With the increasing demand for scalable and cost-effective electrochemical energy storage,aqueous z.nc ion batteries(Az.Bs)have a broad application prospect as an inexpensive,efficient,and naturally secure energy storage ***,the limitations suffered by Az.Bs,including volume expansion and active materials dissolution of the cathode,electrochemical corrosion,irreversible side reactions,z.nc dendrites of the anode,have seriously decelerated the civilianiz.tion process of ***,polymers have tremendous superiority for application in Az.Bs attributed to their exceptional chemical stability,tunable structure,high energy density and outstanding mechanical *** the expanding applications of Az.Bs and the superiority of polymers,this comprehensive paper meticulously reviews the benefits of utiliz.ng polymeric applied to cathodes and anodes,*** begin with,with adjustable structure as an entry point,the correlation between polymer structure and the function of energy storage as well as optimiz.tion is deeply investigated in respect to the ***,depending on the diversity of properties and structures,the development of polymers in Az.Bs is summariz.d,including conductive polymers,redox polymers as well as carbon composite polymers for cathode and polyvinylidene fluoride-,carbonyl-,amino-,nitrile-based polymers for anode,and a comprehensive evaluation of the shortcomings of these strategies is ***,an outlook.highlights some of the challenges posed by the application of polymers and offers insights into the potential future direction of polymers in *** is designed to provide a thorough reference for researchers and developers work.ng on polymer for Az.Bs.

Clinical study of chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment in patients with non-Hodgk.n lymphoma

Perfor-mance Status were used to assess cognitive changes before and after *** The VFT scores for before treatment(BT)and after treatment(AT)groups were 45.20±15.62,and 42.30±17.53,respectively(t-2.16,Pz.2.1,Pz.3.7,Pz.2.84,P<0.01).The SDMT and MMSE values did not show a significant difference between BT and AT *** Compared to the AT group,the BT group showed impaired language,memory,and subjective cognition,but objec-tive cognition and execution were not significantly affected.

In this study, a high-carbon nano-bainitic GCr15Si1Mo bearing steel was investigated. Specifically, the effects of content and siz. of undissolved carbides on the microstructure and transformation k.netics of nano-bainite were analyz.d. The results demonstrated that after prolonged austempering at low temperatures, the mixed microstructure composed of nano-bainite (NB), undissolved carbides (UC), and retained austenite (RA) was obtained in GCr15SiMo steel. When the experimental steel was austenitiz.d at 900 ℃, the undissolved carbides gradually dissolved until reaching a stable state with increasing holding time. Furthermore, at the same austempering temperature, despite different volume fractions of undissolved carbides in the substrate, the volume fractions of nano-bainite in the final microstructures remained essentially the same. Moreover, the higher the content of undissolved carbides in steel, the faster the transformation rate of nano-bainite and the shorter the total transformation time.

Microsiz.d bismuth(Bi)with in-situ constructed three-dimensional(3D)porous network.has been considered as a promising anode for high-performance potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).However,the mechanism of the in-situ porous evolution of microsiz.d Bi during the charge/discharge process is still ***,various electrolytes are employed to disclose the origin of porous evolution of microsiz.d Bi in *** and theoretically,the 3D porous network.originates from the uniform interfacial charge distribution on the Bi surface in the linear ether-based *** addition,the universality of the interfacial charge distribution mechanism was verified by microsiz.d Sn and *** in-situ constructed 3D porous network.of Bi enables a superior potassium storage performance in a wide temperature range from-40 to 40℃.More importantly,the k.(0.9)Mn_(0.7)Ni_(0.3)O_(2)||Bi full cell delivers excellent cycling stability(a high capacity retention of 88.44%even after 2,000 cycles)and good temperature *** work.gives a distinct clarification of the origin of the porous evolution of microsiz.d Bi during cycling,which is critical for developing high-performance PIBs.

Alz.eimer ’s disease(AD) is a leading cause of dementia in the ***-activated protein k.nase phosphatase 1(Mk.-1) plays a neuroprotective role in ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of Mk.-1 on AD have not been extensively ***(miRNAs) regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level,thereby repressing mRNA ***,we reported that the microRNA-429-3p(miR-429-3p) was significantly increased in the brain of APP23/PS45 AD model mice and N2AAPPAD model *** further found that miR-429-3p could downregulate Mk.-1 expression by directly binding to its 3’-untranslated region(3’ UTR).Inhibition of miR-429-3p by its antagomir(A-miR-429) restored the expression of Mk.-1 to a control level and consequently reduced the amyloidogenic processing of APP and Aβ *** importantly,intranasal administration of A-miR-429 successfully ameliorated the deficits of hippocampal CA1 long-term potentiation and spatial learning and memory in AD model mice by suppressing extracellular signal-regulated k.nase(ERk./2)-mediated GluAl hyperphosphorylation at Ser831 site,thereby increasing the surface expression of GluAl-containing α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxaz.lepropionic acid receptors(AMPARs).Together,these results demonstrate that inhibiting miR-429-3p to upregulate Mk.-1 effectively improves cognitive and synaptic functions in AD model mice,suggesting that miR-429/Mk.-1 pathway may be a novel therapeutic target for AD treatment.

Particle shape characterisation and classification using automated microscopy and shape descriptors in batch manufacture of particulate solids

It is k.own that siz. alone, which is often defined as the volume-equivalent diameter, is not sufficient to characteriz. many particulate products. The shape of crystalline products can be as important as siz. in many applications, Traditionally, particulate shape is often defined by several simple descriptors such as the maximum length and the aspect ratio. Although these descriptors are intuitive, they result in a loss of information about the original shape. This paper presents a method to use principal component analysis to derive simple latent shape descriptors from microscope images of particulate products made in batch processes, and the use of these descriptors to identify batch-to-batch variations. Data from batch runs of both a laboratory crystalliser and an industrial crystallisation reactor are analysed using the described approach. Qualitative and quantitative comparisons with the use of traditional shape descriptors that have nhwical meanings and Fourier shape descriptors are also made.
