Electrically programmable phase-change photonic memory for optical neural networks with nanoseconds in situ training capability

Optical neural networks (ONNs), enabling low latency and high parallel data processing withoutelectromagnetic interference, have become a viable player for fast and energy-efficient processing andcalculation to meet the increasing demand for hash rate. Photonic memories employing nonvolatile phase-change materials could achieve zero static power consumption, low thermal cross talk, large-scale, andhigh-energy-efficient photonic neural networks. Nevertheless, the switching speed and dynamic energyconsumption of phase-change material-based photonic memories make them inapplicable for in situ training.Here, by integrating a patch of phase change thin film with a PIN-diode-embedded microring resonator,a bifunctional photonic memory enabling both 5-bit storage and nanoseconds volatile modulation wasdemonstrated. For the first time, a concept is presented for electrically programmable phase-changematerial-driven photonic memory integrated with nanosecond modulation to allow fast in situ training and zerostatic power consumption data processing in ONNs. ONNs with an optical convolution kernel constructedby our photonic memory theoretically achieved an accuracy of predictions higher than 95% when testedby the MNIST handwritten digit database. This provides a feasible solution to constructing large-scalenonvolatile ONNs with high-speed in situ training capability.

Chronic exposure to coplanar polychlorinated biphenyls（PCBs）,a potent inducer of toxic reactive oxygen species（ROS）,in the environment and food can cause liver diseases.It remains unknown whether caffeic acid derivatives（CADs） exerted protective effect on PCB-induced hepatotoxicity.We sought to evaluate the activities of 3CADs on PCB169-induced oxidative stress and DNA damage in the liver.Male ICR mice were administered with1 μmol/mL PCB169 at 5 mL/kg body weight for 2 weeks.The mice were given CADs by gastric gavage for 3weeks.We found that PCB169 decreased the growth rate and reduced the levels of superoxide dismutase（SOD）,glutathione（GSH） and GSH peroxidase（GPx）.It increased the liver weight,malondialdehyde（MDA）and 8-hydroxy-2＇-deoxyguanosine（8-OHdG） levels and CYPlAl activity in the liver tissues and plasma of mice（P〈0.05）.Pretreatment of mice with CADs restored the above parameters to normal levels.There was a synergistic protective effect between CADs in preventing MDA and 8-OHdG formation and inducing CYPlAl and phase II metabolism enzyme（SOD,GPx） activities（P〈0.05）.In conclusion,PCB169 induced hepatotoxicity and pretreatment with CADs had synergistic protective effects on liver damage.

以己内酰胺为单体、氢氧化钠为引发剂、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯为活化剂,采用阴离子聚合法合成MCPA6,并探讨了引发剂摩尔比、聚合温度对合成MCPA6的影响。研究结果显示,随着引发剂摩尔比增加,单体转化率呈先增大后轻微减小的变化趋势,当引发剂摩尔比为0.0044时,单体转化率达到最高91.5%,结晶度为44.5%,样品的抗拉强度为83.6 MPa,弯曲强度为112.4 MPa,冲击强度为5.3 kJ/m^(2)。在所研究的温度范围内,随聚合温度的升高,单体转化率呈轻微增大变化,样品的力学性能呈现先增强后减弱的变化规律,其中抗拉强度和弯曲强度在160℃时达到最大值,冲击强度在170℃时达到最大值。因此,当引发剂摩尔比为0.0044、聚合温度为160℃时,MCPA6呈现了较好的工艺稳定性。本合成方法具有一定的应用价值。

As the economy and technology keep growing,the mode of shared bikes gains popularity under these circumstances.At the current period,university students become fond of using shared bikes,which changes body health and life style of university students.When this mode combines the characteristics and functions of shared bikes,it has a great impact on the awareness and motivation of work-out of university students.Supported by Internet technology,shared bikes meet the need of people that they can use them at any time,which is new and innovative to the university students.This article provides university students with shared bike service in campus by analyzing the influence of“Internet+shared bike”on health and sports of university students.It will promote the effective application of shared bikes.

