With the development of green data centers,a large number of Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS)resources in Internet Data Center(IDC)are becoming idle assets owing to their low utilization rate.The revitalization of these idle UPS resources is an urgent problem that must be addressed.Based on the energy storage type of the UPS(EUPS)and using renewable sources,a solution for IDCs is proposed in this study.Subsequently,an EUPS cluster classification method based on the concept of shared mechanism niche(CSMN)was proposed to effectively solve the EUPS control problem.Accordingly,the classified EUPS aggregation unit was used to determine the optimal operation of the IDC.An IDC cost minimization optimization model was established,and the Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization(QPSO)algorithm was adopted.Finally,the economy and effectiveness of the three-tier optimization framework and model were verified through three case studies.

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a highly contagious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).The gold standard method for the diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 depends on quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction till now,which is time-consuming and requires expensive instrumentation,and the confirmation of variants relies on further sequencing techniques.Herein,we first proposed a robust technique-methodology of electrochemical CRISPR sensing with the advantages of rapid,highly sensitivity and specificity for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 variant.To enhance the sensing capability,gold electrodes are uniformly decorated with electro-deposited gold nanoparticles.Using DNA template identical to SARS-CoV-2 Delta spike gene sequence as model,our biosensor exhibits excellent analytical detection limit(50 fM)and high linearity(R2=0.987)over six orders of magnitude dynamic range from 100 fM to 10 nM without any nucleic-acid-amplification assays.The detection can be completed within 1 h with high stability and specificity which benefits from the CRISPR-Cas system.Furthermore,based on the wireless micro-electrochemical platform,the proposed biosensor reveals promising application ability in point-of-care testing.

Searching for new promising electrocatalysts with favorable architectures allowing abundant active sites and remarkable structure stability is an urgent task for the practical application of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.Herein,inspired by the structure of natural cactus,a new efficient and robust electrocatalyst with three-dimensional(3D)hierarchical cactus-like architecture constructed by functional zero-dimensional(0D),one-dimensional(1D),and two-dimensional(2D)components is developed.The cactus-inspired catalyst(denoted as Co@NCNT/NCNS)consists of N-doped carbon nanosheets(NCNS)and standing Ndoped carbon nanotubes(NCNT)forest with embedded Co nanoparticles on the top of NCNT,which was achieved by an in situ catalytic growth technique.The unique structure design integrates the advantages of 0D Co accelerating catalytic redox reactions,1D NCNT providing a fast electron pathway,and 2D NCNS assuring strong structure stability.Especially,the rich Mott-Schottky heterointerfaces between metallic Co and semiconductive NCNT can further facilitate the electron transfer,thus improving the electrocatalyst activity.Consequently,a Li-S battery with the Co@NCNT/NCNS modified separator achieves ultralong cycle life over 4000 cycles at 2 C with ultralow capacity decay of 0.016%per cycle,much superior over that of recently reported batteries.This work provides a new strategy for developing ultra-stable catalysts towards long-life Li-S batteries.

The recharged zinc-air battery(ZAB) has drawn significant attention owing to increasing requirement for energy conversion and storage devices.Fabricating the efficient bifunctional oxygen catalyst using a convenient strategy is vitally important for the rechargeable ZAB.In this study,the bimetallic ZIFs-containing electrospun(ES) carbon nanofibers membrane with hierarchically porous structure was prepared by coaxial electrospinning and carbonization process,which was expected to be a bifunctional electrocatalyst for ZABs.Owing to the formed dual single-atomic sites of Co-N_(4) and Zn-N_(4),the obtained ES-Co/ZnCNZIFexhibited the preferable performance toward oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) with E1/2of 0.857 V and JLof 5.52 mA cm^(-2),which were more than Pt/C.Meanwhile,it exhibited a marked oxygen evolution reaction(OER) property with overpotential of 462 mV due to the agglomerated metallic Co nanoparticles.Furthermore,the ZAB based on the ES-Co/Zn-CNZIFcarbon nanofibers membranes delivered peak power density of 215 mW cm^(-2),specific capacity of 802.6 mA h g^(-1),and exceptional cycling stability,far larger than Pt/C+RuO_(2)-based ZABs.A solid-state ZAB based on ES-Co/Zn-CNZIFshowed better flexibility and stability with different bending angles.

The modern medicine requires precise diagnostic techniques while the fluorescent imaging shows great potential in such applications due to its excellent sensitivity and high resolution.However,conducting fluorescent imaging in deep-tissue is not so easy because most luminogens show short-wavelength excitation,which may undergo severe light scattering by the bio-tissue.The marriage of fluorescent imaging with nonlinear optical(NLO)effect can alleviate such adverse effects by utilizing NIR laser to reduce light scattering.On the other hand,scientists are enthusiastic in pursuing luminescent materials,which can match well with NLO application.Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)materials exhibit huge advantages in such aspect not only because of its high luminescent efficiency in aggregate state but also due to its excellent photo-stability(a key factor to meet laser application because of its ultrahigh energy density).Inspired by this,many interesting and meaningful works have sprung up based on AIE luminogens with NLO effect in recent years,and for such reason,it motivates us to summarize them to give a systematic presentation.Here,we first give a brief introduction of the principle of NLO effect.Secondly,the strategies for improving the NLO effect of AIE materials,such as increasing molecular conjugation,introduction of donor-acceptor effect,induction of centrally asymmetric array of AIE molecules in crystals and introduction of intermolecular interactions are clarified.In the final part,we also present the multiple applications of AIEgens with NLO effect in cell imaging,deep-tissue tumor and brain blood vessel imaging and photodynamic therapy.We believe,with this review,the topic will attract more attention from the scientists in multi-science field to accelerate the development of AIE materials in biomedical applications.

As promising optoelectronic materials,lead sulfide quantum dots(PbS QDs)have attracted great attention.However,their applications are substantially limited by the QD quality and/or complicated synthesis.Herein,a facile new synthesis is developed for highly monodisperse and halide passivated PbS QDs.The new synthesis is based on a heterogeneous system containing a PbCl_(2)-Pb(OA)_(2)solid-liquid precursor solution.The solid PbCl_(2)inhibits the diffusion of monomers and maintains a high oversaturation condition for the growth of PbS QDs,resulting in high monodispersities.In addition,the PbCl_(2)gives rise to halide passivation on the PbS QDs,showing excellent stability in air.The high monodispersity and good passivation endow these PbS QDs with outstanding optoelectronic properties,demonstrated by a 9.43%power conversion efficiency of PbS QD solar cells with a bandgap of~0.95 eV(1,300 nm).We believe that this heterogeneous strategy opens up a new avenue optimizing for the synthesis and applications of QDs.

A novel gold-label silver-stain electrochemical immunosensor was developed based on polythioninegold nanoparticles(PTh-Au) modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE) as a platform and secondary antibody labeled Au NPs(Ab_2-Au) as immumoprobe for carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) detection. The sandwich-type biosensor adopted anodic stripping voltammetry to detect silver stripping signal when the Ab_2-Au of the formed immunocomplexes were stained with silver. The optimized detection conditions were investigated. The effect of different electrochemical responses at various concentrations of CEA was checked by anodic stripping voltammetry. This immunosensor showed a low detection limit of 0.055 ng/mL and a wide linear calibration of 0.1-120 ng/mL(R^2=0.99856). Moreover, this immunoassay also existed the advantages of good reproducibility, stability and selectivity. Thus, this immunosensing protocol may provide a potential application for effective clinical detection of CEA.
