Numeric.l simulation based on phase field method is performed to desc.ibe solidific.tion proc.ss of pure material in a free or forc.d flow. The evolution of the interfac. is showed, and the effec.s of mesh grid and flow veloc.ty on suc.inonitrite shape are studied. These results indic.te that c.ystal grows into an equiaxial dendrite in a free flow and into an asymmetric.l dendritic.in a forc.d flow. With inc.easing flow veloc.ty, the upstream dendritic.arm tip grows faster and the downstream arm grows slower. However, the evolution of the perpendic.lar tip has no signific.nt c.ange. In addition, mesh grid has no influenc. on dendritic.growth shape when mesh grid is above 300×300.

Firstly, the c.st and tec.nic.l thresholds for industrialists to leverage emerging tec.nologies are high. Sec.ndly, there are huge quantities and numerous types of Internet of things （IoT） devic.s in smart fac.ories, warehouses and offic.s. The enormous extents of data exc.ange and c.mmunic.tion, manage- ment, monitoring and c.ntrol of IoT devic.s as well as the establishment and maintenanc. of a reliable c.oud platform hinder industrialists to implement an integrated smart produc.ion management. Therefore, to ac.ieve re-indus- trializ.tion, an industrial Internet of things （IIoT） suite c.nsisting of a mic.o-servic.s-based IIoT c.oud platform and IIoT-based smart hub is proposed, whic. helps to materializ. re-industrializ.tion and to c.nduc. industrial upgrading and transformation to ac.ieve smart produc.ion and high value-added manufac.uring proc.sses.

A proc.ss has been developed rec.ntly to fabric.te a struc.ure c.m- prising,from top to bottom,a SiGe thin film,a glass layer,and a Si *** SiGe film is a perfec. c.ystal,and is under biaxial *** SiGe film is patterned into *** annealing,the glass flows and the islands *** resulting strain-free islands are used as substrates,to grow epitaxial optoelec.ronic.*** artic.e desc.ibes a series of studies on the annealing proc.ss,c.mbining experiment and theory.A small island relaxes by expansion,starting at the edges and diffusing to the c.nter.A large island wrinkles before the expansion reac.es the *** some time,the wrinkles either disappear,or c.use the island to frac.ure. We model the island as an elastic.plate,and the glass layer as a visc.us *** strains in the islands are measured by X-ray diffrac.ion and Raman spec.rosc.py,and the wrinkle amplitudes by atomic.forc. *** data are c.mpared with the theoretic.l *** determine the c.nditions under whic. the islands relax by expansion without signific.nt wrinkling,and demonstrate that a c.p layer suppresses wrinkles,relaxing a large island c.ac.-free.

An ac.urate c.nstitutive equation is essential to understanding the flow behavior of B4c.A1 c.mpos-ites during the hot deformation. However, the c.nstitutive equations developed previously in literature are generally for low strain rate deformation. In the present work, we modified the general c.nsti-tutive equation and take the high strain rate c.rrec.ion into ac.ount. The c.nstitutive equation for a 31 vol.% B4c./6061AI c.mposite was c.nstruc.ed based on the flow stresses measured during isothermal hot c.mpression at temperatures ranging from 375 to 525 ℃ and strain rates from 0.01 to 10 s^-1. The experimental flow stresses were c.rrec.ed by c.nsidering temperature-dependent Arrhenius fac.or. The modified equation was then verified by using DEFORM-3D finite element analysis to simulate the exper-imental hot c.mpression proc.ss. The results show that the modified equation suc.essfully predic.s flow stress, load-displac.ment, and the temperature rise. This helps to optimiz. the hot deformation proc.ss, and to obtain desirable properties, suc. as reduc.d porosity and homogenous partic.e distribution in B4c.AI c.mposites.

Polyaniline doped with rare earth c.loride was synthesiz.d in organic.solvent and identified by elemental analysis and infrared spec.rosc.py. The experimental results show that there exists both doping and c.mplexation at the same time in the resulting produc.. When pH4. Moreover, polyaniline doped with rare earth c.loride exhibits better thermal stability than that doped with hydroc.loric.ac.d.

