供应不确定情境下制造商企业采购策略选择

作为供应链条上的关键节点,制造商企业与其上下游企业之间在“四流”方面有着紧密关联,其供应链结构的稳定性受到内、外部等多重因素影响,加之供应中断风险的突发性和多样性,一旦发生供应中断则将会对制造商企业造成巨大经济损失,故研究供应不确定条件下制造商企业的采购应对行为至关重要。基于制造商企业视角,将与其关联度最紧密的一、二级供应商企业作为供应对象,构建模拟供应不确定条件下制造商企业采购应对模式的数学推导模型,运用统计工具绘制出推导结果,并对相关参数进行全面的敏感性分析,然后通过数值分析研究市场价格的敏感性、供应商企业配件合格率等因素对制造商企业采购策略产生的影响,最后为供应中断条件下如何提升供应链结构的稳定性提供相应的建议。通过该研究,以期实现在供应不确定条件下制造商企业最大的期望利润,以及解决因采购策略不当所引起的经济问题。

旨在研究15℃条件下保存绵羊精液的最适宜稀释比例,获得较好的精液保存效果。试验分别将精液按照1:1、1:4、1:9、1:14、1:19和1:24进行稀释保存,在保存过程中检测精子的活率、活力、直线速率(VSL)、曲线速率(VCL)、路径速率(VAP)、侧摆幅度(ALH)、移动角度(MAD)、质膜完整率和顶体完整率。结果显示,保存3~6 d,1:9稀释后的精子活率显著高于其他稀释比例(P0.05)。因此,在本试验条件下,15℃保存绵羊精液最合适的稀释比例是1:9,过高和过低的稀释比例均不利于绵羊精液保存。

近年来,我国餐厨易腐有机垃圾产生量逐年上升,为提高其降解速率,亟须开发高效降解餐厨易腐有机垃圾的工艺。筛选了能够适应餐厨易腐有机垃圾且能高效降解油脂能力的菌株,以期实现餐厨易腐有机垃圾快速降解和资源化。从餐厨易腐有机垃圾及部分被油污染的土壤中采集样品,采用16S rDNA测序技术并构建菌株发育树,利用响应面分析方法研究菌株最适生长条件。通过筛选及功能验证,获得1株高效降解油脂菌株TH1,初步鉴定为粘质沙布雷氏菌(Serratia marcescens)。单因素实验和响应面方法表明,该菌株在温度30℃、pH=7.54、盐度1%的条件下,脂肪酶活力高达213.70 U/L。该研究可为后续开发复合菌剂进行餐厨易腐有机垃圾高效降解、机理研究及资源化利用提供种质资源。

Recently,studies show that deep learning-based automatic speech recognition(ASR)systems are vulnerable to adversarial examples(AEs),which add a small amount of noise to the original audio *** AE attacks pose new challenges to deep learning security and have raised significant concerns about deploying ASR systems and *** existing defense methods are either limited in application or only defend on results,but not on *** this work,we propose a novel method to infer the adversary intent and discover audio adversarial examples based on the AEs generation *** insight of this method is based on the observation:many existing audio AE attacks utilize query-based methods,which means the adversary must send continuous and similar queries to target ASR models during the audio AE generation *** by this observation,We propose a memory mechanism by adopting audio fingerprint technology to analyze the similarity of the current query with a certain length of memory ***,we can identify when a sequence of queries appears to be suspectable to generate audio *** extensive evaluation on four state-of-the-art audio AE attacks,we demonstrate that on average our defense identify the adversary’s intent with over 90%*** careful regard for robustness evaluations,we also analyze our proposed defense and its strength to withstand two adaptive ***,our scheme is available out-of-the-box and directly compatible with any ensemble of ASR defense models to uncover audio AE attacks effectively without model retraining.

