It is well known that zero-valent iron(ZVI)could catalyze the oxidation of various oxidants to realize the rapid oxidation removal of pollutants.However,in this study,we found that the addition of different oxidants could regulate the redox function of ZVI system.In three different co-treatment systems,the effects of different oxidizers(peroxymonosulfate(PMS),persulfate(PDS),hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)))dosages on the ratios of oxidative degradation rate and reductive degradation rate of p-nitrophenol(PNP)were studied.The effect of the H+released from oxidizers and the generated reactive oxygen species(ROS)in ZVI/PMS,ZVI/PDS,ZVI/H_(2)O_(2)systems were detailed discussed.Especially,the contribution of generated ROS for reductive degradation of PNP was quantified in the ZVI/H_(2)O_(2)system.Based on the results of TOC removal,UV-vis absorption spectra,and intermediates concentration curves,it was found that the degradation of PNP changed from reduction to oxidation with the increase of oxidant proportion.When the molar ratio of ZVI to oxidizer equal to 100,PNP was mainly degraded by reduction accompanied by slight oxidation.Combined with the results of SEM-EDS and XPS,it was confirmed that the enhanced degradation of PNP under the addition of oxidant was mainly related to the generated ROS,the additional H+,and the corrosion products of ZVI.

Flexible strain sensors fabricated using aligned carbon nanofiber membranes with cross-stacked structure for extensive applications

Carbon nanofibers(CNFs)with excellent conductivity and stability have become a promising material to design the strain sensing network.To date,however,the effect of the stacked structure of CNF membrane on the sensing performance has rarely been stu-died.In this work,we reported a high-performance sensor based on the cross-stacked aligned CNF membrane.The effects of crossstacked structures on the sensing characteristics were systemati-cally investigated.The flexible strain sensor could capture low detection limit(0.998),excellent durability and quick response time(<200 ms)were demonstrated.The excellent com-prehensive performances were simultaneously obtained.The sen-sor could be used in extensive applications,such as monitoring body movements and distinguishing the track of writing.

Numerical Analysis on Charging Performance of the Macro-Encapsulating Combined Sensible-Latent Heat Storage System with Structural Parameters

For combined sensible-latent heat storage system(CSLHS)(termed as the hybrid configuration),macro encapsulation can effectively solve the leakage problem of PCMs.However,due to the poor thermal conductivity of PCMs,the charging performance of the hybrid configuration slightly increases compared to the solid structure(with only sensible materials).Meanwhile,the natural convection in the PCMs zone could improve the charging performance.So,how to improve natural convection intensity is a key issue for the CSLHS by macro encapsulating.It is found that adding fins can significantly enhance natural convection and accelerate the melting of PCM.In this paper,we proposed the hybrid configuration with fins built-in by macro encapsulation,and analyzed its charging performance with different fin structural parameters in the PCM zone by CFD simulation.In the case,the sensible heat storage material is high-temperature concrete and the PCM is a low-melting-point mixed molten salt.We analyzed the effects of fin number,fin length and fin thickness on the charging performance of the hybrid configuration respectively.From the result,the charging performance increases with the fin number,but the increase rate gradually decreases.When the fin number is 6,the charging performance increases by 20.18%compared to the situation without fin.The charging performance increases gradually with the fin length.Compared with the hybrid configuration without fin,for each 10 mm increase in fin length,its charging performances increase by 4.09%,5.26%,7.02%,8.77%,11.70%,and 15.79%,respectively.Different from number and length of fins,the effect of thickness on the charging performance is very small.When the fin thickness increased from 1 mm to 4 mm,the charging performance only increased by 2.3%.It indicates that the main reason for the improving the charging performance is to increase the natural convection intensity by dividing the PCM zone through fins.These results show that the charging performance of the CSLHS with macro encapsulation can be im

A Matching Algorithm with Reinforcement Learning and Decoupling Strategy for Order Dispatching in On-Demand Food Delivery

The on-demand food delivery(OFD)service has gained rapid development in the past decades but meanwhile encounters challenges for further improving operation quality.The order dispatching problem is one of the most concerning issues for the OFD platforms,which refer to dynamically dispatching a large number of orders to riders reasonably in very limited decision time.To solve such a challenging combinatorial optimization problem,an effective matching algorithm is proposed by fusing the reinforcement learning technique and the optimization method.First,to deal with the large-scale complexity,a decoupling method is designed by reducing the matching space between new orders and riders.Second,to overcome the high dynamism and satisfy the stringent requirements on decision time,a reinforcement learning based dispatching heuristic is presented.To be specific,a sequence-to-sequence neural network is constructed based on the problem characteristic to generate an order priority sequence.Besides,a training approach is specially designed to improve learning performance.Furthermore,a greedy heuristic is employed to effectively dispatch new orders according to the order priority sequence.On real-world datasets,numerical experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Statistical results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the problem by improving delivery efficiency and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Numerical Simulation of Charging Performance of Combined Sensible-Latent Heat Storage System with a Macro-Encapsulation Method

In recent years,heat storage system combining sensible and latent heat materials has received more and more attentions.In this paper,we proposed the hybrid configuration with a macro-encapsulation,and analyzed its charging performance with different influencing factors by CFD simulation.In the case,the sensible heat storage materials are magnesia brick or HT concrete and the phase change materials(PCMs)are mixed molten salts.Firstly,we analyzed the heat transfer characteristics of the hybrid configuration in charging process.Then,we analyzed the effect of heating power on charging performance.The maximum temperature of the heating surface shall not exceed 500℃as the constraint condition,the heat storage capacity increases at first and then decreases with the heating power.Then,we compared the charging performance of different solid structure and the hybrid configurations.Whether magnesia brick or HT concrete,the charging performance of the solid structure is better than that of the hybrid configuration,because the thermal conductivity of the molten salt is significantly lower than that of the two sensible heat storage materials.Then,we compared the charging performance of different molten salts.The hybrid configuration with lower melting point molten salt has better performance because of more intensity natural convection.Finally,we analyzed the charging performance of the hybrid configuration used the composite phase change material(CPCM)with high thermal conductivity and specific heat.From the result,the charging performance increases by 22.5%compared with the solid structure.These results indicate that the hybrid configuration with the macro-encapsulation method is a potential form of thermal energy storage,but it needs to be further optimized.

