In-Ga-Zn-O(IGZO) channel based thin-film transistors(TFT), which exhibit high on-off current ratio and relatively high mobility, has been widely researched due to its back end of line(BEOL)-compatible potential for the next generation dynamic random access memory(DRAM) application. In this work, thermal atomic layer deposition(TALD) indium gallium zinc oxide(IGZO) technology was explored. It was found that the atomic composition and the physical properties of the IGZO films can be modulated by changing the sub-cycles number during atomic layer deposition(ALD) process. In addition, thin-film transistors(TFTs) with vertical channel-all-around(CAA) structure were realized to explore the influence of different IGZO films as channel layers on the performance of transistors. Our research demonstrates that TALD is crucial for high density integration technology, and the proposed vertical IGZO CAA-TFT provides a feasible path to break through the technical problems for the continuous scale of electronic equipment.

The slow water dissociation is the rate-determining step that slows down the reaction rate in alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Optimizing the surface electronic structure of the catalyst to lower the energy barrier of water dissociation and regulating the binding strength of adsorption intermediates are crucial strategy for boosting the catalytic performance of *** this study,RuO_(2)/BaRuO_(3)(RBRO)heterostructures with abundant oxygen vacancies and lattice distortion were in-situ constructed under a low temperature via the thermal decomposition of *** RBRO heterostructures obtained at 550℃ exhibited the highest HER activity in 1 M KOH,showing an ultra-low overpotential of 16 mV at 10 ma cm^(-2)and a Tafel slope of 33.37 m V dec^(-1).Additionally,the material demonstrated remarkable durability,with only 25 mV of degradation in overpotential after 200 h of stability testing at 10 ma cm^(-2).Density functional theory calculations revealed that the redistribution of charges at the heterojunction interface can optimize the binding energies of H*and OH*and effectively lower the energy barrier of water *** research offers novel perspectives on surpassing the water dissociation threshold of alkaline HER catalysts by means of a systematic design of heterogeneous interfaces.

Accumulating evidence suggest that the success of therapeutic interventions against cancer relies on anti-tumour immunity beyond treatment discontinuation. Cancer therapy-induced cellular stress responses eventually provoke various manifestations of cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy, necroptosis and pyroptosis. Importantly, these irreversible dying processes are companied by an active or passive release of cell death-associated molecular patterns (CDAMPs).

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries are promising due to inherent safety,low cost,low toxicity,and high volumetric ***,issues of dendrites and side reactions between zinc metal anode and the electrolyte need to be solved for extended storage and cycle ***,we proposed that an electrolyte additive with an intermediate chelation strength of zinc ion—strong enough to exclude water molecules from the zinc metal-electrolyte interface and not too strong to cause a significant energy barrier for zinc ion dissociation—can benefit the electrochemical stability by suppressing hydrogen evolution reaction,overpotential growth,and den-drite ***-sodium diethylene-triaminepentaacetic acid salt was selected for such a *** has a suitable chelating ability in aqueous solutions to adjust solvation sheath and can be readily polarized under electrical loading conditions to further improve the ***||Zn symmetric cells can be stably operated over 3500 h at 1 ma cm^(-2).Zn||NH4V4O10 full cells with the additive show great cycling stability with 84.6%capacity retention after 500 cycles at 1 A g^(-1).Since the additive not only reduces H2 evolution and corrosion but also modifies Zn2+diffusion and deposition,highlyreversible Zn electrodes can be achieved as verified by the experimental *** work offers a practical approach to the logical design of reliable electrolytes for high-performance aqueous batteries.

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xuebijing+antimicrobials in intensive care unit(ICU)patients with severe ***:60 ICU patients with severe pneumonia from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each *** observation group received Xuebijing+antimicrobial treatment,while the control group received only antimicrobial *** differences in rehabilitation indexes,test indexes,and inflammation indexes were compared between the two ***:Mechanical ventilation time,fever reduction time,cough relief time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(Pmation,enhance immune function,shorten the pneumonia recovery time,and reduce the adverse reactions of severe pneumonia.

