The release of the generative pre-trained transformer(GPT)series has brought artificial general intelligence(AGI)to the forefront of the artificial intelligence(AI)field once again.However,the questions of how to define and evaluate AGI remain unclear.This perspective article proposes that the evaluation of AGI should be rooted in dynamic embodied physical and social interactions(DEPSI).More specifically,we propose five critical characteristics to be considered as AGI benchmarks and suggest the Tong test as an AGI evaluation system.The Tong test describes a value-and ability-oriented testing system that delineates five levels of AGI milestones through a virtual environment with DEPSI,allowing for infinite task generation.We contrast the Tong test with classical AI testing systems in terms of various aspects and propose a systematic evaluation system to promote standardized,quantitative,and objective benchmarks and evaluation of AGI.

Throughout years,the two-step spin-coating process is the most common method to prepare organic lead halide perovskite materials.However,the short reaction time of dropping the solution at the second step means that PbI2 cannot be completely transformed into perovskite phase.To solve this problem,we report the introduction of glycine hydrochloride(GlyHCl)into the second step of the two-step spin-coating process to prepare a FA_(0.9)ma_(0.1)PbI_(3-x)%-GlyHCl perovskite material(namely FAma-x%-GlyHCl,where FA=formamidinium,ma=methylammonium,and x%stands for the molar ratio of GlyHCl added in FA iodide/ma iodide(FAI/maI)precursor solution).The Cl−ion in GlyHCl assists the formation ofα-phase perovskite,and the-COO−group coordinates with Pb2+cation in a bridging way,making up for the anion vacancy in perovskite lattice and resulting in high absorption intensity.The perovskite solar cells(PSCs)based on FAma-9%-GlyHCl achieve a long carrier lifetime(527.0 ns),a photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of 19.40%and good thermal stability,maintaining 85.8%of the initial PCE after being continuously heated at 60℃for 500 h.This study helps to solve the problem of incomplete reaction in the two-step spin-coating process and puts forward a new solution for preparing high coverage perovskite films with large grain size.

Background:Aurora kinases(AURKs)family plays a vital role not only in cell division but also in tumorigenesis.However,there are still rare systematic analyses of the diverse expression patterns and prognostic value of the AURKs family in breast cancer(BC).Systematic bioinformatics analysis was conducted to explore the biological role,prognostic value,and immunologic function of AURKs family in BC.Methods:The expression,prognostic value,and clinical functions of AURKs family in BC were evaluated with several bioinformatics web portals:ONCOMINE Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis,Kaplan-Meier plotter,cBioPortal,Metascape,GenemaNIA,and LinkedOmics;and the result was verified using human tissues.Results:The expression of AURKA and AURKB were upregulated in BC in subgroup analyses based on tumor stage(all Pmain-like receptor signaling pathway.Conclusions:Aurora kinases AURKA and AURKB could be employed as novel prognostic biomarkers or promising therapeutic targets for BC.

Development of an Integrated Disposable Device for SARSCoV-2 Nucleic Acid Extraction and Detection

Objective To develop a highly sensitive and rapid nucleic acid detection method for the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Methods We designed,developed,and manufactured an integrated disposable device for SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid extraction and detection.The precision of the liquid transfer and temperature control was tested.A comparison between our device and a commercial kit for SARS-Cov-2 nucleic acid extraction was performed using real-time fluorescence reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).The entire process,from SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid extraction to amplification,was evaluated.Results The precision of the syringe transfer volume was 19.2±1.9μL(set value was 20),32.2±1.6(set value was 30),and 57.2±3.5(set value was 60).Temperature control in the amplification tube was measured at 60.0±0.0°C(set value was 60)and 95.1±0.2°C(set value was 95)respectively.SARS-Cov-2 nucleic acid extraction yield through the device was 7.10×10^(6) copies/mL,while a commercial kit yielded 2.98×10^(6) copies/mL.The mean time to complete the entire assay,from SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid extraction to amplification detection,was 36 min and 45 s.The detection limit for SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid was 250 copies/mL.Conclusion The integrated disposable devices may be used for SARS-CoV-2 Point-of-Care test(POCT).

OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanism of Xianglian Huazhuo formula( 香连化浊方, XLHZ) blocking the development of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) to gastric cancer(GC) through bioinformatics analysis and in vitro. METHODS: Pathological morphology of gastric mucosa of rats were observed. High-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the miRNA expression profile of gastric mucosa. The miRanda, miRDB and miRWalk databases were used to predict the differential target genes. Gene Ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) enrichment analysis were performed for differential target genes. Real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRTPCR) was used to verify the differentially expressed miRNAs and target genes. Western blot, EdU, wound healing and flow cytometry were used to observe the effect of XLHZ on epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) markers, proliferation, migration, apoptosis and cell cycle of CAG cells in vitro. RESULTS: A total of five differentially expressed miRNAs and four differential target genes were screened in this study. GO analysis showed that the target genes were enriched in regulation of neuron development, regulation of transcription factor activity and regulation of RNA polymerase. KEGG pathways database differences in gene enrichment of target genes in the Wnt signaling pathway, Phospholipase D signaling pathway and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway. qRTPCR confirmed that miRNAs and its target genes were consistent with the screening results. In vitro, our study revealed that XLHZ could increase the expression of Ecadherin, decrease the expression of transforming growth factor β1, vimentin and β-catenin, inhibite the proliferation and migration of CAG cells, cause cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 and G2/M phase, induce the apoptosis of CAG cells, and prevent the progression of CAG to GC. 目的:我国是茶叶发源地,茶饮行业随着市场需求的变化不断拓展,当下新茶饮品牌的市场竞争日益激烈。与此同时,随着综合国力与经济实力的全面提升,我国消费市场呈现出鲍德里亚口中“消费社会”的表征,即消费者对产品的需求不再局限于功能或使用价值。文章基于日益激烈的行业竞争与不断变化的消费者需求,探索我国新茶饮等行业的品牌符号化营销与传播之路。方法:研究以学者孙戈兵在4V、4E等营销组合模型的基础上构建的符号化营销模型为框架,结合传播心理学原理,在符号化营销的视域下,全面分析蜜雪冰城这一创造扩张神话的新茶饮品牌在社交媒体中传播的成功案例及相关数据。结果:研究表明,符号化营销已成为现代品牌发展的重要趋势,且具有较强的实践性,有助于品牌有效吸引消费者的注意力,提高消费者的关注度,满足消费者的多重需求,进而引发消费者的共鸣。结论:品牌可以从打造符号差异、制造符号情感、引起符号共鸣、完善符号体验四个维度打造符号价值,从而在激烈的市场竞争中赢得消费者的青睐。不过,品牌的符号化营销与传播之路远不止于此,面对日新月异的市场环境与消费者需求,品牌只有将符号化营销与传播根植于时代生活,才能真正实现稳中有进。

海量地质图件蕴含着丰富的地学基础知识及专家经验知识。地质图主要表达了通过区域地质调查、矿产地质调查所获取的地球表面的地质知识(如地层单元、岩体、断裂等)。如何快速地从矢量地质图件中抽取地质知识并形成知识服务是目前地学知识图谱及知识服务研究的前沿。由于传统的地质图知识抽取主要依赖人工方式进行综合分析,本文聚焦于矢量地质图件知识表达与抽取研究,提出了一种地质图知识表达框架,提取地质图中所包含的地质实体及关系,将地质图信息以知识图谱的形式表达,并开展了基于地质矢量知识图谱的智能问答应用。最后以江西省于都县银坑幅矢量数据集为例开展实验验证分析,结果表明,本文方法能够较为全面地获取地质图中各个地质对象的信息,提高了地质图语义表达的效果,同时也可以提高地质学习人员对地质图的理解和认识,让计算机能够大规模获取地质图的知识内容。
