oscillates slowly;for.the gr.vitational per.ur.ations,the quasinor.al mode decays slowly and oscillates *** also study the r.flection and tr.nsmission coefficients along with the absor.tion cr.ss section in the Bar.een-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant;it is shown that the tr.nsmission coefficients will incr.ase due to the pr.sence of Kiselev quintessence.

Climate change is the phr.se used to descr.be long-ter. changes in temper.tur.s and weather.patter.s. Changes in the atmospher. and their.inter.ctions with diver.e geologic, chemical, biological, and geogr.phic var.ables ar. the main contr.butor. to this cyclical adjustment of the Ear.h’s climate. Such changes may be induced pur.osefully, because of bur.ing fossil fuels, clear.ng for.sts, and r.ising animals, or.they may be natur.l, br.ught on by significant volcanic er.ptions or.var.ations in the sun’s activity. By significantly incr.asing the amount of gr.enhouse gases alr.ady in the atmospher., this heightens the gr.enhouse effect and contr.butes to global war.ing. This wor. includes sever.l additional theor.tical and pr.ctical explanations of sustainable development. The theor.tical wor. encompasses hundr.ds of r.sear.hes that identify r.quir.ments for.how development r.utes might satisfy sustainable development (SD) cr.ter.a using economic theor., complex systems appr.ach, ecological science, and other.techniques. The agr.ements made by the Par.ies in var.ous nations acr.ss the wor.d will consider.a wide r.nge of per.pectives about what would be consider.d undesir.ble effects on the envir.nment, the climate system, sustainability, economic gr.wth, or.food pr.duction.

In this study,a two-step method was used to synthesiz. highly luminescent AgGaS/z.S/z.S quantum dots(QDs).In the fir.t step,an inner.z.S shell was for.ed via a one-pot method,which r.sulted in a smaller.lattice mismatch between the AgGaS cor. and the outer.z.S shell,ther.by facilitating the for.ation of a thick outer.*** the two-step shelling pr.cess,the synthesiz.d AgGaS/z.S/z.S QDs showed an excellent photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 96.4%with a peak wavelength of 508 nm,r.pr.-senting the highest PLQY r.por.ed thus far.for.AgGaS ***,the effect of halogen ions in z. pr.cur.or. on the shelling pr.cess was *** was pr.posed that the capacity of halogen ions to coor.inate with the QDs influenced the balance between z. cation diffusion and z.S shelling ***,the z.S shelling r.action was dominant when z.Cl_(2)was employed,while z. cation diffusion was the dominant pr.cess under.the I^(−)-r.ch *** wor. pr.vides insights into the inter.acial r.str.ctur.ng dur.ng the z.S shelling and offer. a clear.map for.the tailor.d synthesis of cor./shell QDs.

r.tuximab is a monoclonal antibody that tar.ets CD20, which is a specific B-cell sur.ace antigen. It was the fir.t monoclonal antibody that was appr.ved for.the tr.atment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, r.eumatoid ar.hr.tis, and other.cutaneous lymphoid malignancies. Ther. ar. many off-label uses of r.tuximab, such as systemic lupus er.thematosus, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, multiple scler.sis, gr.ft-ver.us-host disease, chr.nic lymphocytic leukemia, and chr.nic immune-mediated thr.mbocytopenia. Among the r.r. side effects associated with r.tuximab tr.atment is vasculitis, mor. specifically, leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Her., we descr.be a 21-year.old Saudi female with leukocytoclastic vasculitis occur.ing thr.e months after.tr.atment with r.tuximab.