目的应用社会网络分析法(SNA)分析泸州市接受社区随访管理的≥50岁HIV/AIDS患者社会支持主体网络特征,为开展社会支持、健康干预工作提供依据。方法采用定额抽样方法,以泸州市接受社区随访管理的≥50岁HIV/AIDS患者作为调查对象,设计社会网络矩阵问卷,调查社会支持的主体网络关系,Excel2016编制关系矩阵,ucinet6.0软件分析整体网络特征,NetDraw绘制2-mode网络图。结果泸州市接受社区随访管理的280名≥50岁HIV/AIDS患者获得的社会支持总分(19.27±7.14)分,各维度依次为社区(3.13±0.84)分,医院(3.08±0.86)分,家庭(2.80±1.10)分,亲戚(1.96±1.25)分,传统媒体(1.81±1.30)分,朋友(1.66±1.26)分,邻居(1.61±1.27)分,新媒体(1.40±1.35)分,同事(1.06±1.20)分,社会组织(0.77±1.06)分。网络整体密度矩阵为(1.93±1.40),核心-边缘结构最终拟合度0.63,社会网络模型图拟合较好。中心度最高的集合为社区(度数中心度0.99,接近中心度0.97,中间中心度0.19)。社会网络结构显示社区和医院位于核心位置,家庭位于次核心位置,亲戚、传统媒体、朋友、邻居、新媒体、同事、社会组织位于边缘位置。结论泸州市接受社区随访管理的≥50岁HIV/AIDS患者主要从社区卫生服务中心、各级医疗机构获得社会支持,其次从患者家属处获得。政府政策和社区卫生服务的协作发挥了关键作用,未来的工作应注重减少歧视,拓宽社会支持来源,并继续加强政府、社区和医疗机构之间的合作,改善≥50岁HIV/AIDS患者的社会支持,有助于提高其生活质量,也可为其他地区提供借鉴。

Ribophagy, the cellular process wherein ribosomes are selectively self-digested through autophagy,plays a pivotal role in maintaining ribosome turnover. Understanding the molecular regulatory mechanisms governing ribophagy is pivotal to uncover its significance. Consequently, the establishment of methods for detecting ribophagy becomes important. In this protocol, we have optimized, enriched,and advanced existing ribophagy detection techniques, including immunoblotting, fluorescence microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), to precisely monitor and quantify ribophagic events. Particularly noteworthy is the introduction of TEM technology for yeast ribophagy detection. In summary, the delineated methods are applicable for detecting ribophagy in both yeast and mammals,laying a solid foundation for further exploring the physiological importance of ribophagy and its potential implications in diverse cellular environments.

Adolescent binge drinking leads to long-lasting disorders of the adult central nervous system,particularly aberrant hippocampal neurogenesis.In this study,we applied in vivo fluorescent tracing using NestinCreERT2::Rosa26-tdTomato mice and analyzed the endogenous neurogenesis lineage progression of neural stem cells(NSCs)and dendritic spine formation of newborn neurons in the subgranular zone of the dentate gyrus.We found abnormal orientation of tamoxifen-induced tdTomato+(tdTom^(+))NSCs in adult mice 2 months after treatment with EtOH(5.0 g/kg,i.p.)for 7 consecutive days.EtOH markedly inhibited tdTom^(+)NSCs activation and hippocampal neurogenesis in mouse dentate gyrus from adolescence to adulthood.EtOH(100 mM)also significantly inhibited the proliferation to 39.2%and differentiation of primary NSCs in vitro.Adult mice exposed to EtOH also exhibited marked inhibitions in dendritic spine growth and newborn neuron maturation in the dentate gyrus,which was partially reversed by voluntary running or inhibition of the mammalian target of rapamycinenhancer of zeste homolog 2 pathway.In vivo tracing revealed that EtOH induced abnormal orientation of tdTom+NSCs and spatial misposition defects of newborn neurons,thus causing the disturbance of hippocampal neurogenesis and dendritic spine remodeling in mice.

Fibrosis occurs due to the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix caused by cell injury.After various types of tissue injury,the dysregulation of the internal response can eventually lead to the destruction of organ structure and dysfunction.There is increasing evidence that oxidative stress,which is characterized by excessive production of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),is an important cause of fibrosis.Therefore,we synthesized a biosensitive and efficient electrochemical H_(2)O_(2)sensor based on PtNi nanoparticle-doped N-reduced graphene oxide(PtNi-N-rGO)to detect H_(2)O_(2)released from transforming growth factorβ1(TGFβ1)-induced myofibroblast.In addition,the sensor could easily detect changes in H_(2)O_(2)in the lung and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of mice with pulmonary fibrosis.Furthermore,the sensor could also detect H_(2)O_(2)in activated hepatic stellate cells and the liver of carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))-induced liver fibrosis.Moreover,the alterations in H_(2)O_(2)detected by the sensor were consistent with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 4(NOX4)protein expression and the staining results of pathological sections.Taken together,these results highlight the use of H_(2)O_(2)sensors for the rapid detection of fibrosis and facilitate the rapid evaluation of antifibrotic drug candidates.

The[2,3]-and[1,2]-sigmatropic rearrangement reactions between pyridotriazoles and sulfides catalyzed by rhodium(II)were investigated.The utilization of pyridotriazoles as the carbene precursors in this kind of reaction efficiently constructed the C(sp3)-S and C(sp3)-Se bond with broad substrate scope and great functional group tolerance.
