Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) structure promoted the activity and H_(2)O poisoning resistance of Ce Mn/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst in NH_(3)-SCR

NH_(3)-SCR is an effective mean of NOxremoval in the non-electric industry, however, the high activation temperature and poor H_(2)O resistance of SCR catalysts posed a barrier to its application. In this work, a series of three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) catalysts were synthesized via a colloidal crystal template(CCT) method, and various characterizations were carried out to explore the physicochemical property of catalysts. The experiment results reveal that Ce_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst presents the excellent low-temperature catalytic activity of nearly 100% at 100℃. Furthermore, the enhanced H_(2)O resistance is achieved, certified by the unaffected NO remove at 150℃ in the participation of 15 vol% H_(2)O. The characterizations results exhibit that the improved dispersion of the active component and enhanced redox ability are conducive to the low-temperature catalytic activity. N_(2) adsorption and desorption experiments indicate that catalyst with 3DOM support possesses a larger pore diameter and specific surface area, which may weaken the condensation of H_(2)O in the microporosity of catalysts and improved the H_(2)O resistance of the catalyst. In situ DRIFTS results manifest that Ce_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst could not only absorb more NH_(3) and generate more surface-active sites, but inhibit the competitive adsorption between H_(2)O and SCR reactants.

Eu-MOF-Based Fluorescent Ratiometric Sensor by Detecting 3,4,5-Trihydroxybenzoic for Fingerprint Visualization on Porous Objects

Latent fingerprints(LFPs)at the crime scene are served as important clues to locate the trajectory of criminal behavior and portray the characteristics of the ***,visualizing LFPs is of considerable *** this work,the europium metal-organic framework(Eu-MOF)sensor was successfully constructed for sensitive detection of gallic acid(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid,GA)and visualization of the sweat *** boric-acid-modified Eu-MOF was prepared by using the simple one-pot solvothermal method using Eu as the metal i ion center and 3,5-dicarboxybenzeneboronic acid(BBDC)as the organic *** sensor showed desirable photoluminescent performance through the chelating of BBDC with Eu3+.The sensor exhibited the satisfactory linear relationship to GA in the range of 1 nM to 20 nM with a low detection limit of 0.34 nM under the optimized *** prepared sensor with ideal selectivity to GA was successfully applied for visualizing LFPs on porous substrates with the high contrast and superior *** the good performance of the sensor,all fingerprint images obtained from 1200 samples presented clear friction ridges and met the identification ***,the sensor had less impact on the subsequent deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)detection,displaying a promising perspective for applications in extracting physical evidence of site investigation.

Preferential adsorption control: Ca-based LDO for regenerating used lubricating oil

Different Ca-based layered double oxides（LDO） were applied in the removal of contaminants in used lubricating oil as an alternative decolorant. CaAl-LDO and CaFeAl-LDO achieved much greater decoloration efficiency than the traditional decolorants, where 0.93 and 0.91 of the decoloration efficiency under the optimum conditions were obtained, respectively. The decoloration activity with CaFeAl-LDO > CaAl-LDO >> CaFe-LDO was revealed by both Density Functional Theory（DFT） calculations and experimental analysis. Ca12Al14O33was shown to be the active component for decoloration. Fe3+doped into CaAl-LDO could improve decoloration activity via a changed charge distribution of decolorant. High preferential adsorption activity, which originated from different charge distribution for contaminants instead of the oil components, contributed to outstanding decoloration performance. The activity depended on the adsorption intensity of contaminants, where the most of the active decolorant neither too strongly or weakly bound with the contaminants. The results of this study suggested the Cabased LDOs could be a potentially alternative decolorants for regenerating the used lubricating oil.

Tuning the crystalline and electronic structure of ZrO_(2)via oxygen vacancies and nano-structuring for polysulfides conversion in lithium-sulfur batteries

The recent emergence of tetragonal phases zirconium dioxide(ZrO_(2))with vacancies has generated significant interest as a highly efficient and stable electrocatalyst with potential applications in trapping polysulfides and facilitating rapid conversion in lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).However,the reduction of ZrO_(2)is challenging,even under strong reducing atmospheres at high temperatures and ***,the limited presence of oxygen vacancies results in insufficient active sites and reaction interfaces,thereby hindering practical ***,we successfully introduced abundant oxygen vacancies into ZrO_(2)at the nanoscale with the help of carbon nanotubes(CNTs-OH)through hydrogen-etching at lower temperatures and *** introduced oxygen vacancies on ZrO_(2-x)/CNTs-OH can effectively rearrange charge distribution,enhance sulfiphilicity and increase active sites,contributing to high ionic and electronic transfer kinetics,strong binding energy and low redox barriers between polysulfides and ZrO_(2-x).These findings have been experimentally validated and supported by theory *** a result,LSBs assembled with the ZrO_(2-x)/CNTs-OH modified separators demonstrate excellent rate performance,superior cycling stability,and ultra-high sulfur ***,at high sulfur loading of 6 mg cm^(-2),the area capacity is still up to 6.3 mA h cm^(-2).This work provides valuable insights into the structural and functional optimization of electrocatalysts for batteries.

