谷子Dirigent家族基因鉴定与分析

Dirigent(DIR)在植物木脂素或木质素的产生、防御反应、次生代谢和抗病性中起重要作用。为探究谷子DIR家族基因(SiDIRs)的生物学功能,本研究对其进行生物信息学和盐碱胁迫下的基因表达分析。结果表明,共鉴定到41个SiDIRs,不均匀分布在8条染色体上,根据其在染色体上的位置将其命名为SiDIR1~SiDIR41,根据系统进化树关系将其划分为5个亚家族。共线性分析结果表明,SiDIRs同单子叶植物高粱、玉米和水稻的共线性关系远高于双子叶植物拟南芥、番茄和大豆。顺势作用元件分析结果表明,大多数SiDIRs具有与激素、植物生长、环境胁迫和光相关的元件。利用String软件预测到7个SiDIRs蛋白质的相互作用网络。SiDIRs在根、茎、叶和花中具有组织表达特异性,表明它们在植物生长发育中发挥不同的作用。分析盐碱胁迫下12个SiDIRs基因的表达水平发现,B175(盐碱敏感)和JK3(耐盐碱)较对照均有不同程度的变化,SiDIR17和SiDIR28在JK3中呈上调表达,但在B175中呈下调表达,推测这两个基因可能参与谷子耐盐碱胁迫。本研究结果可为深入解析SiDIRs的耐盐碱分子机制提供理论基础,为今后培育高效耐盐碱谷子新品种提供基因资源。

目的:观察深浅不同针刺用于慢性束缚应激抑郁大鼠的抗抑郁效应及对皮质神经营养因子的影响。方法:24只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、深刺组及浅刺组,每组6只。除对照组外,均采用21 d慢性束缚应激的方法建立抑郁模型,深刺组和浅刺组分别给予“太冲”穴直刺和“太冲”穴平刺治疗,1次/d,持续21 d。通过大鼠第21天体质量、旷场实验和新环境抑制进食实验来评价抑郁造模和治疗效果。采用荧光定量PCR法及Western Blot法检测大鼠皮质神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的mRNA及蛋白的表达情况。结果:模型组大鼠体质量显著低于对照组(P<0.01),与模型组比较,深刺组体质量显著增加(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠5 min总运动距离、边缘区运动距离、中央区运动距离、总平均速度、边缘区平均速度和中央区平均速度均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);深刺组总运动距离、边缘区运动距离、总平均速度、边缘区平均速度显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。模型组进食潜伏期显著高于对照组(P<0.01);与模型组比较,深刺组和浅刺组进食潜伏期均显著缩短(P<0.01),深刺组较浅刺组潜伏期更短(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,模型组大鼠皮质中NGF、BDNF mRNA和蛋白表达水平均显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组大鼠比较,深刺组皮质NGF、BDNF mRNA和蛋白的表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:深刺“太冲”穴能显著改善慢性束缚应激大鼠抑郁样行为,优于浅刺治疗,其作用机制可能与改善皮质NGF和BDNF异常表达有关。

The development of low-cost, efficient, and high atomic economy electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) in the entire p H range for sustainable hydrogen production is of great importance but still challenging. Herein, we synthesize a highly dispersed N-doped carbon frames(NCFs) anchored with Co single atoms(SAs) and Co nanoparticles(NPs) catalyst by a doping-adsorption-pyrolysis strategy for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution. The Co SAs-Co NPs/NCFs catalyst exhibits an excellent HER activity with small overpotential, low Tafel slope, high turnover frequency as well as remarkable stability. It also exhibits a superior HER performance in the entire p H range. Combining with experimental and theoretical calculation, we find that Co SAs with Co-N_(3) coordination structure and Co NPs have a strong interaction for promoting synergistic HER electrocatalytic process. The H_(2)O molecule is easily activated and dissociated on Co NPs, while the generated H^(*) is easily adsorbed on Co SAs for HER, which makes the Co SAs-Co NPs/NCFs catalyst exhibit more suitable H adsorption strength and more conducive to the activation and dissociation of H_(2)O molecules. This work not only proposes a novel idea for constructing coupling catalyst with atomic-level precision, but also provides strong reference for the development of high-efficiency HER electrocatalysts for practical application.

Photovoltaic Properties of the Modified n-Si(111) Electrodes with Ethyl and Carboxyls

n-Si（111） surface tailed -C2H5, -C2H4COOH, -C2H2COOH were prepared by the reactions among Si-H to ethyl-Grignard, methyl acrylate and ethyl propionate, and the carboxyls were formed under the existence of trifluoroacetic acid. The composite n-Si（111） electrodes were obtained by depositing Pt nanodots and the photovoltaic characteristics for these electrodes were studied in I^-/I3^- redox electrolyte. The j-U （photo current density-potential） behaviors of photo-voltage and photocurrent densities to the electrodes under solar illumination varied regularly with groups of -C2H2COOH〉-C2H4COOH〉-H〉-C2H5. The photo-voltage and photocurrent density of the electrode tailed -C2 H2COOH were -0.641 V and 5.25 mA/cm^2, respectively, more negative than those of the non-conjugated modification.