Deployment Strategy for Multiple Controllers Based on the Aviation On-Board Software-Defined Data Link Network

In light of the escalating demand and intricacy of services in contemporary terrestrial,maritime,and aerial combat operations,there is a compelling need for enhanced service quality and efficiency in airborne cluster communication networks.Software-Defined Networking(SDN)proffers a viable solution for the multifaceted task of cooperative communication transmission and management across different operational domains within complex combat contexts,due to its intrinsic ability to flexibly allocate and centrally administer network resources.This study pivots around the optimization of SDN controller deployment within airborne data link clusters.A collaborative multi-controller architecture predicated on airborne data link clusters is thus proposed.Within this architectural framework,the controller deployment issue is reframed as a two-fold problem:subdomain partition-ing and central interaction node selection.We advocate a subdomain segmentation approach grounded in node value ranking(NDVR)and a central interaction node selection methodology predicated on an enhanced Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm(AFSA).The advanced NDVR-AFSA(Node value ranking-Improved artificial fish swarm algorithm)algorithm makes use of a chaos algorithm for population initialization,boosting population diversity and circumventing premature algorithm convergence.By the integration of adaptive strategies and incorporation of the genetic algorithm’s crossover and mutation operations,the algorithm’s search range adaptability is enhanced,thereby increasing the possibility of obtaining globally optimal solutions,while concurrently augmenting cluster reliability.The simulation results verify the advantages of the NDVR-IAFSA algorithm,achieve a better load balancing effect,improve the reliability of aviation data link cluster,and significantly reduce the average propagation delay and disconnection rate,respectively,by 12.8%and 11.7%.This shows that the optimization scheme has important significance in practical application,and can meet the high require

Polyelectrolyte complex-based thermochromic hydrogels containing carbonized polymer dots for smart windows with fast response,excellent solar modulation ability,and high durability

Thermochromic smart windows have gained increasing popularity in light modulation and energy management in buildings.However,the fabrication of flexible thermochromic smart windows with high luminous transmittance(Tlum),tailorable critical temperature(τc),strong solar modulation ability(ΔTsol),and long-term durability remains a huge challenge.In this study,hydrogel-based thermochromic smart windows are fabricated by sandwiching thermochromic hydrogels of polyallylamine hydrochloride,polyacrylic acid,and carbonized polymer dots(CPDs)complexes between two pieces of transparent substrates.Benefiting from the incorporation of nanosized CPDs,the thermochromic hydrogel has an ultrahigh Tlum of~98.7%,a desirableτc of~24.2℃,aΔTsol of~89.3%and a rapid transition time of~3 s from opaque state to transparent state.Moreover,the thermochromic hydrogel exhibits excellent anti-freezing ability,tight adhesion toward various substrates,and excellent self-healing capability.The self-healing capability enables the fabrication of large-area smart windows by welding multiple hydrogel pieces.The smart windows retain their original thermochromic properties after being stored under ambient conditions for at least 147 days or undergoing 10,000 uninterrupted heating/cooling cycles.The model houses with smart windows can achieve a temperature reduction of 9.2℃,demonstrating the excellent indoor temperature modulation performance of the smart windows.

Fabricating a smart clothing system based on strain-sensing yarn and novel stitching technology for health monitoring

Various yarn-shaped flexible strain sensors have recently been developed.However,research is lacking on additive manufacturing for smart clothing for integrating yarn sensors with commercial garments.Herein,a strain-sensing yarn is sewn into a piece of fabric through a novel stitching technique,and the influence of the stitching method and needle pitch on the sensing performance is investigated using finite element analysis(FEA).The sensing performance could be improved when the sensing yarn is self-locked in the fabric at the needle eyes,and the needle pitch was reduced to 0.5 cm,which is attributed to the enhanced stress and strain concentration.Meanwhile,the composite sensing fabric featured outstanding performance,including a low detection limit(0.1%),rapid response(280 ms),excellent durability(10000 cycles),and high stability(negligible drift and frequency independence).In addition,the remarkable wear resistance,washability,and anti-interference to ambient humidity and perspiration were obtained.Therein,the optimal stitch trace lengths of sensing yarn for detecting elbow motion,breathing,and heartbeats are discussed.Finally,a smart clothing system composed of smart clothing,data acquisition unit,and mobile APP was developed to simultaneously detect human movement and physiological signals.This work provides a reference to produce intelligent garments based on yarn sensors for health monitoring.

对双冷源深度除湿全新风空气处理机组在不同工况下稳定运行时的送风状态、系统能耗、制冷量和效率等参数进行分析研究,进一步改善各组件运行效果,提高系统性能。采用制冷系统稳态仿真研究方法,利用simulink平台建立双冷源深度除湿全新风空气处理机组的集中参数稳态仿真模型,从送风温湿度、制冷量、系统能耗和性能系数(COP)五个方面将模拟与实验结果比较,验证模型的准确性。使用控制变量法分别研究新风和送风温/湿度对机组性能的影响机制。结果表明:模拟与实验的相对误差在±15%内。机组在设计工况下COP最高,为3.60。因此,在实际应用中应使机组运行条件接近设计工况。
