提出并分析了一种新型两相磁通切换型双凸极永磁电机的结构特点和运行原理,基于有限元法深入研究其静态特性,并通过转子斜槽以改善性能。解析分析了转矩的各个分量和引起脉动的主要因素。结果表明,双极性绕组永磁磁链显著增加了电机的转矩密度,且磁链和反电动势波形从本质上都是正弦分布,特别适合于无刷交流运行。所得结果为该种电机的设计、性能分析以及运行控制等提供了重要依据。

Under warm temperatures, plants adjust their morphologies for environmental adaption via precise gene expression regulation. However, the function and regulation of alternative polyadenylation (APA), an important fine-tuning of gene expression, remains unknown in plant thermomorphogenesis. In this study, we found that SUMOylation, a critical post-translational modification, is induced by a long-term treatment at warm temperatures via a SUMO ligase SIz. in Arabidopsis. Disruption of SIz. altered the global usage of polyadenylation signals and affected the APA dynamic of thermomorphogenesis-related genes. CPSF100, a key subunit of the CPSF complex for polyadenylation regulation, is SUMOylated by SIz.. Importantly, we demonstrated that SUMOylation is essential for the function of CPSF100 in genome-wide polyadenylation site choice during thermomorphogenesis. Further analyses revealed that the SUMO conjugation on CPSF100 attenuates its interaction with two isoforms of its partner CPSF30, increasing the nuclear accumulation of CPSF100 for polyadenylation regulation. In summary, our study uncovers a regulatory mechanism of APA via SIz.-mediated SUMOylation in plant thermomorphogenesis. Copyright © 2024 The Author. Published by Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

Mg-6z.-1Y(at.%)ribbons with strengthening precipitates of multi-type nanoq.asicrystals were prepared by melt-spinning followed by aging *** evolution of the rapidly solidified ribbons during isothermal aging was comprehensively studied using various electron microscopy *** new kinds of decagonal q.asicrystals were formed in aged ribbons,in addition to precipitation of nanometer icosahedral ***-resolution observations reveal that both decagonal q.asicrystals can be modeled by q.asiperiodic tiling with decagonal clusters of 2.5 nm in diameter,but overlap of neighboring clusters in both decagonal q.asicrystals is different from the Gummelt model observed in other q.asicrystals.A shell composed of complex Laves Mg-z. domains was formed surrounding each decagonal q.asicrystal precipitate upon prolonged *** addition,all kinds of nanoprecipitates exhibit excellent structure and siz. stability at 573 *** findings may have implications for not only fundamental studies about q.asicrystals,but also microstructural manipulation of high-performance Mg alloys.

用随机滤波器对无速度传感器的交流永磁电机的定子绕组阻值进行观测。观测过程中为了降低控制器的计算工作量,采用参数的混合辨识方法,通过滑模观测器得到电机控制系统的转速量,再将电机的定子电压、电流和转速作为已知量,用于对电机定子绕组电阻的估计,考虑到定子绕组电阻的变化速度通常远低于定子电压、电流的变化速度,因此可以设定不同的计算周期以期降低计算量。

Elucidating the flow features around piles in local scouring processes is crucial for studies of local scouring mechanisms and scour depth *** study details the flow turbulence characteristics of two submerged piles that are determined by solving the Navier-Stokes eq.ations with the improved delayed detached eddy simulation *** model is verified by comparing experimental and numerical results for hydrodynamic parameters with the literature for both sq.are-crossing piles(SCPs)and circular-crossing piles(CCPs).Original topographies of flat and scoured beds(i.e.,the initial and eq.ilibrium scouring stages)are based on experimental results obtained by the authors in the present *** and CCP flow features in the scouring process are *** results indicate that during the scouring process,the time-averaged drag coefficient and root mean sq.are(rms)of the lift coefficient increase linearly in the CCP test,while the rms of the lift coefficient in the SCP test decreases ***,the minimum pressure coefficient is always located in the upstream corners in the SCP case but moves from 72.5°to 79.5°when the scour hole is completely developed in the CCP *** flow behind the pile,which is generated by separated boundary layers above the top face of the pile,can reach the sand bed and turn the separated shear layers into patches of small vortices in the near-wake ***,the high shear stress z.nes are mainly at the scour edges under scoured-bed conditions.

In this work,we investigate a static and spherically symmetric Bardeen-Kiselev black hole(BH)with the cosmological constant,which is a solution of the Einstein-non-linear Maxwell field *** compute the q.asinormal freq.encies for the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant due to electromagnetic and gravitational *** varying the BH parameters,we discuss the behavior of both real and imaginary parts of the BH q.asinormal freq.encies and compare these freq.encies with the Reissner-Nordström-de Sitter BH surrounded by q.intessence(RN-dSq..Interestingly,it is shown that the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dSq.under electromagnetic perturbations are different when the charge parameter q.the state parameter w and the normaliz.tion factor c are varied;however,for the gravitational perturbations,the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dSq.are different only when the charge parameter q.is ***,compared with the gravitational perturbations,the electromagnetic perturbations can be used to understand nonlinear and linear electromagnetic fields in curved spacetime *** interesting observation is that,due to the presence of Kiselev q.intessence,the electromagnetic perturbations around the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant damps faster and oscillates slowly;for the gravitational perturbations,the q.asinormal mode decays slowly and oscillates *** also study the reflection and transmission coefficients along with the absorption cross section in the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant;it is shown that the transmission coefficients will increase due to the presence of Kiselev q.intessence.

In this study,a two-step method was used to synthesiz. highly luminescent AgGaS/z.S/z.S q.antum dots(q.s).In the first step,an inner z.S shell was formed via a one-pot method,which resulted in a smaller lattice mismatch between the AgGaS core and the outer z.S shell,thereby facilitating the formation of a thick outer *** the two-step shelling process,the synthesiz.d AgGaS/z.S/z.S q.s showed an excellent photoluminescence q.antum yield(PLq.)of 96.4%with a peak wavelength of 508 nm,repre-senting the highest PLq. reported thus far for AgGaS ***,the effect of halogen ions in z. precursors on the shelling process was *** was proposed that the capacity of halogen ions to coordinate with the q.s influenced the balance between z. cation diffusion and z.S shelling ***,the z.S shelling reaction was dominant when z.Cl_(2)was employed,while z. cation diffusion was the dominant process under the I^(−)-rich *** work provides insights into the interfacial restructuring during the z.S shelling and offers a clear map for the tailored synthesis of core/shell q.s.

用随机滤波器对无速度传感器的交流永磁电机的转子磁通进行观测.观测过程中为了降低计算量,采用参数的混合辨识方法,把滑模观测器引入磁通辨识系统,代替位置传感器对转子位置和速度进行估计.用Matlab7.0建立离线辨识模型,仿真分析了转子磁通估计值与实际值之间的误差,以及磁通估计值随负载转矩大小的变化情况.