Grain boundary diffusion process(GBDP)has been developed as an effective approach to increase the coercivity of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets by regulating the compositions and phase distributions near grain *** work aims to explore how to select the optimum annealing temperature after *** this work GBDP was performed on a sintered Nd-Fe-B magnet using Dy_(70)Cu_(30) *** GBDP the low eutectic temperature of the grain boundary phases decreases from the initial 492 to 451℃.The magnetic property dependent on different annealing temperatures near the low eutectic temperature was *** magnetic properties,especially the squareness factor of demagnetization curve show a strong dependence on the annealing *** GBDP the optimal magnetic properties can be obtained after annealing just above the low eutectic temperature of the grain boundary *** mechanism is discussed based on the microstructure analysis.

Single atom catalysts(SACs)play a crucial role in energy catalysis due to their distinct coordination environment and high atomic utilization *** study focuses on the synthesis of a monatomic Cu catalyst with Cu-N1C1 coordination anchored to N-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene(Cu SA@N-Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))to achieve efficient reduction of CO_(2) to *** characterization,including morphology and multispectral analysis,confirmed the uniform distribution of asymmetrically coordinated Cu atoms in unsaturated C-Cu-N bridge fragments on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x).The Cu SA@N-Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) catalyst exhibited an excellent CO selectivity with Faraday efficiency of 97.4%at-0.58 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE)and satisfactory *** in situ X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS)results confirmed that the carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)product distribution is mainly affected by potential-dependent valence change of Cu *** findings highlight the extensive potential of tuning coordination structure of MXene-based single-atom catalysts for CO_(2) reduction reactions.

Coal gangue(CG)is an environmental waste that faces an urgent demand for disposal in *** utilization of CG in construction materials has broad application prospects and gained increasing ***,the poor compatibility of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)with CG powder hinders its efficiency in a wide range of ***,this paper attempts to improve the compatibility of PCE with CG powder in cement paste based on the regulation of aggregation and the adsorption behavior of *** light scattering(DLS)and fluorescence spectroscopy tests were carried out to understand the improved *** results indicated that the addition of CG powder increases the ionic strengths of the cement liquid phase,which makes PCE tend to aggregate at a lower concentration compared with no CG powder ***(CH_(3)COO)_(2)Cu is beneficial for enhancing the workability of cement paste by reducing PCE aggregation while maintaining the compressive strength of cement ***,(CH_(3)COO)_(2)Cu extra addition can be regarded as an effective and sustainable way to improve the workability of cement paste with CG powder.

Robot error compensation is a technique for enhancing the positioning accuracy of the system. This paper presented an error measuring technique for serial robots based on the multi-hole measuring method, combined with the intelligent particle swarm optimisation(PSO) to obtain the optimal solution of the robot’s error compensation values, thereby improving the positioning accuracy of the robot. In the experiment, the robot error was measured using self-made multi-hole measuring plates and probes, and the experimental data were combined with PSO for the error comprehensive analysis. The results showed that on this type of serial robot, the multi-hole measuring method and PSO algorithm had obvious error compensation effects, which effectively improved the positioning accuracy of the robot, with the error reduced by 35% after compensation.

Early warning of thermal runaway(TR)of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)is a significant challenge in current application *** and effective TR early warning technology is urgently required considering the current fire safety situation of *** this work,we report an early warning method of TR with online electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)monitoring,which overcomes the shortcomings of warning methods based on traditional signals such as temperature,gas,and pressure with obvious delay and high *** in-situ data acquisition through accelerating rate calorimeter(ARC)-EIS test,the crucial features of TR were extracted using the RReliefF *** mechanisms corresponding to the features at specific frequencies were ***,a three-level warning strategy for single battery,series module,and parallel module was formulated,which can successfully send out an early warning signal ahead of the self-heating temperature of battery under thermal abuse *** technology can provide a reliable basis for the timely intervention of battery thermal management and fire protection systems and is expected to be applied to electric vehicles and energy storage devices to realize early warning and improve battery safety.
