To achieve a complete industrial chain of hydrogen energy,the development of efficient electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is of great concerns.Herein,a nickel nitride supported platinum(Pt)catalyst with highly exposed Pt(110)facets(Pt_((110))-Ni_(3)N)is obtained for catalyzing HER.Combined X-ray spectra and density functional theory studies demonstrate that the interfacial electronic interaction between Pt and Ni3N support can promote the hydrogen evolution on Pt(110)facets by weakening hydrogen adsorption.As a result,the Pt_((110))-Ni_(3)N catalyst delivers an obviously higher specific activity than commercial 20 wt.%Pt/C in acidic media.This work suggests that the suitable interface modulation may play a vital role in rationally designing advanced electrocatalysts.

To obtain a picking and planting integrated transplanting mechanism(PITM)with ideal trajectory shape,reasonable operating attitude,and compact structure for vegetable pot seedling transplanting,a symmetrical structural PITM composed of two planetary carriers and driven by a cam-noncircular gear combination mechanism was proposed in this paper.In accordance with the requirements of transplanting agronomy,the shape of the motion trajectory and the attitude of the end tip of the clamping claw at several specific positions(the starting and end points of picking seedling,the starting point of pushing seedling,and a special point on the return segment)were planned.To make the clamping claws of PITM pass through a set of prescribed positions,the mechanism was simplified to an open-chain 3R mechanism.An accurate four-position-based method for solving the open-chain mechanism model was adopted to obtain the curves of its fixed hinge point(central point)and dynamic hinge point(circle point).The ratio of adjacent bars’lengths was analyzed to determine the feasible interval of the central and circle point curves and the reasonable link length.A desired closed transplanting trajectory that goes through the given points and the corresponding transmission ratio model of the open-chain mechanism was established.After the transmission ratio of each stage of gear and cam pairs was calculated and distributed,the prototype of PITM was designed and manufactured.Lastly,the effectiveness and feasibility of the design were verified through a preliminary experiment of the prototype.

The phase transformation of catalysts has been extensively observed in heterogeneous catalytic reactions that hinder the long cycling catalysis,and it remains a big challenge to precisely control the active phase during the complex conditions in electrochemical catalysis.Here,we theoretically predict that carbon-based support could achieve the phase engineering regulation of catalysts by suppressing specific phase transformation.Taken single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)as typical support,combined with calculated E-pH(Pourbaix)diagram and advanced synchrotron-based characterizations technologies prove there are two different active phases source from cobalt selenide which demonstrate that the feasibility of using support effect regulating the potential advantageous catalysts.Moreover,it is worth noting that the phase engineering derived Co_(3)O_(4)-SWCNT exhibits a low overpotential of 201 mV for delivering the current density of 10 mA/cm^(2)in electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Also,it reaches a record current density of 529 mA/cm^(2)at 1.63 V(vs.RHE)in the electrocatalytic urea oxidation reaction(UOR),overwhelming most previously reported catalysts.

ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporters are integral membrane proteins that have evolved diverse func-tions fulfilled via the transport of various substrates.In Arabidopsis,the G subfamily of ABC proteins is particularly abundant and participates in multiple signaling pathways during plant development and stress responses.In this study,we revealed that two Arabidopsis ABCG transporters,ABCG16 and ABCG25,engage in ABA-mediated stress responses and early plant growth through endomembrane-specific dimerization-coupled transport of ABA and ABA-glucosyl ester(ABA-GE),respectively.We first revealed that ABCG16 contributes to osmotic stress tolerance via ABA signaling.More specifically,ABCG16 induces cellular ABA efflux in both yeast and plant cells.Using FRET analysis,we showed that ABCG16 forms oblig-atory homodimers for ABA export activity and that the plasma membrane-resident ABCG16 homodimers specifically respond to ABA,undergoing notable conformational changes.Furthermore,we demonstrated that ABCG16 heterodimerizes with ABCG25 at the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)membrane and facilitates the ER entry of ABA-GE in both Arabidopsis and tobacco cells.The specific responsiveness of the ABCG16-ABCG25 heterodimer to ABA-GE and the superior growth of their double mutant support an inhib-itory role of these twoABCGs in early seedling establishment via regulation of ABA-GE translocation across the ER membrane.Our endomembrane-specific analysis of the FRET signals derived from the homo-or heterodimerized ABcG complexes allowed us to link endomembrane-biased dimerization to the transloca-tion of distinct substrates by ABcG transporters,providing a prototypic framework for understanding the omnipotence of ABcG transporters in plant development and stress responses.

