In this study,interconnected porous Mg-2zn-xy alloys with different phase compositions were prepared by various y additions(x=0.4,3,and 6 wt.%)to adjust the compressive properties and energy absorption *** characterization methods were then applied to identify the microstructure of the porous Mg-zn-y and describe the details of the second *** tests were performed at room temperature(RT),200℃,and 300℃to study the impact of the y addition and testing temperature on the compressive properties of the porous *** experimental results showed that a high y content promotes a microstructure refinement and increases the volume fraction of the second *** the y content increases,different Mg-zn-y ternary phases appear:I-phase(Mg_(3)zn_(6)y),W-phase(Mg_(3)zn_(3)y_(2)),and LPSO phase(Mg_(12)zny).When the y content ranges between 0.4%and 6%,the compressive strength increases from 6.30MPa to 9.23 MPa,and the energy absorption capacity increases from 7.33 MJ/m^(3)to 10.97 MJ/m^(3)at RT,which is mainly attributed to the phase composition and volume fraction of the second ***,the average energy absorption efficiency is independent of the y *** addition,the compressive deformation behaviors of the porous Mg-zn-y are altered by the testing *** compressive strength and energy absorption capacity of the porous Mg-zn-y decrease due to the softening effect of the high temperature on the *** deformation behaviors at different temperatures are finally observed to reflect the failure mechanisms of the struts.

Effect of Supplementary Feeding on Growth Performance and Ruminal Fermentation in Winter Season Grazing Sheep

The experiment was conducted with twenty-four grazing sheep divided into 3 experimental groups on the basis of body weights,***,optimal and non-optimal groups to study the effect of optimized supplementation on growth performance and rumen fermentation characteristics of grazing sheep in *** sheep in control were grazing only,whereas the grazing sheep in the optimal were supplemented with 250 g of an optimal forage mix and 404 g of *** animals in non-optimal were supplemented with 465 g of concentrate *** gain rate in the optimal increased by 1.2% and 15.3 % as compared to that of the non-optimal and control group,*** fermentation parameters were not significantly different between the optimal and non-optimal groups,however,they were significantly improved compared to the *** results indicated that optimized supplementation strategies in winter were beneficial for markedly improving growth performance and rumen fermentation characteristics of grazing sheep.

Thermo-kinetic characteristics on stabilizing hetero-phase interface of metal matrix composites by crystal plasticity finite element method

Using dislocation-based constitutive modeling in three-dimension crystal plasticity finite element(3D CPFE)simulations,co-deformation and instability of hetero-phase interface in different material systems were herein studied for polycrystalline metal matrix composites(MMCs).Local stress and strain fields in two types of 3layer MMCs such as fcc/fcc Cu-Ag and fcc/bcc Cu-Nb have been predicted under simple compressive ***,more severe strain-induced interface instability can be observed in the fcc/bcc systems than in the fcc/fcc systems upon refining to metallic nanolayered composites(MNCs).By detailed analysis of stress and strain localization,it has been demonstrated that the interface instability is always accompanied by high-stress concentration,i.e.,thermodynamic characteristics,or high strain prevention i.e.,kinetic characteristics,at the hetero-phase *** then follows that the thermodynamic driving forceG and the kinetic energy barrier Q during dislocation and shear banding can be adopted to classify the deformation modes,following the so-called thermo-kinetic *** by inserting a high density of high-energy interfaces into the Cu-Nb composites,such thermo-kinetic integration at the hetero-phase interface allows a successful establishment of MMCs with the high△G-high Q deformation mode,which ensures high hardening and uniform strain distri-bution,thus efficiently suppressing the shear band,stabilizing the hetero-phase interface,and obtaining an exceptional combination in strength and *** hetero-phase interface chosen by a couple of thermodynamics and kinetics can be defined as breaking the thermo-kinetic correlation and has been proposed for artificially designing MNCs.