Regulation of the pore structure of carbon nanosheets based electrocatalyst for efficient polysulfides phase conversions

The practical applications of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries are hampered by the sluggish redox kinetics and polysulfides shuttle in the cyclic process,which leads to a series of problems including the loss of active materials and poor cycling *** this paper,the pore structures of carbon nanosheets based electrocatalysts were precisely controlled by regulating the content of water-soluble KCl *** relationship between pore structures and Li-S electrochemical behavior was studied,which demonstrates a key influence of pore structure in polysulfides phase *** the liquid-sloid redox reaction of polysulfides,the micropores and small mesopores(d20 nm)and macropores played a decisive *** a typical exhibition,the nickel-embedded carbon nanosheets(Ni-CNS)with a high content of large mesopores and macropores can aid Li-S batteries in exhibiting stable cycling performance(760.1 mAh g^(-1)at 1 C after 300 cycles)and superior rate capac-ity(847.8 mAh g^(-1)at 2 C).Furthermore,even with high sulfur loading(8 mg cm^(−2))and low electrolyte(E/S is around 6μL mg^(-1)),the high area capacity of 7.7 mAh cm^(−2)at 0.05 C could be *** work can provide a guideline for the design of the pore structure of carbon-based electrocatalysts toward high-efficiency sulfur species redox reactions,and afford a general,controllable,and simple approach to constructing high performance Li-S batteries.

Research on welding deformation control technology of battery electric vehicle framed aluminum body

The welding process of aluminum(Al) alloy car body has problems such as poor weld quality, low welding co-efficient, and large welding deformation. This paper mainly focuses on material accuracy design, lap structure design, simulation, and process manufacturing to break through the precision control problems caused by welding deformation of battery electric vehicle Al alloy car body. First, the 209 key functional dimensional chains of Al body-in-white are analyzed and decomposed to component and profile tolerance dimensions step by ***, the differences of vertical butt, bevel butt, and plug structures are studied and joint matching is implemented in a targeted manner. Subsequently, through welding deformation simulation analysis and welding sequence optimization, the body-in-white welding process and tooling fixtures are guided and designed to ensure that the dimensional accuracy of the Al body is controlled to ±2 mm in all aspects. Finally, the design of the whole vehicle arrangement of mechanical, human-machine, and major components is carried out, and an all-Al framed battery electric vehicle lightweight platform with different sizes and ranges is innovatively created. The difficulties such as the contradiction between power battery size and arrangement space, unreasonable arrangement position, and load distribution are solved.

Comparison of toxicity between lanthanum oxide nanoparticles and lanthanum chloride

Due to the wide application of rare earth elements,lanthanum(La) is gradually accumulated in our living *** can enter the body through a variety of routes,which has a series of effects on various *** a consequence,the safety of lanthanum deserves our *** study aims to compare the toxicity of lanthanum oxide nanoparticles(La_(2)O_(3) NPs) and lanthanum chloride(LaCl_(3)) and enrich the toxicity evaluation of ***,a 30 d intragastal experiment was conducted.C57BL/6j mice were given by La_(2)O_(3) NPs solution and LaCl_(3) solution respectively at doses of 0,30,60 and120 mg/kg BW(lanthanum content).The results show that,compared with the control group,both La_(2)O_(3)NPs and LaCl_(3) can reduce the body weight of female mice in the high-dose group,but for male mice,the high-dose La_(2)O_(3) NPs solution can increase the body weight,while LaCl_(3) has the opposite *** coefficients of liver,kidney,heart,lung,uterine and ovaries increase first and then decrease with the exposure dose,but testes and epididymides coefficient keep increasing with the exposure of LaCl_(3) and La_(2)O_(3) ***_(2)O_(3) NPs and LaCl_(3) can reduce the concentration of triglycerides(TG) and increase the level of low density lipoprotein(LDL),but the effect of La_(2)O_(3) NPs is more ***_(2)O_(3) NPs and LaCl_(3) can reduce the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA),increase the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and enhance the activity of catalase(CAT),but LaCl_(3) has more obvious protective effects on oxidative ***_(2)O_(3) NPs and LaCl_(3) have potential risks to liver,and the toxicity of La_(2)O_(3) NPs might be higher than that of LaCl_(3).

