To the Editor:Parkinson’s disease(PD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative movement disorders.[1]The severity of PD-related motor symptoms is usually semiquantitatively(“normal”,“slight”,“mild”,“moderate”,and“severe”)evaluated by expert physicians according to the Movement Disorder Society-sponsored revision of the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale Part III(MDS-UPDRS III).[2]However,the MDS-UPDRS III is semiquantitative and subjective,which might mask mild treatment effects or even provide false-positive results.

Alzheimer's disease is a progressive neurological disorder characterized by cognitive decline and chronic inflammation within the *** ketogenic diet,a widely recognized therapeutic intervention for refractory epilepsy,has recently been proposed as a potential treatment for a variety of neurological diseases,including Alzheimer's ***,the efficacy of ketogenic diet in treating Alzheimer's disease and the underlying mechanism remains *** current investigation aimed to explore the effect of ketogenic diet on cognitive function and the underlying biological mechanisms in a mouse model of Alzheimer's *** amyloid precursor protein/presenilin 1(APP/PS1)mice were randomly assigned to either a ketogenic diet or control diet group,and received their respective diets for a duration of 3 *** findings show that ketogenic diet administration enhanced cognitive function,attenuated amyloid plaque formation and proinflammatory cytokine levels in APP/PS1 mice,and augmented the nuclear factor-erythroid 2-p45 derived factor 2/heme oxygenase-1 signaling pathway while suppressing the nuclear factor-kappa B ***,these data suggest that ketogenic diet may have a therapeutic potential in treating Alzheimer's disease by ameliorating the neurotoxicity associated with Aβ-induced *** study highlights the urgent need for further research into the use of ketogenic diet as a potential therapy for Alzheimer's disease.

The direct activation of methane under mild condition to achieve highly selective of oxygenates is a challenging *** this study,a well dispersed silver supported ZnTiO_(3) catalyst was prepared to achieve selective preparation of methanol from methane and water under mild condition.X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy characterizations demonstrate that silver species are uniformly dispersed on ZnTiO_(3) surface in the form of metallic silver *** photoelectric characterizations reveal that the addition of silver species enhances light absorption and promotes charge separation of the *** the reaction conditions of 50℃and 3 MPa,the methanol is obtained as the only liquid product over the designed Ag/ZnTiO_(3) catalyst under light *** this photocatalytic process,the holes generated by ZnTiO_(3) activate water to produce intermediate·OH,which further reacts with methane to synthesize *** silver species as co-catalysts extend the light absorption range of ZnTiO_(3) as well as promote charge separation.

目的本研究旨在观察龙血竭总黄酮(sanguis draconis flavones,SDF)对大鼠心肌I/R模型的干预效果,并探讨其对HMGB1/PI3K的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将32只雄性健康SD大鼠划分为Control组、Sham组、I/R组和SDF组,每组有8只大鼠;为了建立I/R模型,进行冠状动脉左前降支中上段的结扎手术;通过酶联免疫吸附技术测定大鼠血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平,并使用HE染色观察心肌病理学变化;通过采用TTC染色法,进而准确评估心肌梗死面积;利用Western Blot技术检测大鼠心肌中HMGB1和PI3K蛋白表达水平。结果①相较于Control组和Sham组,I/R组及SDF组的CK-MB表达水平提高(P<0.05),HMGB1和PI3K蛋白的表达量增加(P<0.05),I/R组及SDF组的大鼠心肌梗死面积高于Sham组。②HE染色观察到Control组和Sham组大鼠心肌结构完整,心肌纤维有序排列。I/R组大鼠心肌细胞则排列紊乱,细胞间质水肿,部分细胞出现坏死。此外,还可以观察到炎性细胞的浸润。与I/R组相比,SDF组大鼠心肌结构破坏程度明显减轻,细胞仅有轻微死亡,纤维排列较为整齐,且仍可观察到少量中性粒细胞浸润。结论SDF预处理可以干预HMGB1/PI3K信号通路,从而对心肌缺血再灌注损伤起到保护作用。

The impact sensitivity assessment of spacecraft is to obtain the probability of spacecraft encountering the OD/M(orbital debris or meteoroid),which is a prerequisite for survivability assessment of on-orbit *** impact sensitivity assessment method of spacecraft based on virtual exterior wall was proposed to improve the computational *** method eliminates determination of the outermost surface elements of the spacecraft before generating the debris rays,which are assumed to originate from a non-concave virtual wall that completely wraps the *** Dist Mesh method was adopted for the generating of the virtual wall to ensure its mesh *** influences of the sizes,mesh densities,shapes of the virtual wall on the efficiency and accuracy were considered to obtain the best combination of the size and mesh density of the wall and *** results of this method were compared with those of S3DE(Survivability of Spacecraft in Space Debris Environment),BUMPER,MDPANTO,ESABASE2/Debris to verify the feasibility of the *** PCHIP(Piecewise Cubic Hermite Interpolating Polynomial)was used to fit the size *** relationship of the space debris to acquire the impact probability of OD/M with arbitrary size on the spacecraft.

China＇s recent removal of the last ceiling restriction on deposit rates in October 2015 is a milestone in interest rate liberalization, but not the end of it. International experience suggests that, without structural and quantitative reforms, simply freeing interest rates can result in major financial stress. Before China＇s central bank can completely relinquish implicit or explicit guidance for commercial banks interest rate determination, it needs to accomplish two tasks： improvement of commercial banks＇ pricing capability as well as the monetary policy transmission mechanism. Both tasks require significant reform measures to be initiated, such as enforcing market discipline, forming a new monetary policy framework, developing money and capital markets, abandoning quantitative restrictions on credit and reforming the financial regulatory system.

Background:DJ-1 has been thought as a candidate biomarker for Parkinson’s disease(PD).It was found reduced in PD brains,CSF and saliva,although there were conflicting *** DJ-1 expression may be regulated is not ***,blood-based DNA methylation represents a highly promising biomarker for PD by regulating the causative gene ***,in this study,we try to explore whether blood-based DNA methylation of DJ-1 could be used as a biomarker to differentiate PD patients from normal control(NC),and whether DNA methylation could regulate DJ-1 expression in a SH-SY5Y cell ***:Forty PD patients and 40 NC were recruited in this *** was extracted from peripheral blood leukocytes(PBLs).Methylation status of two CpG islands(CpG1 and CpG2)in promoter region of DJ-1 was explored by bisulfite specific PCR-based sequencing *** inhibitor 5-Aza-dC was used to treat SH-SY5Y cell line,DJ-1 level was detected in both mRNA and protein ***:CpG sites in these two CpG islands(CpG1 and CpG2)of DJ-1 were unmethylated in both PD and NC *** SH-SY5Y cell model treated by methylation inhibitor,there was no significant change of DJ-1 expression in either mRNA level or protein ***:Our results indicated that DNA methylation inhibitor didn’t alter DJ-1 gene expression in SH-SY5Y cell model,and DNA methylation of DJ-1 promoter region in PBLs level might not be an efficient biomarker for PD patients.