Precisely tailoring the surface electronic structures of electrocatalysts for optimal hydrogen binding energy and hydroxide binding energy is vital to improve the sluggish kinetics of hydrogen oxidation reac-tion(HOR).Herein,we employ a partial desulfurization strategy to construct a homologous Ru-RuS_(2) heterostructure anchored on hollow mesoporous carbon nanospheres(Ru-RuS_(2)@C).The disparate work functions of the heterostructure contribute to the spontaneous formation of a unique built-in electric field,accelerating charge transfer and boosting conductivity of ***,Ru-RuS_(2)@C exhibits robust HOR electrocatalytic activity,achieving an exchange current density and mass activity as high as 3.56 ma cm^(-2) and 2.13 maμg_(Ru)^(-1),*** those of state-of-the-art Pt/C and most contemporary Ru-based HOR ***,Ru-RuS_(2)@C can tolerate 1000 ppm of cO that lacks in Pt/*** analysis reveals that the directional electron transfer across Ru-RuS_(2) heterointerface induces local charge redistribution in interfacial region,which optimizes and balances the adsorption energies of H and OH species,as well as lowers the energy barrier for water formation,thereby promoting theHoR performance.

Astronomical influence of the development of Paleogene thin coal seam groups in offshore Lacustrine basins:A case study of the ZhuⅠDepression's Enping Formation located in the northern South China Sea

The development of the Paleogene coal seams in China's offshore basin areas generally had the characteristics of coal measures with large thicknesses,large numbers of coal seams,thin single coal seams,poor stability,scattered vertical distribution,and a wide distribution *** study selected the Enping Formation of the ZhuⅠDepression in the northern section of the South China Sea as an example to determine the macro-control factors of the development of the Paleogene coal seam *** analysis was carried out on the influencing effects and patterns of the astronomical cycles related to the development of the thin coal seam groups in the region.A floating astronomical time scale of the Enping Formation was established,and the sedimentary time limit of the Enping Formation was determined to be approximately 6.15 ma±.In addition,the cyclostratigraphy analysis results of the natural gamma-ray data of Well XJ in the Enping Formation of the Xijiang Sag revealed that the development of the thin coal seams had probably been affected by short eccentricity and precession *** formation process of coal seams was determined to have been affected by high seasonal contrast,precipitation,and *** the periods with high values of short eccentricity,the seasonal contrasts tended to be *** those periods,fluctuations in the precession controls resulted in periodic volume changes in precipitation and insolation of the region,resulting in the development of thin coal *** was also found that the periods with low precession were the most conducive to coal seam *** that basis,combined with such factors as sedimentary environmental conditions conducive to the development of thin coal seam groups,this study established a theoretical model of the comprehensive influences of short eccentricity and precession on the development and distribution of Paleogene thin coal seam groups in offshore lacustrine *** patterns of the Paleogene astrono

新疆是我国番茄制品生产和出口的重要基地,基于新疆加工番茄主产县域480份农户的调研数据,采用DEA-BCC模型,测算新疆加工番茄主产县域的生产效率,分析加工番茄主产县域的生产要素冗余率,并利用地理探测器模型,揭示影响加工番茄生产效率的关键因子。结果表明:新疆加工番茄主产县域的生产效率存在显著差异,且生产效率均未达到DEA有效水平;其次,加工番茄主产县域的生产要素投入存在不同程度的冗余,种植面积和农业机械投入冗余属于资源利用强度不足型,劳动力、化肥及农药投入冗余属于要素投入过度型;家庭纯收入、户主年龄、户主受教育程度、种植时间和种植面积是生产效率出现县域差异的主要因子,解释力度介于61.4%~65.2%,且因子间相互作用的影响力均高于单独作用的影响力,表明促进县域之间生产要素的合理流动和高效集聚,发挥主产县域的辐射带动作用,可以有效提高加工番茄种植户的生产效率。

探讨老年人抑郁、孤独和焦虑这3种负性情绪的联合发展轨迹及其与老年人的自尊、希望感、控制感和老化态度这几个心理资源变量的关系.采用抑郁、焦虑和孤独感的测量工具,以及老化态度问卷、自尊量表、控制感量表、希望感量表和生活满意度量表,对406名老年人进行了3次追踪测量,每次测量间隔时间为6个月.采用Mplus 7.4对数据进行潜类别增长模型分析.结果表明:老年人3种负性情绪的联合发展轨迹可以划分为4个潜类别:负性情绪低水平稳定组(61.33%),负性情绪低水平增长组(17.49%),负性情绪高水平下降组(17.73%)和负性情绪高水平稳定组(3.45%).此外,通过BCH方法对不同类别老年人心理资源进行比较的结果表明:负性情绪低水平稳定组的老年人心理资源状况最佳,负性情绪高水平下降组次之.因此得出,老年人抑郁、孤独和焦虑的联合发展具有群体异质性,4组不同的联合发展轨迹与心理资源水平的关系也具有差异.
