森林火灾不仅会对区域生态环境造成严重破坏,还可能导致人类生命财产遭受巨大损失,因此研究有效的火灾监测算法至关重要。在此背景下,利用我国风云四号卫星数据开展研究,通过对比确定了适用于凉山地区的森林火灾监测算法。采用高分四号卫星中波红外扫描仪数据,成功确定了火点的大小和位置,并提取了火烧迹地面积,优选了最适宜于凉山地区的方法。研究结果表明,上下文算法在凉山地区的森林火灾监测中效果最佳,漏判率最低,可准确检测到小火点的位置,算法的综合指标达到了0.7以上,为凉山地区的森林火灾扑救工作提供了科学参考。通过将高分四号卫星红外扫描仪数据的阈值设置为330 K,进一步确定火点的大小和位置,弥补了风云四号卫星空间分辨率的不足,为森林火灾监测提供更好的技术支持。基于高分四号卫星数据对比不同方法的灰度衰减图时,红外波段的衰减变化最为明显,其次为全球环境监测植被指数和归一化植被指数,过火区识别指数的衰减变化不明显,根据红外波段的灰度衰减图可准确提取出火烧迹地面积范围。

CmMYB3-like negatively regulates anthocyanin biosynthesis and flower color formation during the post-flowering stage in Chrysanthemum morifolium

Color fading caused by a decrease in anthocyanin accumulation during the post-flowering stage significantly affects postharvest quality of ***,the underlying mechanism by which anthocyanin accumulation decreases during the post-flowering stage still unclear,which greatly restricts design of molecular breeding in ***,a chrysanthemum SG7 R2R3 MYB transcription factor(TF),CmMYB3-like,was identified to have a function in regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis during the post-flowering *** real time PCR(qRT-PCR)assays showed that the expression of CmMYB3-like was gradually downregulated when anthocyanin content increased during the flowering stage and was significantly upregulated during the post-flowering *** transformation of chrysanthemum and dual-luciferase assays in *** leaves showed that CmMYB3-like suppressed anthocyanin accumulation by inhibiting the transcription of CmCHS and CmANS directly and that of CmF3H ***,overexpression or suppression of CmMYB3-like did not affect the biosynthesis of flavones or *** transformation of chrysanthemum revealed that the overexpression of CmMYB3-like inhibited anthocyanin accumulation,but its suppression prevented the decrease in anthocyanin accumulation during the post-flowering *** results revealed a crucial role of CmMYB3-like in regulating the color of petals during the post-flowering stage and provided a target gene for molecular design breeding to improve the postharvest quality of chrysanthemum.

The major impediment to the additional industrialization of water splitting is the high cost of the co-catalyst made of noble metals and the sacrificial reagent.A binary photocatalytic system,consisting of B-doped g-C3N4nanosheets (Cu20@BCN-X) and atomically accurate copper clusters,is designed in this *** copper clusters serve as co-catalysts for H2evolution and exhibit Pt-like activity,whereas the nanosheets serve as carriers and semiconductor components for *** binary system,created using simple techniques,demonstrates hydrogen bonding interactions that promote synergistic effects and efficient binding and charge transfer across the interface between the two *** position manipulation of carbon nitride nanosheets demonstrates a Z-scheme charge transfer mechanism between the nanosheets and copper *** photocatalytic system can accomplish the photocatalytic overall water splitting process (259.9μmol g-1h-1of H2and129.4μmol g-1h-1of O2) without using sacrificial agents or noble metal *** work lays the foundation for the design of overall water splitting catalysts by precisely manipulating the energy levels,and it also paves the way for commercialized photocatalytic catalysts that do not require noble metals or sacrificial chemicals.

The release of the generative pre-trained transformer(GPT)series has brought artificial general intelligence(AGI)to the forefront of the artificial intelligence(AI)field once ***,the questions of how to define and evaluate AGI remain *** perspective article proposes that the evaluation of AGI should be rooted in dynamic embodied physical and social interactions(DEPSI).More specifically,we propose five critical characteristics to be considered as AGI benchmarks and suggest the Tong test as an AGI evaluation *** Tong test describes a value-and ability-oriented testing system that delineates five levels of AGI milestones through a virtual environment with DEPSI,allowing for infinite task *** contrast the Tong test with classical AI testing systems in terms of various aspects and propose a systematic evaluation system to promote standardized,quantitative,and objective benchmarks and evaluation of AGI.

针对光刻机等高精确度定位平台无摩擦、无接触、无噪声需求,提出一种采用动子无源型平移和悬浮一体化Halbach磁悬浮永磁直线电机以实现定位平台的无摩擦悬浮及长距离定位运动。为了精确分析该类电机的悬浮力和推力特性,提出一种考虑动子永磁体端部效应的电机磁场解析模型并采用傅里叶分解法得到Halbach阵列永磁体磁场解析式。基于此磁场解析模型,通过洛伦兹力法得到了动子电磁力解析模型,并基于正交分解法推导了电机悬浮力和推力解耦的电磁力模型。结合有限元仿真对建立的电磁模型进行了对比验证,在此基础上,设计并制作了一台10极12槽样机,通过搭建实验平台进行推力和悬浮力测试,将实验测试值与有限元仿真值和解析值对比验证了所提出方法的准确性和快速性。