The radial contraction-expansion motion paradigm is a novel steady-state visual evoked experimental paradigm,and the electroencephalography(EEG)evoked potential is different from the traditional luminance modulation *** signal energy is concentrated chiefly in the fundamental frequency,while the higher harmonic power is ***,the conventional steady-state visual evoked potential recognition algorithms optimizing multiple harmonic response components,such as the extended canonical correlation analysis(eCCA)and task-related component analysis(TRCA)algorithm,have poor recognition performance under the radial contraction-expansion motion *** paper proposes an extended binary subband canonical correlation analysis(eBSCCA)algorithm for the radial contraction-expansion motion *** the radial contraction-expansion motion paradigm,binary subband filtering was used to optimize the weighting coefficients of different frequency response signals,thereby improving the recognition performance of EEG *** results of offline experiments involving 13 subjects showed that the eBSCCA algorithm exhibits a better performance than the eCCA and TRCA algorithms under the stimulation of the radial contraction-expansion motion *** the online experiment,the average recognition accuracy of 13 subjects was 88.68%±6.33%,and the average information transmission rate(ITR)was 158.77±43.67 bits/min,which proved that the algorithm had good recognition effect signals evoked by the radial contraction-expansion motion paradigm.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of acupuncture on motility of jejunum and distal colon at different acupoints on normal Kunming ***:The jejunal and colorectal motor activity of forty Kunming mice were recorded by the intra-intestinal *** capsules contained with distilled water were placed into the cavities of jejunum and distal *** changes of bowel were compared with the background activity recorded before any *** chosen acupoints were as follows:Zusanli(ST 36) on the lower legs,Tianshu(ST 25) on the mid-lower ***:Manual acupuncture(MA) at Zusanli(ST36) significantly promoted the motility of jejunum and distal colon(manifested as increased change rate of average amplitude and increased change rate of mean area under the contractile curve) of normal Kunming mice(P < 0.01).MA atTianshu(ST25) significantly inhibited the motility of jejunum(manifested as decreased change rate of average amplitude,decreased change rate of mean area under the contractile curve,and the reduced frequency) of normal Kunming mice(P < 0.01),while significantly increased the distal colonic motility(manifested as increased amplitude and increased mean area under the contractile curve) of normal Kunming mice(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:MA at specific acupoints[Zusanli(ST 36),Tianshu(ST 25)]has different effects on the motility of jejunum and distal colon,which might involve the segmental innervations of the related nerve.

Syndromes of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were analyzed to provide guidance for clinical practice and to improve accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnoses and efficacy of TCM treatment. A total of 860 cases with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were selected from TCM Clinical Research Information Sharing System for TCM clinics and research. Syndromes were automatically extracted with the cluster method and were analyzed to provide objective evidence for clinical studies. Final syndrome classifications were recognized and confirmed by clinical experts. Popular syndromes included Qi and blood deficiency, blood stasis and obstruction collaterals, liver depression and spleen deficiency, and Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Syndromes Qi and blood deficiency and blood stasis and obstruction collaterals accounted for 28.61% of total syndromes, whereas liver depression and spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation and blood stasis accounted for 26.44%. The main syndrome elements comprised Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, blood stasis, and Qi stagnation.

We present measurements of the 2p-3d transition opacity of a hot molybdenum-scandium sample with nearly half-vacant molybdenum M-shell configurations.A plastic-tamped molybdenum-scandium foil sample is radiatively heated to high temperature in a compact D-shaped gold Hohlraum driven by∼30 kJ laser energy at the SG-100 kJ laser facility.X rays transmitted through the molybdenum and scandium plasmas are diffracted by crystals and finally recorded by image *** electron temperatures in the sample in particular spatial and temporal zones are determined by the K-shell absorption of the scandium plasma.A combination of the IRAD3D view factor code and the MULTI hydrodynamic code is used to simulate the spatial distribution and temporal behavior of the sample temperature and *** inferred temperature in the molybdenum plasma reaches a average of 138±11 eV.A detailed configuration-accounting calculation of the n=2–3 transition absorption of the molybdenum plasma is compared with experimental measurements and quite good agreement is *** present measurements provide an opportunity to test opacity models for complicated M-shell configurations.

Traditional Chinese patent medicines are widely used to treat stroke because it has good efficacy in the clinical environment. However, because of the lack of knowledge on traditional Chinese patent medicines, many Western physicians, who are accountable for the majority of clinical prescriptions for such medicine, are confused with the use of traditional Chinese patent medicines. Therefore, the aid-decision method is critical and necessary to help Western physicians rationally use traditional Chinese patent medicines. In this paper, Manifold Ranking is employed to develop the aid-decision model of traditional Chinese patent medicines for stroke treatment. First, 115 stroke patients from three hospitals are recruited in the cross-sectional survey. Simultaneously, traditional Chinese physicians determine the traditional Chinese patent medicines appropriate for each patient. Second, particular indicators are explored to characterize the population feature of traditional Chinese patent medicines for stroke treatment. Moreover, these particular indicators can be easily obtained by Western physicians and are feasible for widespread clinical application in the future. Third, the aid-decision model of traditional Chinese patent medicines for stroke treatment is constructed based on Manifold Ranking. Experimental results reveal that traditional Chinese patent medicines can be differentiated. Moreover, the proposed model can obtain high accuracy of aid decision.
