In order to improve the properties of titanium alloys manufactured by laser melting deposition(LMD),the electroshocking treatment(EST)was proposed in this work.The effects of EST on microstructure and mechanical properties of LMD Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si were investigated.The results showed that the width of the heat affected band decreased and disappeared under the thermal and athermal effects of EST,resulting in the uniform microstructure.In the microstructure,theαlaths became coarser gradually,and the quantity ofα/βinterface was reduced.The reduction of the quantity ofα/βinterface leads to make less resistant to dislocation,resulting in the reduction in hardness and strength.The discontinuous grain boundaryαphase and nucleationαcolony near grain boundary inhibited the crack propagation and improved the ductility.Summary,EST can manipulate the microstructure and improve the mechanical properties of LMD titanium alloys.

In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement of the Shell Case size,a measurement system based on machine vision is introduced.Through the preprocessing,threshold segmentation algorithm and edge detection of the shell case image.Correlated size measurement of lines and circles in contour using binary search method and Hough transform.The experiment of detecting four sizes of 100 qualified shells shows that the system can realize the rapid and accurate detection of shell casings,and can be used to assess their quality performance.It effectively improves the detection efficiency and further improves the automation level of detection,which has a good application prospect.

Plants utilize intracellular nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat domain-containing receptors (NLRs) to recognize pathogen effectors and induce a robust defense response named effector-triggered immunity (ETI). The Arabidopsis NLR protein HOPZ-ACTIVATED RESISTANCE 1 (ZAR1) forms a precomplex with HOPZ-ETI-DEFICIENT 1 (ZED1),a receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase (RLCK) XII-2 subfamily member, to recognize the Pseudomonas syringae effector HopZ1 a. We previously described a dominant mutant of Arabi-dopsis ZED1, zed1-D, which displays temperature-sensitive autoimmunity in a ZAR1-dependent manner. Here, we report that the RLCKs SUPPRESSOR OF ZED1-D1 (SZE1) and SZE2 associate with the ZAR1-ZED1 complex and are required for the ZED7-D-activated autoimmune response and HopZ1a-triggered immunity. We show that SZE1 but not SZE2 has autophosphorylation activity, and that the N-terminal myristoylation of both SZE1 and SZE2 is critical for their plasma membrane localization and ZED1-D-activated autoimmunity. Furthermore, we demonstrate that SZE1 and SZE2 both interact with ZAR1 to form ja functional complex and are required for resistance against P. syringae pv. tomato DC3000 ex-pressing HopZIa. We also provide evidence that SZE1 and SZE2 interact with HopZ1a and function together with ZED1 to change the intramolecular interactions of ZAR1, leading to its activation. Taken together, our re-sults reveal SZE1 and SZE2 as critical signaling components of HopZ1a-triggered immunity.

The dose-related adverse effects of MDM2-P5 3 inhibitors have caused significant concern in the development of clinical safe anticancer agents.Herein we report an unprecedented homo-PROTAC strategy for more effective disruption of MDM2-P53 interaction.The design concept is inspired by the capacity of sub-stoichiometric catalytic PROTACs enabling to degrade an unwanted protein and the dual functions of MDM2 as an E3 ubiquitin ligase and a binding protein with tumor suppressor P53.The new homo-PROTACs are designed to induce self-degradation of MDM2.The results of the investigation have shown that PROTAC 11 a efficiently dimerizes MDM2 with highly competitive binding activity and induces proteasome-dependent self-degradation of MDM2 in A549 non-small cell lung cancer cells.Furthermore,markedly,enantiomer 11 a-1 exhibits potent in vivo antitumor activity in A549 xenograft nude mouse model,which is the first example of homo-PROTAC with in vivo therapeutic potency.This study demonstrates the potential of the homo-PROTAC as an alternative chemical tool for tumorigenic MDM2 knockdown,which could be developed into a safe therapy for cancer treatment.

The global incidence of pneumoconiosis,a lung disease caused by inhaling industrial dust,has increased by 61.5%from 1990 to 2019,according to a recent report.China had the highest number of cases in 2019,followed by India and the United States.The all-age standard incidence rate for pneumoconiosis was 2.39 per 100,000 population in 2019,with China also having the highest rate.However,there was a decrease in the incidence rate in Belgium and Italy during the same period.The report also highlights regional variations in the changing trend,with the largest increase in cases observed in North Africa and the Middle East.Improved dust prevention and control measures are urgently needed to reduce workplace dust exposure and combat the rising cases of pneumoconiosis globally.