针对行人检测中对小尺度目标和遮挡的检测困难问题,提出一种基于改进YOLOv5的行人目标检测方法。结合GhostNet将YOLOv5的CSP模块改进为CSPGhost模块,对于相似的特征,将复杂的卷积运算简化成线性运算;在每个CSPGhost模块后面插入通道注意力模块,保证了模型检测速度的同时具有较高的检测精度;优化空间金字塔池化层,在不改变原有效果的前提下,降低算法的时间成本;将边框回归损失函数GIoU优化为考虑了长度损失和宽度损失的EIoU,其回归速度更快,得到的回归结果更好。实验结果表明:基于CSPGhost改进的YOLOv5的行人目标检测方法在COCO数据集上种类平均精度值为55.8%,检测速度达到374帧·s^(-1),对小目标的检测能力更强,对遮挡条件下的目标漏检率更低,检测速度更快,能够达到行人检测的实际应用要求.

By using the Yoshimitsu Okada and Steketee fault dislocation model,we calculated the vertical and horizontal displacements along the Yingxiu-Beichuan inverse fault and Guanxian-Anxian inverse fault along which the Wenchuan MS8. 0 earthquake occurred in 2008. Compared to the achievements of field surveying along the surface rupture zone,we found that our computational results are comparable to the real displacement variation trend. Furthermore,the computational results indicated that the surface displacement fields vary with the distance from the fault,and the vertical displacement fields show strong inhomogeneity,in which larger displacement is focused on the ends of the fault. However, in contrast to the vertical displacement,the horizontal displacement shows relative uniformity in space.

巢马铁路马鞍山长江公铁大桥副汊航道桥为(58+168+392+168+58)m双塔三索面钢桁梁斜拉桥,斜拉索设计采用抗拉强度2100 MPa、抗疲劳应力幅280 MPa的∅15.2 mm低松弛PE镀锌钢绞线拉索。为保证高强度钢绞线斜拉索的力学及锚固性能,根据其技术指标要求,在1860 MPa钢绞线基础上,研制2100 MPa钢绞线及配套锚具。通过提高钢绞线原材料盘条中C、Si、Mn元素含量及改进钢丝拉拔工艺,选择直径14.0 mm的PQS92Si-HT盘条为2100 MPa钢绞线原材料。为提高钢绞线的锚固性能,夹片选择20CrMnTi钢,夹片长度52 mm、牙高0.45 mm、锥角6°10′、表面粗糙度R a3.2以上且表面硬度不低于56 HRC。根据2100 MPa钢绞线锚具的载荷变化和现行锚具锚板的材料性能,锚板选择40Cr钢,并进行调质处理。对研制的2100 MPa钢绞线及配套锚具进行单孔锚及斜拉索锚具组件疲劳试验及疲劳后静载试验。结果表明:研制的2100 MPa钢绞线及其锚具组件均满足规范要求,可应用于马鞍山长江公铁大桥副汊航道桥。

目的为了解井下噪声危害程度,并且为噪声措施控制提供依据。方法于2019年11月,选择四川省13个典型煤矿作为研究对象,共计1203个点位、609个工种进行噪声暴露情况调查,并对工作场所噪声数据进行统计学分析。结果测量结果中噪声强度P75>80 dB(A)。其中打眼工、放炮工、支护工和司机等工种测量值>80 dB(A);空压机巡视处噪声强度>86 dB(A),瓦斯抽放巡视处、主通风机操作处的噪声强度介于80~85 dB(A)。结论煤矿井下作业噪声暴露应及时采取吸、隔声控制措施或加强个人防护。
