The year 2019 has witnessed the drastic slowdown of global economic and trade growth,steep decline of foreign direct investment,continuing slowdown of growth rate of major developed economies and increasing downward pressure on emerging *** unilateral and protectionist policies adopted by the Trump administration of the United States have led the world on a track of slower growth;in the meantime,monetary and fiscal policies designed by various countries,especially developed economies,have become less effective;and insufficient global aggregate demand has also severely jeopardized world economic growth.

The global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has severely impacted the world economy in 2020,and there are evident regional differences in degree of the impact,as governments or economies have all taken unprecedented countermeasures but produced results varying in *** the same time as fragile and unbalanced recovery happens to the global economy,post-financial crisis issues such as low growth,low interest rates,low inflation and high debts,and high assets prices and high income gap have been exacerbated further.

无水氟化氢的分离需要冷凝过程,合理的温度控制对节约成本很重要。采用开源软件OpenFOAM对无水氟化氢的冷凝过程进行了模拟,结果表明温度低于263.15 K(-10℃)时,无水氟化氢出现明显的冷凝现象,液相的体积分数在1 s时大于20%。

Scalable,high-capacity,and low-power computing architecture is the primary assurance for increasingly manifold and large-scale machine learning *** electronic artificial agents by conventional power-hungry processors have faced the issues of energy and scaling walls,hindering them from the sustainable performance improvement and iterative multi-task *** to another modality of light,photonic computing has been progressively applied in high-efficient neuromorphic ***,we innovate a reconfigurable lifelong-learning optical neural network(L2 ONN),for highly-integrated tens-of-task machine intelligence with elaborated algorithm-hardware *** from the inherent sparsity and parallelism in massive photonic connections,L2 ONN learns each single task by adaptively activating sparse photonic neuron connections in the coherent light field,while incrementally acquiring expertise on various tasks by gradually enlarging the *** multi-task optical features are parallelly processed by multi-spectrum representations allocated with different *** evaluations on freespace and on-chip architectures confirm that for the first time,L2 ONN avoided the catastrophic forgetting issue of photonic computing,owning versatile skills on challenging tens-of-tasks(vision classification,voice recognition,medical diagnosis,etc.)with a single ***,L2 ONN achieves more than an order of magnitude higher efficiency than the representative electronic artificial neural networks,and 14×larger capacity than existing optical neural networks while maintaining competitive performance on each individual *** proposed photonic neuromorphic architecture points out a new form of lifelong learning scheme,permitting terminal/edge AI systems with light-speed efficiency and unprecedented scalability.

The world economic growth rate reaches around 3.6% in 2017 cal- culated in PPP terms, and 3.0% in market exchange rates terms, which has clearly picked up with continuous im- provement in labor market, moderate rise in global price level and increase in international trade gro^dh rate. Howev- er, at the same time, the foundation for world economic recovery is still not sol- id, while long-term international trade factors supporting rapid growth have yet to take shape. American fiscal and monetary policies are to generate large negative spillover effects upon world economy; the trend of de-globalization and trade and investment protectionism are on the rise; debt overhang problem are becoming more and more severe; asset bubble may burst anytime. Other problems like geopolitical risks and terrorism are exerting influences on the stability and development of world economy as well.

Cryopreservation of amphioxus (Branchiostoma belcheri) spermatozoa

Amphioxus, Branchiostoma belcheri, a closest relative of vertebrates, is at a high risk of extinction due to a combination of low effective population size, altered native habitats and environmental pollution, yet little is known about cryopreservation of its gametes. This study deals with the cryopreservation of amphioxus senlen. The main findings are that （1） the extender of Yao et al. is the best one among the four extenders examined; （2） the appropriate ratio of semen to extender of Yao et al. plus cryoprotectant is from 1：5 to 1：7; （3） dimethyl sulfoxide （DMSO） and methanol are the better cryoprotectants than glycerol, with DMSO giving the best results; （4） the eggs fertilized with post-thaw spermatozoa are capable of developing to at least hatching stage, and the highest hatching rate is （12.4±3.0）%. This is the first report on freezing and thawing of amphioxus spermatozoa, providing a simple and practical protocol for cryopreservation of amphioxus spermatozoa and laying a foundation for safeguarding this endangered species.