人类社会正在进入数字文明,算法是众多数字技术的内核与本质,数字文明当前的发展阶段被称为算法时代;对应这个阶段的教育学被称为算法教育学。算法教育学以第四次工业革命背景下科学技术的叠加式、井喷式、体系化发展,特别是数字技术及其衍生物质形态及在数字技术支撑下形成的社会结构、教育结构为技术物质基础,将新型数字化教育教学活动作为研究对象。算法教育学具有自身独特的概念范畴、问题领域、理论体系,以大数据主义、计算主义、后人类主义为代表的数字技术哲学、创新发展观以及代表人类文化传统的新人文主义,将日益成为算法教育学研究的方法论特征。建构马克思主义技术哲学指导下的算法教育学,是建构中国教育学自主知识体系并助力中国教育学走向世界前沿的一个难得契机。

The Jilantai Salt Lake （JSL）, a lake of importance due to its salt production in China since the early Qing dynasty, is surrounded by sand dunes. Exploration of the development of these sand dunes will be helpful for identifying the forces underlying the desert landscape and for identifying a solution to protect the salt resources. Through field investigation, we found sand dunes overlying either lacustrine and bog deposits on the lake bed at a lower altitude or littoral sediments on the higher lakeshores. Optically Stimulated Luminescence （OSL） dating results indicate that sands started to accumulate around the JSL as early as the early Holocene （around 11 ka）, while the rapid development of sand dunes occurred within the latest 0.1 ka. By comparison with climatic documents and human activities in adjacent regions, the initiation of sand accumulation around the JSL as early as the early Holocene is considered to be the result of low effective moisture in the Jilantai area. However, the rapid development of the sand dunes in the vast area surrounding the JSL was likely initiated by the intensified human activities which occurred within the latest 0.1 ka under warm and dry climatic conditions.

Selective conversion of fructose to 1,2-propanediol(1,2-PDO)is considered as a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to petroleum-based processes,however,this approach still faces challenges associated with low efficiency and harsh reaction conditions.Here,we have successfully synthesized a novel bifunctional Ru-WO_(x)-MgO_(y) catalyst through a facile'one-pot'solvothermal method.Remarkably,this catalyst exhibits exceptional catalytic performances in the conversion of fructose to 1,2-PDO under mild reaction conditions.The yield of 1,2-PDO is up to 56.2%at 140°C for 4 h under an ultra-low hydrogen pressure of only 0.2 MPa,surpassing the reported results in recent literature(below 51%).Comprehensive characterizations and density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the presence of oxygen vacancies in the Ru-WO_(x)-MgO_(y) catalyst,serving as active acidic sites,facilitates the chemoselective cleavage of C-C bonds in fructose,which leads to the generation of active intermediates and ultimately resulted in the high yield of 1,2-PDO.

The hadron-quark phase transition is studied with the newly constructed Hadron-Poyakov-Nambu- Jona-Lasinio(PNJL) model.Particularly,in the description of quark matter,we include the isoscalar-vector interaction.With the constraints of neutron star observations,our calculation shows the isoscalar-vector interaction between quarks is indispensable if massive hybrids star exist in the universe.Its strength determines the onset density of quark matter,and the mass-radius relations of hybrid stars.Also,as a connection with heavy-ion-collision experiments,we discuss the strength of isoscalar-vector interaction and its effect on the signals of hadron-quark phase transition in heavy-ion collisions,such as NICA at JINR-Dubna and FAIR at GSI-Darmstadt.

目的:探讨中医辨证配合活血通瘀在排卵障碍性不孕患者中的应用。方法:选择87例排卵障碍性不孕症患者,按照患者自愿选择原则,将患者分为西医对照组(44例)与中医辨证组(43例),对照组患者口服枸橼酸氯米芬片,辨证组患者采用中医辨证配合活血通瘀方剂治疗,两组患者在月经周期的第8天开始用药,直至行阴道B超检查显示卵泡成熟并成功排卵为止。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,统计分析两组子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡直径及成熟卵泡占比情况。结果:①治疗后辨证组患者的临床疗效比例为90.69%(39/43),对照组临床疗效为70.45%(31/44),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后西医对照组患者子宫内膜厚度为(0.61±0.21)cm、优势卵泡直径为(1.62±0.13)cm,辨证组子宫内膜厚度为(0.93±0.24)cm、优势卵泡直径(1.96±0.17)cm,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05),治疗后辨证组患者优势卵泡例数、成功排卵例数与对照组比较均明显增多,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:与西医治疗不孕症疗效比较,中医辨证结合活血通瘀方剂在治疗排卵障碍性不孕症方面具有更加明显的临床效果,同时增加了患者子宫内膜的厚度,为安全怀孕奠定了基础,因此更加适合运用于不孕症的治疗中。
