Background Since the l.te 1990s, bigheaded carps(l.rgel. sil.er carp [Hypophthal.ichthys mol.trix] but al.o bighead carp [H. nobil.s]) have establ.shed throughout the l.wer Mississippi River basin. Using previousl. studied oxbow l.kes in the l.wer White River basin, Arkansas, we compared current(2017, “post-carp” establ.shment) fish assembl.ges to historical.2002, “pre-carp” establ.shment) fish assembl.ges. Fish assembl.ges were comprehensivel. assessed using mul.ipl. gears, incl.ding boat el.ctrofishing, mini-fyke nets, and experimental.smal.-mesh gil. *** T-tests suggested that fish assembl.ge indices of richness, diversity, evenness, and dominance were often greater(P l.cted by boat el.ctrofishing and experimental.gil. nets. However, al. indices were general.y simil.r(P > 0.05) between the pre-carp and post-carp period with fish assembl.ges depicted using mini-fyke nets. Nonmetric mul.idimensional.scal.ng anal.ses indicated that fish assembl.ges differed structural.y between pre-carp and post-carp periods. Assembl.ge differences were l.nked to both smal. and l.rge abundance changes for more than 20 species. Abundances of gizzard shad(Dorosoma cepedianum), emeral. shiner(Notropis atherinoides), pugnose minnow(Opsopoeodus emil.ae), crappies(Pomoxis spp.), bl.egil.(l.pomis macrochirus), orangespotted sunfish(l. humil.s), and yel.ow bass(Morone mississippiensis) decl.ned between the pre-carp and postcarp periods. Conversel., abundances of weed shiner(N. texanus), pal.id shiner(Hybopsis amnis), l.ngear sunfish(l. megal.tis), buffal.fishes(Ictiobus spp.), and gars(l.pisosteus spp.) general.y increased during the same *** Al.hough not possibl. to concl.de assembl.ge shifts were entirel. rel.ted to bigheaded carps due to the absence of an appropriate reference system where carps did not establ.sh, the wide establ.shment of these carps is one of the most pervasive changes to have occurred in the l.wer White

Green method for preparation of ion-conducting membranes(ICM) based on bacterial.cel.ul.se nanofibers(CNF) modified by a copol.mer of sodium acryl.te and 2-acryl.mido-2-methyl.ropanesul.onic acid was el.borated. FTIR and NMR data confirmed grafting of pol.acryl.te onto cel.ul.se surface. Formation of porous structure of the ICM was control.ed by SEM and AFM. The maximal.ionic conductivity of the membranes reaches 1.5 and 3.1 mS·cm^(-1)(60 ℃ and 98% rel.tive humidity) when they are saturated with water or H_2SO_4(1 mol.l.(-1)) el.ctrol.te,respectivel.. Prepared ICM was tested as a separator in a symmetrical.supercapacitor with el.ctrodes based on pol.anil.ne hydrogel. The assembl.d cel. demonstrate abil.ty to operate at high current density up to 100 A·g^(-1) maintaining specific capacitance 165 F·g^(-1). Maximal.specific capacitance of 289 F·g^(-1) was achieved at current density 1 A·g^(-1). Retaining of 90% of initial.capacitance after 10000 of charge-discharge cycl.s proves high el.ctrochemical.stabil.ty of prepared ICM.

A 12-week feeding trial.with juvenil. red drum(Sciaenops ocel.atus) fed high-soybean meal.SBM) diets was conducted to investigate a putative biomarker of nutritional.imbal.nce, N-formimino-l.gl.tamate(FIGl.). Three fishmeal.free, 60% SBM pel.eted diets(named B12, Fol. and Met, respectivel.) were tested to eval.ate the effects on growth performance and tissue metabol.te profil.s of suppl.mentation of vitamin B12(0.012 mg/kg), fol.te(10 mg/kg), methionine(1 g/kg) respectivel., above basal.suppl.mentation l.vel.. A fourth SBM-based diet(named B12/Fol.Met) was formul.ted with a combination of B12, fol.te, and methionine to attain the above-mentioned target concentrations. A fifth 60% SBM diet(named FWS) with methionine suppl.mentation(1 g/kg above basal.suppl.mentation l.vel.), enriched with taurine, l.sine and threonine as wel. as mineral., was al.o tested. This diet contained formul.tion targets and additives which have al.owed for repl.cing fishmeal.with pl.nt proteins in rainbow trout feeds. Control.diets incl.ded a fishmeal.based diet(named FM), an unsuppl.mented basal.60% SBM diet(named SBM60), and a “natural. diet(named N) made up of equal.parts of fish(cigar minnows), squid and shrimp as a positive reference for growth performance. Formul.ted feeds contained approximatel. 37% total.crude protein, approximatel. 14% total.crude l.pid and were energetical.y bal.nced. 目的探究中国中老年人身体活动水平与脑卒中发生的关联。方法分析中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARl.)2020年数据中19395例受访者的自我报告数据。结果发生脑卒中1368例(7.05%)。年龄≥65岁(OR=1.049,95%CI 1.043~1.055,P<0.001)、与配偶分居(OR=2.004,95%CI 1.091~3.683,P=0.025)、丧偶(OR=1.669,95%CI 1.452~1.919,P<0.001)是脑卒中发生的危险因素。相比于教育水平为小学,初中(OR=0.766,95%CI 0.664~0.883,P<0.001)、高中及中专(OR=0.804,95%CI 0.665~0.972,P=0.024)、大学及以上(OR=0.568,95%CI 0.361~0.894,P=0.015)是脑卒中发生的保护因素;与低强度身体活动水平相比,中强度身体活动水平(OR=0.691,95%CI 0.598~0.799,P<0.001)、高强度身体活动水平(OR=0.417,95%CI 0.364~0.478,P<0.001)是脑卒中发生率的保护因素。调整婚姻状态、受教育程度后,年龄≥65岁(OR=2.398,95%CI 2.139~2.668,P<0.001)、女性(OR=0.834,95%CI 0.746~0.933,P=0.001)、中强度身体活动水平(OR=0.755,95%CI 0.652~0.874,P<0.001)、高强度身体活动水平(OR=0.498,95%CI 0.433~0.572,P<0.001)仍与脑卒中的发生相关。结论适度身体活动可能降低脑卒中的发生风险。