Amino Acid and Mineral Composition of Meat from Free-range Broilers Reared on Alpine Steppe

An increasing number of consumers demanding health foods have favoured poultry meat from natural production system. Amino acid and mineral elements are essential nutrient, required for numerous metabolic functions, which are provided partly by the poultry. The objective of this study was to evaluate amino acid and mineral composition in meat of free-range broilers fed on grasshoppers on alpine rangeland in the Tibetan Plateau. Eighty, 28-day-old Qinjiaoma male broilers were introduced into a rangeland where there was a dense population of grasshoppers （treatment GC）. Control chicken were reared under intensive condition and given a maize-soybean diet （treatment CC）. At 91 days of age, 24 birds from each treatment were slaughtered. Fresh breast meats were packaged and refrigerated for determination. The results indicated that dietary grasshoppers and rearing condition significantly （P 〈 0.05） affected some amino acid and mineral elements composition. Aspartic, arginine, threonine, isoleucine and lysine were higher in the muscles from GC than those from CC, and the similar trend were also found in the content of total amino acid and essential amino acid. While tryptophan and methionine were lower （P 〈 0.05） in meat from GC than that from CC. Effect of diets and rearing condition on mineral elements was also observed, the concentration of sodium, phosphorus and iron were higher （P 〈 0.05） in muscle from GC, while calcium was higher in muscle from CC. In conclusion, the meat in free-range broilers fed on grasshoppers has the richer amino acid and mineral elements.

Multi-population particle swarm optimization algorithm for automatic design of steel frames

Steel structures are widely used;however,their traditional design method is a trial-and-error procedure which is neither efficient nor cost ***,a multi-population particle swarm optimization(MPPSO)algorithm is developed to optimize the weight of steel frames according to standard design *** are made to improve the algorithm performances including the constraint-based strategy,piecewise mean learning strategy and multi-population cooperative *** proposed method is tested against the representative frame taken from American standards and against other steel frames matching Chinese design *** related parameter influences on optimization results are *** the representative frame,MPPSO can achieve greater efficiency through reduction of the number of analyses by more than 65% and can obtain frame with the weight for at least 2.4%lighter.A similar trend can also be observed in cases subjected to Chinese design *** addition,a migration interval of 1 and the number of populations as 5 are recommended to obtain better MPPSO *** purpose of the study is to propose a method with high efficiency and robustness that is not confined to structural scales and design *** aims to provide a reference for automatic structural optimization design problems even with dimensional *** proposed method can be easily generalized to the optimization problem of other structural systems.

Polycrystalline silicon thin films were prepared by RTCVD (rapid thermal chemica l vapor deposition) method on several substrates such as SSP (silicon sheet from powder) ribbon, poly-Si wafer and mono-Si wafer. Intra-granular defects such as stacking faults, twins and microstructure defects were investigated on thin fil ms by scan electron microscopy (SEM) technique.

Copy-Move Forgery Detection (CMFD) is a technique that is designed to identify image tampering and locate suspicious areas. However, the practicality of the CMFD is impeded by the scarcity of datasets, inadequate quality and quantity, and a narrow range of applicable tasks. These limitations significantly restrict the capacity and applicability of CMFD. To overcome the limitations of existing methods, a novel solution called IMTNet is proposed for CMFD by employing a feature decoupling approach. Firstly, this study formulates the objective task and network relationship as an optimization problem using transfer learning. Furthermore, it thoroughly discusses and analyzes the relationship between CMFD and deep network architecture by employing ResNet-50 during the optimization solving phase. Secondly, a quantitative comparison between fine-tuning and feature decoupling is conducted to evaluate the degree of similarity between the image classification and CMFD domains by the enhanced ResNet-50. Finally, suspicious regions are localized using a feature pyramid network with bottom-up path augmentation. Experimental results demonstrate that IMTNet achieves faster convergence, shorter training times, and favorable generalization performance compared to existing methods. The influences of micro alloy and heat treatment procedure on the hardening of DJ108Ti alloy, which is based on the electrolytic Al Si(2 05%) Ti(0 25%) Fe(0 30%) multi component alloy, have been investigated. The results indicate that the micro alloy based on the multi component alloy makes α Al dendrites in DJ108Ti alloy refined; that the improved heat treatment procedure makes the eutectic Si phases granulated , the Fe phase refined, and the strengthening phases of Mg2Si and Al2Cu fully precipitated. The micro alloy and the heat treatment procedure harden DJ108Ti alloy and benefit the abrasion resistance of the alloy
