甘油三酯葡萄糖指数及全身免疫性炎症指数与急性缺血性脑卒中的相关性

目的探讨甘油三酯葡萄糖(triglyceride-glucose,TyG)指数及系统性免疫炎症指数(systemic immune-inflammation index,SII)与急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)的相关性。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选择2022年1月至2023年12月南方医科大学珠江医院收治的287例AIS患者作为AIS组,以同期非AIS患者(非缺血性脑病)为对照组。比较两组患者的一般资料、生化指标和实验室指标,进一步采用Spearman秩相关和Logistic回归分析等方法分析TyG指数和SII指数与AIS的相关性,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析SII指数和TyG指数对AIS的诊断效能。结果AIS组入院时美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分[分:6.00(3.00,9.00)vs.2.00(1.00,4.00)]、甘油三酯(TG)[mmol/L:2.74(1.75,3.12)vs.1.28(1.16,1.49)]、空腹血糖(FBG)[mmol/L:9.37(7.17,11.05)vs.5.81(4.30,7.58)]、TyG指数[8.14(7.68,8.48)vs.7.13(6.79,7.53)]、血小板(PLT)(×10^(9)/L:199.64±51.36 vs.176.14±30.98)、中性粒细胞(NEU)[×10^(9)/L:6.54(5.30,8.21)vs.4.20(2.99,5.42)]和SII指数[798.56(538.84,1219.20)vs.299.06(170.22,467.65)]均高于对照组(P均<0.05),而淋巴细胞(LYM)[×10^(9)/L:1.59(1.00,2.20)vs.2.53(1.69,3.27),P<0.05]低于对照组。多因素Logistic回归分析进一步确认,入院NIHSS评分、TyG指数和SII指数是AIS的独立危险因素[比值比(OR)分别为1.350、8.761、1.001,95%置信区间(95%CI)分别为1.250~1.458、5.823~13.183、1.001~1.002,P均<0.05]。入院NIHSS评分、TyG指数和SII指数。单独用于AIS的诊断时,曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.763、0.842和0.841,但当TyG指数与SII指数联合应用时,AUC显著提升至0.891,敏感度和特异度也相应提高,分别为0.774和0.839。结论入院NIHSS评分、TyG指数和SII指数是AIS的独立危险因素,TyG指数与SII指数的联合使用能显著增强AIS的诊断效能。

Classification performance of model coal mill classifiers with swirling and non-swirling inlets

The classification performance of model coal mill classifiers with different bottom incoming flow inlets was experimentally and numerically *** flow field adjacent to two neighboring impeller blades was measured using the particle image velocimetry *** results showed that the flow field adjacent to two neighboring blades with the swirling inlet was significantly different from that with the non-swirling *** the swirling inlet,there was a vortex located between two neighboring blades,while with the nonswirling inlet,the vortex was attached to the blade *** vorticity of the vortex with the non-swirling inlet was much lower than that with the swirling *** classifier with the non-swirling inlet demonstrated a larger cut size than that with the swirling inlet when the impeller was stationary(~0 r·min-1).As the impeller rotational speed increased,the cut size of the cases with non-swirling and swirling inlets both decreased,and the one with the non-swirling inlet decreased more *** values of the cut size of the two classifiers were close to each other at a high impeller rotational speed(≥120 r·min-1).The overall separation efficiency of the classifier with the non-swirling inlet was lower than that with the swirling inlet,and monotonically increased as the impeller rotational speed *** the swirling inlet,the overall separation efficiency first increased with the impeller rotational speed and then decreased when the rotational speed was above 120 r·min-1,and the variation trend of the separation efficiency was more *** the initial particle concentration increased,the cut sizes of both swirling and non-swirling inlet cases decreased first and then barely *** a low initial particle concentration(b 0.04 kg·m-3),the classifier with the swirling inlet had a larger cut size than that with the non-swirling inlet.

Adjuvant chemotherapy may improve outcome of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer with metastasis of intrapulmonary lymph nodes after systematic dissection of N1 nodes

Objective: Survival benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy(AC) of patients with intrapulmonary lymph node(IPLN)metastasis(level 12-14) needs *** evaluated the impact of AC on patients whose metastatic nodes were limited to intrapulmonary levels after systematic dissection of N1 ***: First,155 consective cases of lung cancer confirmed as pathologic N1 were collected and *** received systematic dissection of N2 and N1 *** patients with IPLN metastasis,survival outcomes were compared between those receiving AC and those not receiving ***: In this group,112 cases(72.3%) had IPLN metastasis and 55 cases(35.5%) had N1 involvement limited to level 13-14 without further disease spread to higher *** with IPLN involvement had a better prognosis than that of patients with hilar-interlobar *** the intrapulmonary N1 group(level 12-14-positive,level 10-11-negative or unknown,n=112),no survival benefit was found between the AC group and nonAC group [5-year overall survival(OS): 54.6±1.6 vs.50.4±2.4 months,P=0.177].However,76 of 112 cases for whom harvesting of level-10 and level-11 nodes was done did not show cancer involvement in pathology reports(level 12-14-positive,level 10-11 both negative),oncologic outcome was better for patients receiving AC than those not receiving AC in this subgroup(5-year OS: 57.3±1.5 vs.47.1±3.2 months,P=0.002).Conclusions: Oncologic outcome may be improved by AC for patients with involvement of N1 nodes limited to intrapulmonary levels after complete examination of N1 nodes.