The construction and application of novel highly efficient photocatalysts have been the focus in the field of environmental pollutant *** this work,a novel CuFe_(2)O_(4)/Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2)photocatalysts were synthesized by simple hydrothermal and chemical precipitation *** fabricated CuFe_(2)O_(4)/Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2)composite exhibited much higher photocatalytic activity than pristine CuFe_(2)O_(4)and Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2)in the removal of bisphenol A(BPA)under visible-light illumination,which ascribed to the intrinsic p-n junction of CuFe_(2)O_(4)and Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2).The photocatalytic degradation rate of BPA on CuFe_(2)O_(4)/Bi_(12)O_(17)Cl_(2)with an optimized CuFe_(2)O_(4)content(1.0 wt.%)reached 93.0%within 30 *** capture experiments of active species confirmed that the hydroxyl radicals(·OH)and superoxide radicals(·O_(2)^(-))played crucial roles in photocatalytic BPA degradation ***,the possible degradation mechanism and pathways of BPA was proposed according to the detected intermediates in photocatalytic reaction process.

A functional hybrid nano-hydroxyapatite(carboxymethyl cellulose-phytic acid-n-HA,CMC-PA-n-HA)was prepared by adding CMC and *** results of Fourier transformation infrared spectra,X-ray diffraction,thermal gravimetric analysis and dispersion experiments indicated that the addition of CMC and PA affected the morphology,crystallinity and crystal size of hybrid n-HA,and CMC endowed hybrid n-HA with excellent *** electron microscope results showed that CMC-PA-n-HA nanoparticle could be uniformly dispersed in chitosan(CS)matrix to obtain composite membrane by casting technology,so that the highest tensile strength of CMC-PA-n-HA/CS composite membrane was 69.64%and 144.45%higher than that of CS membrane and n-HA/CS composite membrane,*** angle test showed that CMC-PA-n-HA effectively improved hydrophilicity of the CS *** simulated body fluid immersion results indicated that the CMC-PA-n-HA/CS composite membrane not only exhibited good degradability but also promoted bone-like apatite *** cell proliferation experiments proved that the introduction of PA made the composite membrane have better cell adhesion and proliferation *** tests demonstrated that PA could effectively improve the antibacterial properties of the composite membrane,which is expected to be applied as guide bone tissue regeneration membrane.

Calcium-based polymers for suppression of soil acidification by improving acid-buffering capacity and inhibiting nitrification

Soil acidification is a major threat to agricultural sustainability in tropical and subtropical *** and environmentally friendly materials,such as calcium lignosulfonate(CaLS),calcium poly(aspartic acid)(PASP-Ca),and calcium polyγ-glutamic acid(γ-PGA-Ca),are known to effectively ameliorate soil ***,their effectiveness in inhibiting soil acidification has not been *** study aimed to evaluate the effect of CaLS,PASP-Ca,andγ-PGA-Ca on the resistance of soil toward acidification as directly and indirectly(i.e.,via nitrification)caused by the application of HNO_(3)and urea,*** comparison,Ca(OH)_(2)and lignin were used as the inorganic and organic controls,*** the materials,γ-PGA-Ca drove the substantial improvements in the pH buffering capacity(pHBC)of the soil and exhibited the greatest potential in inhibiting HNO_(3)-induced soil acidification via protonation of carboxyl,complexing with Al~(3+),and cation exchange *** acidification induced by urea,CaLS was the optimal one in inhibiting acidification and increasing exchangeable acidity during ***,the sharp reduction in the population sizes of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(AOB)and ammonia-oxidizing archaea(AOA)confirmed the inhibition of nitrification via CaLS ***,compared to improving soil pHBC,CaLS may play a more important role in suppressing indirect ***,γ-PGA-Ca was superior to PASP-Ca and CaLS in enhancing the soil pHBC and the its resistance to acidification induced by HNO_(3) addition,whereas CaLS was the best at suppressing urea-driven soil acidification by inhibiting *** conclusion,these results provide a reference for inhibiting soil re-acidification in intensive agricultural systems.
