UiO-66-NH2 is an efficient material for removing pollutants from wastewater due to its high specific surface area,high porosity and water stability.However,recycling them from wastewater is difficult.In this study,the cellulose nanofibers mat deacetylated from cellulose acetate nanofibers were used to combine with UiO-66-NH_(2)by the method of in-situ growth to remove the toxic dye,rose bengal.Compared to previous work,the prepared composite could not only provide ease of separation of UiO-66-NH_(2)from the water after adsorption but also demonstrate better adsorption capacity(683 mg∙g‒1(T=25°C,pH=3))than that of the simple UiO-66-NH_(2)(309.6 mg∙g^(‒1)(T=25℃,pH=3)).Through the analysis of adsorption kinetics and isotherms,the adsorption for rose bengal is mainly suitable for the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich model.Furthermore,the relevant research revealed that the main adsorption mechanism of the composite was electrostatic interaction,hydrogen bonding andπ–πinteraction.Overall,the approach depicts an efficient model for integrating metal-organic frameworks on cellulose nanofibers to improve metal-organic framework recovery performance with potentially broad applications.

The aim of this paper is to explore the equivalent characterizations for the boundedness and compactness of Cφ-Cψacting from classical (little) Zygmund space Z(Z0) to (little) Bloch-type space Bα(B0α). Especially, we creatively develop a useful lemma, which not only plays a crucial role in the estimations but also offers a sufficient condition for the bounded below property of composition operators.

Introduction:Previous studies have demonstrated significant changes in social contacts during the firstwave coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Chinese mainland.The purpose of this study was to quantify the time-varying contact patterns by age in Chinese mainland in 2020 and evaluate their impact on the transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Methods:Diary-based contact surveys were performed for four periods:baseline(prior to 2020),outbreak(February 2020),post-lockdown(March–May 2020),and post-epidemic(September–November 2020).We built a Susceptible-Infected-Recovered(SIR)model to evaluate the effect of reducing contacts on transmission.Results:During the post-epidemic period,daily contacts resumed to 26.7%,14.8%,46.8%,and 44.2%of the pre-COVID levels in Wuhan,Shanghai,Shenzhen,and Changsha,respectively.This suggests a moderate risk of resurgence in Changsha,Shenzhen,and Wuhan,and a low risk in Shanghai.School closure alone was not enough to interrupt transmission of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.5,but with the addition of a 75%reduction of contacts at the workplace,it could lead to a 16.8%reduction of the attack rate.To control an outbreak,concerted strategies that target schools,workplaces,and community contacts are needed.Discussion:Monitoring contact patterns by age is key to quantifying the risk of COVID-19 outbreaks and evaluating the impact of intervention strategies.

Let{T(t)}_(t≥0) be a C_(0)-semigroupon an infinite-dimensional separable Hilbert space;a suitable definition of near{T(t)^(*)}_(t≥0) invariance of a subspace is presented in this paper.A series of prototypical examples for minimal nearly{S(t)^(*)}_(t≥0) invariant subspaces for the shift semigroup{S(t)}_(t≥0) on L^(2)(0,∞)are demonstrated,which have close links with near T_(θ)^(*)invariance on Hardy spaces of the unit disk for an inner functionθ.Especially,the corresponding subspaces on Hardy spaces of the right half-plane and the unit disk are related to model spaces.This work further includes a discussion on the structure of the closure of certain subspaces related to model spaces in Hardy spaces.

DNA barcoding is an increasingly prevalent molecular biological technology which uses a short and conserved DNA fragment to facilitate rapid and accurate species identification. Kalidium species are distributed in saline soil habitat throughout Southeast Europe and Northwest Asia, and used mainly as forage grass in China. The discrimination of Ka-lidium species was based only on morphology-based identification systems and limited to recognized species. Here, we tested four DNA candidate loci, one nuclear locus （ITS, internal transcribed spacer） and three plastid loci （rbcL9 matK and ycflb）, to select potential DNA barcodes for identifying different Kalidium species. Results showed that the best DNA barcode was ITS locus, which displayed the highest species discrimination rate （100%）, followed by matK （33.3%）,ycflb （16.7%）, and rbcL （16.7%）. Meanwhile, four loci clearly identified the variant species, Kalidium cuspidatum （Ung.-Stemb.） Gmb.var.A. J. Li,as a single species in Kalidium.

Magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） data of 10 patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction （≤6 hours） were retrospectively analyzed.Six patients exhibited perfusion defects on negative enhancement integral maps,four patients exhibited perfusion differences in pseudo-color on mean time to enhance maps,and three patients exhibited perfusion differences in pseudo-color on time to minimum maps.Dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced perfusion weighted imaging revealed a significant increase in region negative enhancement integral in the affected hemisphere of patients with cerebral infarction.The results suggest that dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced perfusion weighted imaging can clearly detect perfusion abnormalities in the cerebellum after unilateral hyperacute cerebral infarction.

Anti-Obesity and Anti-Hyperlipidemia Effects of Antrodia cinnamomea Mycelial Extract in High-Fructose Diet-Fed Mice

This study investigated hypolipidemic,weight-reducing,and hepatoprotective effects of Antrodia cinnamomea mycelial extract obtained from solid-state culture(ACME)in an HFr D-induced obese/hyperlipidemic mouse model.Following 4-week ACME treatment,body weight,epididymal fat index,and some serum biochemical indices were measured.Expression levels of some related genes involved in cholesterol and lipid metabolism were analyzed by q RT-PCR.Moreover,histological studies of hepatic tissues were also conducted.After ACME treatment,body weight and epididymal fat index were significantly lower than that in model control group.ACME and simvastatin significantly reduced serum total cholesterol(T-CHO)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels,and increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level.Subsequent experiments showed that:(i)ACME regulated transcriptional expression of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-Co A reductase(HMGR),low-density lipoprotein receptor(LDLR),adipose triglyceride lipase(ATGL),and fatty acid synthase(FAS),with consequent reduction of blood lipid levels and body weight;(ii)ACME enhanced total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in hepatic tissues;(iii)ACME reduced malondialdehyde(MDA)level and ameliorated lipid oxidative damage in liver.Our findings indicate that ACME is a strong candidate for development as a novel anti-hyperlipidemia and anti-obesity health product.

Assessment of Spinal Tumor Treatment Using Implanted 3D-Printed Vertebral Bodies with Robotic Stereotactic Radiotherapy

To investigate the feasibility and early efficacy of 3D-printed vertebral body implantation combined with robotic radiosurgery in the treatment of spinal tumors.This study included 14 patients with spinal tumors from December 2017 to June 2018.Before surgery,all patients were subjected to CT scan and 3D data of the corresponding vertebral segments were collected.Titanium alloy formed 3D-printed vertebral body implantation and robotic stereotactic radiotherapy were performed because of the risk of postoperative residual,high risk of recovery,or recurrence after surgery.The main outcomes included the remission of symptoms,vertebral body stability,robotic stereotactic surgical precision,and local tumor control.All patients received complete and successful combination therapy,and all healed primarily without complications.The error of the coverage accuracy for robotic radiosurgery was less than 0.5 mm,and the error of the rotation angle was less than 0.5.The therapeutic toxicity was limited(mainly in grades 1–2),and adverse events were uncommon.The evaluation of vertebral body stability and histocompatibility for all patients met the postoperative clinical requirements.For patients with post spinal injury,the pain symptoms were reduced or disappeared(93%),and nerve function was improved or even recovered after treatment(100%).During our follow-up period,most tumors were locally well controlled(93%).3D-printed vertebral body implantation combined with robotic radiosurgery may offer a new treatment of spinal tumors.Chinese clinical trial registry:ChiCTR-ONN-17013946.

本文以通断时间面积法计量方式为基础,分析热计量分摊装置的结构组成与运行原理,对实行集中供热的建筑进行分户计量,以用户供热面积、系统供回水温度、室温及每户的供暖通水时间等参数为依据,通过对水流的实际运行工况进行热力分摊修正来合理分摊建筑的总供热量。结果表明,通断时间面积法可实现“调节”和“计量”两个功能,可达到用户“等舒适度、等热量分摊”的目的。此方法可为我国供热改革提供一种新的思路,可从一定程度上实现节能降耗和减排增效,达到节能效益、环保效益和经济效益“三效”统一的目的。
