Design Strategies and Practice Paths for Improving Urban Quality in the Stock Era

In the middle and later stages of urbanization development,the growth of the real estate industry will stagnate,and urban renewal will become the *** the advancement of urban renewal,there are still problems in improving the quality of cities in the stock era and their design *** paper analyzed the linping Old City organic renewal project and the Xishui River ecological governance project in the stock era of urban quality improvement by sorting out the current development status,historical background,planning types,and design strategies of quality improvement in the stock era from the perspective of urban renewal,combining with project overview,main problems,design methods,and design *** renewal is the leading direction for promoting urban development and construction on a global scale,and countries formulate different plans and practices based on their local *** renewal strategies should be diversified,and focus on livable environments,urban characteristics,etc.,while considering human factors,green innovation,etc.,in order to achieve smart community management and enhance the economic and social benefits brought by urban *** successful cases such as the linping Old City and Xishui River ecological governance project,corresponding urban quality improvement strategies and implementation plans should be formulated according to local conditions,with emphasis on social participation and people’s livelihood *** study can help urban planning pay more attention to rational utilization and upgrading of existing urban resources,adapt to the current urban development situation,and promote sustainable urban development.

Boosting overall saline water splitting by constructing a strain-engineered high-entropy electrocatalyst

High-entropy materials(HEMs),which are newly manufactured compounds that contain five or more metal cations,can be a platform with desired properties,including improved electrocatalytic performance owing to the inherent ***,a strain engineering methodology is proposed to design transition-metal-based HEM by li manipulation(liTM)with tunable lattice strain,thus tailoring the electronic structure and boosting electrocatalytic *** confirmed by the experiments and calculation results,tensile strain in the liTM after li manipulation can optimize the d-band center and increase the electrical ***,the asprepared liTM-25 demonstrates optimized oxygen evolution reaction and hydrogen evolution reaction activity in alkaline saline water,requiring ultralow overpotentials of 265 and 42 mV at 10 mA cm−2,*** strikingly,liTM-25 retains 94.6%activity after 80 h of a durability test when assembled as an anion-exchange membrane water ***,in order to show the general efficacy of strain engineering,we incorporate li into electrocatalysts with higher entropies as well.

在传统调度模式下,区域电网的分省备用容量一般按照计划模式留取,对省间备用互济的可调用性缺乏考虑,随着新能源和电力市场的快速发展,已难以适应未来电网的发展要求。为此,该文首先分析国内外备用留取方法现状;然后,基于现行标准和各区域管理规定对备用的分类和机制进行探讨,分析高比例新能源接入和现货市场建设对备用容量的影响,探讨分省备用管理特点和各区域负备用留取方案;在此基础上,基于我国的调度模式,设计了区域电网备用容量预留机制,确定电力市场中的备用品种、特点和相互关系,从高比例新能源接入对电网充裕性、安全性、灵活性的影响出发,提出“负荷备用分省预留、事故备用全网共享”的分区备用留取模式,并分析负荷负备用的必要性;最后,基于区域电网辅助服务市场机制,考虑新能源不确定性和事故N-1的备用调用场景约束,设计区域电网的电能与备用联合优化流程。

Optical phased array(OPA)technology is considered a promising solution for solid-state beam steering to supersede the traditional mechanical beam *** a key component of the liDAR system for long-range detection,OPAs featuring a wide steering angle and high resolution without beam aliasing are highly ***,a wide steering range requires a waveguide pitch less than half of the wavelength,which is easily subjected to cross ***,high resolution requires a large aperture,and it is normally achieved by a high count number of waveguides,which complicates the control *** solve the mentioned issues,we design two high-performance 128-channel OPAs fabricated on a multilayered SiN-on-SOI *** to the nonuniform antenna pitch,only 128 waveguides are used to achieve a 4 mm wide ***,by virtue of innovative dual-level silicon nitride(Si_(3)N_(4))waveguide grating antennas,the fishbone antenna OPA achieves a 100°×19.4°field of view(FOV)with divergence of 0.021°×0.029°,and the chain antenna OPA realizes a 140°×19.23°FOV with divergence of 0.021°×0.1°.To our best knowledge,140°is the widest lateral steering range in two-dimensional OPA,and 0.029°is the smallest longitudinal ***,we embed the OPA into a frequency-modulated continuous-wave system to achieve 100 m distance *** reflected signal from 100 m distance is well detected with 26 dBm input transmitter power,which proves that OPA serves as a promising candidate for transceiving optical signal in a liDAR system.

