Hierarchical Control Strategy for Load Regulation Based on Stackelberg Game Theory Considering Randomness

Demand response has been recognized as a valuable functionality of power systems for mitigating power imbalances.This paper proposes a hierarchical control strategy among the distribution system operator(DSO),load aggregators(LAs),and thermostatically controlled loads(TCLs);the strategy includes a scheduling layer and an executive layer to provide load regulation.In the scheduling layer,the DSO(leader)offers compensation price(CP)strategies,and the LAs(followers)respond to CP strategies with available regulation power(ARP)strategies.Profits of the DSO and LAs are modeled according to their behaviors during the load regulation process.Stackelberg game is adopted to capture interactions among the players and leader and to obtain the optimal strategy for each participant to achieve utility.Moreover,considering inevitable random factors in practice,e.g.,renewable generation and behavior of users,two different stochastic models based on sample average approximation(SAA)and parameter modification are formulated with improved scheduling accuracy.In the executive layer,distributed TCLs are triggered based on strategies determined in the scheduling layer.A self-triggering method that does not violate user privacy is presented,where TCLs receive external signals from the LA and independently determine whether to alter their operation statuses.Numerical simulations are performed on the modified IEEE-24 bus system to verify effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

With the fast generation of electronic waste(e-waste)and the increasing depletion of metal resources,“urban mining”that can selectively recover gold from secondary resources has attracted great interest.Construction of materials with high extraction capacity and satisfying selectivity in complex aqueous-based matrices still remains challenging.Here,a novel metal-organic framework/polymer composite(Fe-BTC/poly(thioctic acid),denoted as Fe-BTC/pTA)has been newly synthesized and applied for selective gold recovery in different matrices(river water,seawater,and leaching solution of e-waste).Benefiting from the high specific surface area and suitable pore sizes as well as the rational design of active sites,the composite exhibits high adsorption capacity(920 mg/g),high removal efficiency(>99%),fast kinetics(below 0.1 ppb within 10 min),and good applicability in complex matrices,which are better than those of most reported sulfur-containing adsorbents.Solid-state metallic gold with high purity can be effectively enriched due to the high recyclability and long-term stability of the composite.The material after adsorption can be further applied as a heterogeneous catalyst for water remediation due to the in situ generated gold nanoparticles by the redox reaction between Au(III)ions and the S-containing groups in the composites.

Highly efficient recovery of waste LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(z)O_(2) cathode materials using a process involving pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy

Substantial environmental and economic benefits can be achieved by recycling used lithium-ion batteries. Hydrometallurgy is often employed to recover waste LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(z)O_(2) cathode materials. As Ni, Co and Mn are transition metals, they exhibit similar properties;therefore, separating them is difficult. Thus, most researchers have focused on leaching processes, while minimal attention has been devoted to the separation of valuable metals from waste LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(z)O_(2) cathode materials. Herein, we propose an environment-friendly, gentle process involving the usage of pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy to gradually leach valuable metals and effectively separate them. Interestingly, Li is recovered through a reduction roasting and water leaching process using natural graphite powder, Ni and Co are recovered through ammonia leaching and extraction processes and Mn is recovered through acid leaching and evaporation–crystallization processes. Results show that ~87% Li, 97.01% Co, 97.08% Ni and 99% Mn can be leached using water, ammonia and acid leaching processes. The result obtained using the response surface methodology shows that the concentration of (NH4)2SO3 is a notable factor affecting the leaching of transition metals. Under optimal conditions, ~97.01% Co, 97.08% Ni and 0.64% Mn can be leached out. The decomposition of LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(z)O_(2) is a two-step process. This study provides valuable insights to develop an environment-friendly, gentle leaching process for efficiently recycling valuable metals, which is vital for the lithium-ion battery recycling industry.

Lactate is an end product of glycolysis.Owing to the lactate shuttle concept introduced in the early 1980s,increasing researchers indicate lactate as a critical energy source for mitochondrial respiration and as a precursor of gluconeogenesis.Lactate also acts as a multifunctional signaling molecule through receptors expressed in various cells,resulting in diverse biological consequences including decreased lipolysis,immune regulation,and anti-inflammation wound healing,and enhanced exercise performance in association with the gut microbiome.Furthermore,increasing evidence reveals that lactate contributes to epigenetic gene regulation by lactylating lysine residues of histones,which accounts for its key role in immune modulation and maintenance of homeostasis.Here,we summarize the function and mechanism of lactate and lactylation in tumor metabolism and microenvironment.

Spatio-temporal evolution and topographic gradient effect of land use and ecosystem service value in the Lhasa River Basin

The Lhasa River Basin forms an essential human settlement area in the southern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.This study employed ecosystem service value(ESV)evaluation model,terrain gradient grading,and Geodetector to analyze land use and ESV in the Lhasa River Basin from 1985 to 2020.The findings reveal that:(1)From 1985 to 2020,grassland was the dominant land use.There was a trend of grassland reduction and the expansion of other land types.(2)ESV has increased over the research period(with a total increase of 0.84%),with higher values in the southeast and lower values in the northwest.Grassland contributed the most to ESV,and climate regulation and hydrological regulation were the ecosystem services that contribute the most to ESV.(3)Natural factors like NDVI and altitude,as well as economic factors like population density and distance from roads,influenced the spatial differentiation of ESV,the explanatory power of NDVI reached up to 0.47.The interaction between factors had a greater impact than individual factors.These research results can provide theoretical support for national spatial planning and ecological environment protection in the Lhasa River Basin and other similar areas.