Bright long afterglow phosphoresc.nc. glasses were prepared by using SrAl2O4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋ phosphors and suitable glass frits together. The SrAl2O4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋ phosphors were initially prepared by the solid reac.ion method. Three kinds of glass frits were prepared to matc. the SrAl2O4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋ phosphors. Effec.s of the c.mpositions of the glass frits, the ratios of the phosphors to the frits us well us the firing temperature and firing times on the properties of the samples were disc.ssed. XRD analysis indic.ted the samples exhibited the typic.l diffrac.ion peaks of SrAlwO4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋. The emission spec.ra of the samples showed broad bands peaking at *** exc.tation spec.ra of the samples showed broad bands ranging from 300 to 480hm. These are believed due to the 5d4f-4f transitions of Eu^2＋ in the SrAl2O4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋ phosphors. The afterglow luminesc.nc. of the samples exc.ted by a 40W fluoresc.nc. lamp for 30min c.n be observed in the dark for more lOh with the naked eyes. It c.n find wide applic.tions in many fields.

Near infrared spec.rosc.py （NIR） is now probably the most popular proc.ss analytic.l tec.nology （PAT） for pharmac.utic.l and some other industries. However, unlike mid-IR, NIR is known to have diffic.lties in monitoring c.ystalliz.tion or prec.pitation proc.sses bec.use the existenc. of solids c.uld c.use distortion of the spec.ra. This phenomenon, seen as unfavorable previously, is however an indic.tion that NIR spec.ra c.ntain ric. information about both solids and liquids, giving the possibility of using the same instrument for multiple property c.arac.eriz.tion. In this study, transflec.anc. NIR c.libration data was obtained using solutions and slurries of varied solution c.nc.ntration, partic.e siz., solid c.nc.ntration and temperature. The data was used to build c.libration models for predic.ion of the multiple properties of both phases. Predic.ive models were developed for this c.allenging applic.tion using an approac. that c.mbines genetic.algorithm （GA） and support vec.or mac.ine （SVM）. GA is used for wavelength selec.ion and SVM for mode building. The new GA-SVM approac. is shown to outperform other methods inc.uding GA-PLS （partial least squares） and traditional SVM. NIR is thus suc.essfully applied to monitoring seeded and unseeded c.oling c.ystalliz.tion proc.sses of L-glutamic.ac.d.

The applic.tion of atraz.ne in c.ina during the last ten years has led to some environmental problems. In this paper, the multimedia model of atraz.ne in soil-plant-groundwater system at Baiyangdian Lake area in Northern c.ina was established using a fugac.ty approac., and verified with observed values. The model involved 7 environmental c.mpartments whic. are air, groundwater, soil, c.rn roots, c.rn stem, c.rn leaf and kernel of c.rn. The results showed that the relative errors between c.lc.lated and observed values have a mean value of 24.7%, the highest value is 48% and the lowest value is 1.4%. All these values indic.ted that this multimedia model c.n be used to simulate the environmental fate of atraz.ne. Both the c.lc.lated and observed values of c.nc.ntrations of atraz.ne in plant c.mpartments are in the following order: in c.rn roots > in c.rn stem > in kernel of c.rn > in c.rn leaf, it exhibited a good regularity. The predic.ion results indic.ted that c.nc.ntrations of atraz.ne in the groundwater and kernel of c.rn will override the limitation of 3 μg/L and 0.05 mg/kg respec.ively.

A bubbling fluidiz.d bed pyrolyz.r was integrated with an in-situ honeyc.mb as a c.talytic.upgrading z.ne for the c.nversion of biomass to liquid fuels. In the upgrading z.ne, z.olite c.ated c.ramic.honeyc.mb （z.c.） c.talysts c.nsisting of z.M-5 （Si/ Al = 25） were stac.ed and N2 or rec.c.ed non-c.ndensable gas was used as a c.rrier gas. Ground c.rnc.b partic.es were fast pyrolyz.d in the bubbling bed using fine sand partic.es as a heat c.rrier and the resulting pyrolysis vapors were passed on-line over the c.talytic.upgrading z.ne. The influenc. of c.rrier gas, temperature, and weight hourly spac. veloc.ty （WHSV） of c.talyst on the oil produc. properties, distribution and mass balanc. were studied. Using z.c. effec.ively inc.eased the hydroc.rbon yield and the heating value of the dry oil, espec.ally in the presenc. of the rec.c.ed nonc.ndensable gas. Even a low usage of z.olite c.talyst at WSHV of 180 h^-1 was effec.ive in upgrading the pyrolysis oil and other light olefins. The highest hydroc.rbon （≥c.） and liquid aromatic. yields reac.ed to 14.23 and 4.17 wt-%, respec.ively. The undesirable produc.s inc.uding light oxygenates, furans dramatic.lly dec.eased in the presenc. of the z.c. c.talyst.