铁元素是岩浆-热液成矿系统中参与成矿的重要金属元素之一,岩浆-热液矿床中富铁矿物(黄铁矿、磁铁矿、黄铜矿、磁黄铁矿、斑铜矿、毒砂、菱铁矿)的δ^(56)Fe值变化较大(-2.07‰~+1.58‰),指示铁同位素在岩浆演化、流体出溶和热液演化过程中均存在明显的分馏,因此,在约束岩浆-热液成矿系统中成矿金属的迁移-富集-沉淀过程和示踪成矿物质来源方面具有巨大的应用潜力。通过整理和分析前人研究资料,文章总结了岩浆-热液成矿系统岩浆演化、流体出溶和热液演化过程中铁同位素地球化学行为的研究现状。岩浆演化过程中铁同位素会发生显著分馏,如部分熔融过程中,熔体相比残余固相富集重铁同位素;矿物分离结晶会引起残余熔体铁同位素组成的变化,主要受含Fe2+或Fe3+矿物结晶的影响,如磁铁矿分离结晶会导致残余熔体铁同位素组成变轻,总体反映岩浆氧化还原状态对铁同位素分馏的主要控制作用,因此,含矿岩体铁同位素组成及其变化可用于确定岩浆的氧化还原状态。流体出溶是含矿岩浆演化成为岩浆热液矿床的关键过程,出溶流体相对于母岩富集轻铁同位素,但实验研究表明出溶流体铁同位素组成可能受其中铁的迁移形式、与流体平衡的含Fe2+或Fe3+矿物的比例、相分离和流体混合等多种因素影响。热液演化过程中,含铁热液矿物沉淀会引起流体铁同位素组成的变化,磁铁矿沉淀会导致流体富集轻铁同位素,而含铁硫化物(如磁黄铁矿)沉淀则会使得流体逐渐富集重铁同位素,显示热液流体氧化还原状态对铁同位素分馏的控制作用。由于黄铜矿被认为可以有效记录流体的铁同位素组成,其铁同位素值被用于区分热液流体氧化还原状态。铁元素作为岩浆-热液成矿系统中直接参与成矿的元素,为直接示踪成矿物质来源提供了可能性,然而,岩浆演化、流体出溶和热液演化过程中铁同位素的明显分馏,导致利用铁同位素示踪成矿物质来源的特殊性。进一步明确流体出溶、热液演化等地质过程中的分馏规律,是利用铁同位素示踪成矿物质来源的关键。

在外物遮挡、扫描盲区等多种不利因素影响下,激光扫描数据存在缺失现象,影响数据质量,为了解决该难题,设计了基于生成式对抗网络的激光扫描数据缺失填补方法。首先采用坐标控制扫描模式采集不利因素影响下的激光扫描数据。然后利用生成式对抗网络进行数据填充操作,并判断数据完整性,实现激光扫描数据准确填补。最后测试结果表明,本方法能够提高激光扫描数据完整性,保证激光扫描数据的可靠性。

Celecoxib enhances the response of tumor cells to cisplatin through upregulating PUMA in non–small cell lung cancer carrying wild-type p53

Celecoxib,a cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor,can enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy;however,its effect seems *** this study,we investigated whether celecoxib would increase the antiproliferative effects of cisplatin in human lung cancer *** data demonstrated the synergistic effects of celecoxib with cisplatin in wild-type p53 cells and their antagonistic effects inmutated or deleted p53 *** indices of 0.82 to 0.93 reflected a synergistic effect between celecoxib and cisplatin in lung cancer cells with wild-type *** indices of 1.63 to 3.00 reflected antagonism between celecoxib and cisplatin in lung cancer cells with mutated or deleted *** with that in cells with mutated or deleted p53,apoptosis significantly increased with the addition of celecoxib and cisplatin in wild-type p53 cells(P<0.05).Moreover,the results in vivo were similar to those in vitro:celecoxib combinedwith cisplatin slowed tumor growth in wild-type p53 groups and not in mutated or deleted p53 *** addition,celecoxib promoted p53 translocation into the nucleus and upregulated active p53 expression in wild-type p53 *** combined with cisplatin upregulated PUMA(PUMA is a downstream gene of p53)after active p53 increased in wild-type p53 *** summary,the combination of celecoxib and cisplatin demonstrates clear synergistic effects in wild-type p53 cells and antagonistic effects inmutated or deleted p53 *** synergistic effect was achieved by apoptosis,induced by upregulating *** results will provide a new treatment strategy for patients carrying wild-type p53,insensitive to cisplatin.

Mechanism of Pediococcuspentosaceus PP04 in Alleviating High-fat Diet Caused Hyperlipidemiavia Modulation of Intestinal Flora and It′s Metabolites

The gut microbiota and it′s metabolism are vital targets of probiotics regulating high fat-diet (HFD) induced hyperlipidemia， which can relieve the pressure caused by the striking growth of sub-health people. Pediococcus pentosaceus PP04 (PP04) could colonize in intestine to regulate gut microbiota and it′s metabolites directly， the rebalanced intestinal flora mediated by PP04 could facilitate the secretion of short chain fatty acids to control body weight gain， PP04 intervention also changed bile acids (BAs) profiles and enhanced the ileal concentrations of antagonists including tauro-α/β-muricholic acid sodium salt and ursodeoxycholic acid to inhibit intestinal farnesoid X receptor/fibroblast growth factor 15 (FXR/FGF15) signaling coupled with the activation of hepatic FXR/small heterodimer partners signaling (SHP)， which accelerated the hepatic BAs de novo synthesis and excretion with feces to eliminate HFD caused hyperlipemia effectively. This study provided important evidence regarding PP04 as dietary supplement to relieve hyperlipidemia by influencing BAs enterohepatic circulation.

C–Obond activation is a highly efficient,fundamental strategy in the depolymerization and hydrodeoxygenation of chemicals with oxygen-containing functional groups such as oil,coal,and *** efficient catalysts for C–Oactivation with ultralow-loading noble and non-noble metals is highly desirable for the improvement of metal atomic ***,bimetallic catalysts with atomically dispersed Pt and NiO clusters on different supports were fabricated,and the prepared Pt^(δ+)-NiO/Nb_(2)O_(5)and Pt^(δ+)-NiO/TiO_(2)showed outstanding activity for the hydrogenolysis of benzyl phenyl ether with>99%yield of phenol and toluene due to the excellent cooperation of atomically dispersed Pt and NiO *** synergy mechanism between Pt and Ni and their respective roles in the bimetallic catalyst for C–O hydrogenolysis were clearly *** findings deepen our understanding of the synergy of the two active components and are expected to provide new design concepts for the development of multicomponents catalysts.