Early Warning System of Risk in Dairy Cows with Inactive Ovaries

The incidence of Inactive ovaries of dairy cows in China is relatively high. There is no complete early warning system for the occurrence of ovarian quiescence in clinical cows. This test provides early warning indicators for clinical prediction of ovary cessation in dairy cows. This experiment selected blood samples of dairy cows from 60 to 90 days postpartum in the inactive ovaries group and control group. Differential proteins were selected on the basis of proteomics, three energy indexes: AST, Glu, NEFA. Four reproductive hormones: E2, P4, FSH, LH, and four differentially expressed proteins: IGFBP-2, AHSG, APO-A4, and RBP-4. Key enzyme activities: ALDOB, LDHB, ITIH3, GPX3, SPAM1, PKM2. The ELISA test kit was used to detect the content and activity of the above markers in the test bovine serum. Through correlation analysis, binary logistic regression modeling and ROC analysis, a single indicator early warning technique for APOA4 and ITIH3 was established. The early warning values were APOA4 > 28.825 μg/L and ITIH3 > 195.07 ng/L. A multi-index early warning system based on potential biomarkers of APOA4 + ITIH3 and APOA4 + ITIH3 + E2 was established. The former had an early warning value of: APOA4 > 19.55 μg/I;ITIH3 > 191.14 ng/L;the latter has an early warning value: APOA4 > 47.56 μg/L, ITIH4 > 187.80 ng/L, E2 < 69.63 ng/L.

我国部分规模化牧场奶牛低钙血症的发病情况调查及诊治和防控方案分析

为了完善奶牛低钙血症的诊治和防控方案,本研究于2021年对我国河北省、黑龙江省、云南省、内蒙古自治区、北京市等15个省(市、自治区)具有代表性的规模化牧场的基本情况、奶牛低钙血症(包括临床低钙血症和亚临床低钙血症)的发病率、诊断方案、治疗方案、防控方案进行调查。结果表明:调研牧场共有73448头奶牛,低钙血症总发病率为15.48%(2.90%~30.20%)。临床低钙血症发病率为3.38%,其中黑龙江省的发病率(5.40%)最高,然后依次是河北省(4.00%)、云南省(3.30%)、北京市(3.30%),江苏省和天津市的发病率(均为1.00%)最低;亚临床低钙血症发病率为12.10%(1.00%~26.90%),其中云南省发病率(26.90%)最高,然后依次是上海市(20.50%)、黑龙江省(14.00%),北京市和山西省的发病率(均为1.00%)最低。调研牧场主要根据明显的临床症状不愿走动、后肢交替踏脚、后躯摇摆、肌肉抽搐对奶牛临床低钙血症进行诊断,主要根据某些临床症状头颈不自然、精神沉郁、勉强站立但站立不稳、行动困难、步态摇摆对奶牛亚临床低钙血症进行诊断。调研牧场共采用8种方案对奶牛临床低钙血症进行治疗,具体方式主要有静脉注射葡萄糖酸钙、口服博威钙等;其中方案6[静脉注射葡萄糖500 mL/(d·头)、葡萄糖酸钙250 mL/(d·头)和樟脑10 mL/(d·头)]的治愈率(92.36%)相对较高且治疗成本[194.44元/(d·头)]相对较低。调研牧场共采用10种方案对奶牛亚临床低钙血症进行治疗,具体方式主要有口服博威钙、饲喂钙磷饲料等;其中方案6[静脉注射葡萄糖酸钙200 mL/(d·头)和投喂钙棒100 g/(d·头)]的治愈率(100%)较高且治疗成本[52.00元/(d·头)]相对较低。调研牧场共采用16种方案对泌乳奶牛临床低钙血症进行防控,具体方式主要有饲料中添加阴离子盐、饲养管理、围产期保健、尿液pH值测定和实验室血钙浓度检测等,其中方案2[饲料中添加阴离子盐250 g/(d·头)、饲养管理、围产期保健、尿液pH值测定]和方案3[饲料中添加阴离子盐250 g/(d·头)、围产期保健、尿液pH值测定]的发病率(均为1.00%)较低且不易发生乳腺炎。调研牧场共主要采用17种方案对泌乳奶牛亚临床低钙血症进行防控,具体方式主要有口服博威钙、饲料中添加阴离子盐、饲养管理、围产期保健、尿液pH值测定、实验室血钙浓度检测等,其中方案2[饲料中添加阴离子盐250 g/(d·头)、饲养管理、围产期保健、尿液pH值测定、实验室血钙浓度检测]的发病率(1.00%)较低且不易发生乳腺炎。说明我国奶牛亚临床低钙血症发病率较高,适宜的诊治和防控方案是降低奶牛低钙血症发病率的关键。

有些外形较小或内腔腔体体积较小并且检漏合格的电子产品,进行水汽含量测定时有时会出现样品水汽含量超标现象。为证明现行国家标准中粗检漏试验方法(高温氟油加压检漏法)会对产品出现误判的问题,通过一系列试验和研究,证明了外形较小或内腔腔体体积较小存在漏孔的电子产品,严格按照现行的粗检漏试验方法中规定的样品在空气中干燥有效时间(2±1)min内进行试验,试验得到了多种结果,进而对产品形成误判,为此对标准中的该试验方法提出了一些新的建议。
