Pol.riz.d el.ctron beam production via l.ser wakefiel. accel.ration in pre-pol.riz.d pl.sma is investigated by particl.in-cel. simul.tions. The evol.tion of the el.ctron beam pol.riz.tion is studied based on the Thomas±Bargmann±Michel.Tel.gdi equation for the transverse and l.ngitudinal.sel.-injection, and the depol.riz.tion process is found to be infl.enced by the injection schemes. In the case of transverse sel.-injection, as found typical.y in the bubbl. regime, the spin precession of the accel.rated el.ctrons is mainl. infl.enced by the wakefiel.. however, in the case of l.ngitudinal.injection in the quasi-1D regime (for exampl., F. Y. l. et al., Phys. Rev. l.tt. 110, 135002 (2013)), the direction of el.ctron spin oscil.ates in the l.ser fiel.. Since the el.ctrons move around the l.ser axis, the net infl.ence of the l.ser fiel. is nearl. z.ro and the contribution of the wakefiel. can be ignored. Final.y, an ul.ra-short el.ctron beam with pol.riz.tion of 99%can be obtained using l.ngitudinal.sel.-injection.

The decol.riz.tion of Direct Bl.ck 22 by Aspergil.us ficuum has been studied. It was found that Aspergil.us ficuum coul. effectivel. decol.riz. Direct Bl.ck 22 especial.y when grown as pel.eted mycel.a. Resul.s showed that the media containing Direct Bl.ck 22 at 50 mg/l.coul. be decol.riz.d by 98.05% of the initial.col.r in 24 h. The optimum ph and temperature of decol.riz.tion are 4.0 and 33 °C respectivel.. Aeration was quite beneficial.to decol.riz.tion. Medium composition and the concentration of Direct Bl.ck 22 coul. affect the rate of decol.riz.tion. The dye degraded products assayed by uV-visibl. spectrophotometer and macroscopic observation showed that the decol.riz.tion of Direct Bl.ck 22 by mycel.al.pel.ets incl.des two important processes: bioadsorption and biodegradation. The degradation experiment agree with the Michael.s-Menten kinetics equation.

ul.rafine PbS particl.s with different siz.s have been prepared in perfl.orocarboxyl.ted cation-exchanged fil.s. The variation of PbS particl. siz. was cl.rified by absorption spectra and TEM graphs. Time-resol.ed optical.Kerr effects were measured by femtosecond pump-probe techniques. Optical.Kerr effect response time was estimated to be l.ss than 165 fs. A third-order optical.nonl.nearity of χ(3)10-12 esu for PbS particl.s was obtained and it was found that it increases with the decrease of particl. siz.s, showing the infl.ence of quantum confined effect on optical.nonl.near behaviour of ul.rafine particl.s.

An experimental.investigation is described for the characteristics of convective boil.ng fl.w instabil.ties in horiz.ntal.y hel.cal.y coil.d tubes using a steam-water two-phase cl.sed circul.tion test l.op at pressure from 0.5 MPa to 3.5 MPa. Three kinds of oscil.ation are reported: density waves; pressure drop excursions; thermal.fl.ctuations. We describe their dependence on main system parameters such as system pressure, mass fl.wrate, inl.t subcool.ng, compressibl. vol.me and heat fl.x. util.z.ng the experimental.data together with conservation constraints, a dimensionl.ss correl.tion is proposed for the occurrence of density waves.

Strong-fiel. mid-infrared pump-terahertz.（Thz.probe spectroscopy has been proven as a powerful.tool.for l.ght control.of different orders in strongl. correl.ted material.. We report the construction of an ul.rafast broadband infrared pump-Thz.probe system in refl.ction geometry. A two-output optical.parametric ampl.fier is used for generating mid-infrared pul.es with GaSe as the nonl.near crystal. The setup is capabl. of pumping bul. material. at wavel.ngths ranging from 1.2 μm to 15 μm and beyond, and detecting the subtl., transient photoinduced changes in the refl.cted el.ctric fiel. of the Thz.probe at different temperatures. As a demonstration, we present 15 μm pump-Thz.probe measurements of a bul. EuSbTe3 singl. crystal. A 0.5% transient change in the refl.cted Thz.el.ctric fiel. can be cl.arl. resol.ed. The widel. tuned pumping energy coul. be used in mode-sel.ctive excitation experiments and appl.ed to many strongl. correl.ted el.ctron systems.

The goal.was to compare body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), waist to height ratio (WhtR), and rel.tive fat mas (RFM), to identify the best predictor of overweight and obesity in university students from Mexico. This is a cross-sectional.survey with 697 university students from northern and central.Mexico (448 women, and 249 men aged 18 - 19 years). Data was col.ected during 2018. Overweight and obesity were cal.ul.ted from those indices and for both, femal. and mal. students, the order of correl.tion between a pair of indices were WhtR vs. RFM > WhtR vs. WC > RFM vs. WC > WhtR vs. BMI > BMI vs. WC > RFM vs. BMI. It is concl.ded to use the WhtR and the RFM to better predict overweight and obesity in young Mexican university students.

Objectives To construct human BMP-2 and OPG coexpressing vector and determine its expression in mannal.an cel.s in vitro. Methods using the isol.ted total.RNA from osteosacoma cel. l.ne MG63 as a templ.te,the cDNA encoding hOPG was ampl.fied by reverse transcription-pol.merase chain reation (RT-PCR) method and cl.ned into mammal.an expression vector pIRES2-EGFP endonucl.ases sites EcoR I and Bamh I, and the BMP-2 encoding region gene was cl.ned into endonucl.ases site BstX *** the recombinant pl.smid pIRES2-OPG-BMP2 was transformed into COS-7 cel. l.ne,OPG and BMP-2 expression were determined by Western bl.t *** (1) The sequence of OPG cDNA obtained in this experiment was the same as that of reported, recombinant pl.smid pIRES-BMP2-OPG was constructed successful.y. (2) human OPG and BMP-2 overexpression cel. l.ne COS-7 was sel.cted and confirmed by Western bl.t anal.sis .Concl.sion human OPG encoding *** and BMP-2 coexpressing vector and cel. l.neage expressed OPG and BMP-2 were obtained. These datas suggested coexpressing human OPG and BMP-2 may be a promising and l.gical.apporach for treatment of osteoporosis.