Event-triggered H_(∞) PI state estimation for delayed switched neural networks

On state estimation problems of switched neural networks,most existing results with an event-triggered scheme(ETS)not only ignore the estimator information,but also just employ a fixed triggering threshold,and the estimation error cannot be guaranteed to converge to zero.In addition,the state estimator of non-switched neural networks with integral and exponentially convergent terms cannot be used to improve the estimation performance of switched neural networks due to the difficulties caused by the nonsmoothness of the considered Lyapunov function at the switching instants.In this paper,we aim at overcoming such difficulties and filling in the gaps,by proposing a novel adaptive ETS(AETS)to design an event-based H_(∞)switched proportional-integral(PI)state estimator.A triggering-dependent exponential convergence term and an integral term are introduced into the switched PI state estimator.The relationship among the average dwell time,the AETS and the PI state estimator are established by the triggering-dependent exponential convergence term such that estimation error asymptotically converges to zero with H_(∞)performance level.It is shown that the convergence rate of the resultant error system can be adaptively adjusted according to triggering signals.Finally,the validity of the proposed theoretical results is verified through two illustrative examples.

刷丝与转子涂层相互作用产生的摩擦热效应直接影响刷式密封的密封性能和使用寿命。分析了刷式密封摩擦副之间的摩擦热效应理论,设计搭建了刷式密封摩擦副摩擦热效应实验装置,设计加工了6种不同结构参数与刷丝材料的刷式密封实验件和4种不同涂层材料的摩擦转盘,实验研究了工况参数、结构参数以及不同摩擦副材料对刷式密封摩擦热效应的影响,通过对比分析刷式密封最高温度以及磨损前后摩擦副的磨损形貌及磨损量,获取了刷丝与转子涂层材料的匹配性关系。研究结果表明:刷式密封最高温度会随着摩擦时长的增加先迅速升高后趋于稳定,随着干涉量的增大而升高,干涉量由0.3 mm增大至0.4 mm,刷丝平均最高温升达39.96℃;最高温度随着刷丝束厚度的增加而升高,随着后挡板保护高度的增大而降低;当刷丝材料为钴基高温合金GH605时,最佳转子涂层材料为WC,当刷丝材料为镍基高温合金GH4169时,最佳转子涂层材料为ZrO_(2),此两种匹配材料能够在相同工况下产生较低的摩擦热量,且耐磨性能高于其他匹配材料。

设备冷却水换热器在核电厂中扮演着至关重要的角色,负责散热并确保核电厂的安全运行。为满足核电厂换热器健康状态监测的需求,提出了一种基于指数移动平均的监测参数数据处理方法,通过计算并提取各个指标的数据基线,有效剔除波动数据,保留监测参数的动态特征。通过锁定异常参数,并结合异常工况分析库,最终实现对换热器健康状态的分析。最后,通过泄漏试验验证了基于MSET的异常工况健康分析的可行性。试验结果表明:该模型能够识别异常数据和异常工况,并具有较低的误报率。

δ18O,δD and d-excess signatures of ground ice in permafrost in the Beiluhe Basin on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,China

In this paper, stable isotope （δ18O, δD） investigations were completed in ground ice from a deep borehole in the Beiluhe Basin on northern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to unravel the isotopic variations of ground ice and their possible source water. The δ18O and δD of ground ice show distinctive characteristics compared with precipitation and surface water. The near-surface ground ice is highly enriched in heavier isotopes （δ18O and δD）, which were gradually depleted from top to bottom along the profile. It is suggestive of different origin and ice formation process. According to isotopic variations, the ice profile was divided into three sections： the near-surface ground ice at 2.5 m is frozen by the active-layer water which suffered evaporation. It is possible that ground ice between 3 and 4.2 m is recharged by the infiltration of snowmelt. From 5 to 6 m, the ground ice show complex origin and formation processes. Isotopic variations from 6 to 11.1 m and 20.55 m indicate different replenishment water. The calculated slope of freezing line （S=6.4） is larger than the experimental value （5.76）, and is suggestive of complex origin and formation process of ground ice.

对奥氏体不锈钢316H在不同温度下的高温拉伸性能进行试验。温度升高使得316H不锈钢内部原子运动速度加快,晶格结构变得疏松,原子间距离增加,抵抗变形能力降低。试验温度从350℃增加到650℃,316H不锈钢的规定塑性延伸强度和抗拉强度均呈现持续下降趋势,相比常温下的拉伸性能,316H不锈钢650℃时的规定塑性延伸强度降低了49%,抗拉强度降低了33%。温度的增加使得316H不锈钢强度显著降低。