The multiple quantum transitions within d-band correlation oxides such as rare-earth nickelates(RENiO_(3))triggered by critical temperatures and/or hydrogenation opened up a new paradigm for correlated electronics applications,*** electric field sensor,bio-sensor,and neuron synapse logical ***,these applications are obstructed by the present ineffectiveness in the thin film growth of the metastable RENiO_(3)with flexibly adjustable rare-earth compositions and electronic ***,we demonstrate a metal-organic decompositions(MOD)approach that can effectively grow metastable RENiO_(3)covering a large variety of the rare-earth composition without introducing any vacuum *** the previous chemical growths for RENiO_(3)relying on strict interfacial coherency that limit the film thickness,the MOD growth using reactive isooctanoate percussors is tolerant to lattice defects and therefore achieves comparable film thickness to vacuum *** indicated by positron annihilation spectroscopy,the RENiO_(3)grown by MOD exhibit large amount of lattice defects that improves their hydrogen incorporation amount and electron transfers,as demonstrated by the resonant nuclear reaction analysis and near edge X-ray absorption fine structure *** effectively enlarges the magnitude in the resistance regulations in particular for RENiO_(3)with lighter RE,shedding a light on the extrinsic regulation of the hydrogen induced quantum transitions for correlated oxides semiconductors kinetically via defect engineering.

It is well known that the commutator Tb of the Calderbn-Zygmund singular integral operator is bounded on LP（Rn） for 1 〈 p 〈＋∞ if and only if b E BMO [1]. On the other hand, the commutator Tb is bounded from H1（Rn） into L1（Rn） only if the function b is a constant [2]. In this article, we will discuss the boundedness of commutator of certain pseudo-differential operators on Hardy spaces H1. Let Tσ be the operators that its symbol is Sσ1,δ with 0 ≤δ〈 1, if b ∈ LMO∞, then, the commutator [b, Tσ] is bounded from H1（Rn） into L1（Rn） and from L∞（Rn） into BMO（Rn）; If [b,Tσ] is bounded from H1（Rn） into L1（Rn） or L1（Rn） into BMO（Rn）, then, b ∈ LMOtoc.

Dynamic structuralcolors can change in response todifferent environmental *** ability remains effectiveeven when the size of the speciesresponsible for the structural coloris reduced to a few micrometers,providing a promising sensingmechanism for solving microenvironmentalsensing problems inmicro-robotics and ***, the lack of dynamicstructural colors that can encoderapidly, easily integrate, and accuratelyreflect changes in physical quantities hinders their use in microscale sensing applications. Herein, we present a 2.5-dimensionaldynamic structural color based on nanogratings of heterogeneous materials, which were obtained by interweaving a pH-responsive hydrogelwith an IP-L photoresist. Transverse gratings printed with pH-responsive hydrogels elongated the period of longitudinal grating in the swollenstate, resulting in pH-tuned structural colors at a 45° incidence. Moreover, the patterned encoding and array printing of dynamic structuralcolors were achieved using grayscale stripe images to accurately encode the periods and heights of the nanogrid structures. Overall, dynamicstructural color networks exhibit promising potential for applications in information encryption and in situ sensing for microfluidic chips.

Objective： This retrospective study was conducted to investigate the impact of more extended mediastinal lymphadenectomy on the outcome of lung cancer patients treated with R0 resection. Methods： During the investigation period, 325 lung cancer cases were enlisted and 278 cases entered the analysis. The patients were divided into Control group （n=116） and Research group （n=162） according to the different extents of mediastinal lymph node clearance at different time periods. Three major parameters were retrospectively assessed to compare the quality of surgical care： extent of lymph node clearance, resection volume, and postoperative recovery process and common complications. Comparison of the outcome between two groups was carried out. Results： Research group showed a significant quality improvement of lymphadenectomy, such as more mediastinal node stations investigated （more than 3 N2 stations investigated： Research group, 90.7% vs. Control group, 55.2%; P=0.001） and more nodes collection （total nodes 26.1±10.0 vs. 19.1±8.3, P=0.000; N2 nodes 15.5±7.2 vs. 9.8±5.6, P=0.000）. However, overall survival （OS） and disease-free survival （DFS） were not significantly different either between two groups （5-year OS： Control group, 56.4±4.6% vs. Research group, 62.6±4.3%; P=0.271） or between subgroups from stage I to IIIa. TNM stage and histology were significant factors associated with OS and DFS in multivariate analysis; extent of mediastinal lymphadenectomy was not associated with OS or DFS. Conclusions： More radical mediastinal lymphadenectomy may not lead to an improved oncological outcome for lung cancer treated with R0 resection.
