Exploration of artificial aggregation-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens) has garnered extensive interest in the past two decades. In particular, AIEgens possessing natural characteristics(BioAIEgens) have received more attention recently due to the advantages of biocompatibility, sustainability and renewability.However, the extremely limited number of BioAIEgens extracted from natural sources have retarded their development. Herein, a new class of Bio AIEgens based on the natural scaffold of chromene have been facilely synthesized via green reactions in a water system. These compounds show regiostructure-,polymorphism-and substituent-dependent fluorescence, which clearly illustrates the close relationship between the macroscopic properties and hierarchical structure of aggregates. Due to the superior biocompatibility of the natural scaffold, chromene-based BioAIEgens can specifically target the endoplasmic reticulum(ER) via the introduction of tosyl amide. This work has provided a new chromene scaffold for functional BioAIEgens on the basis of green and sustainable ’in-water’ synthesis, applicable regiostructure-dependent fluorescence, and effective ER-specific imaging.

Climate change can aff ect fi sh individuals or schools,and consequently the fi sheries.Studying future changes of fi sh distribution and abundance helps the scientifi c management of fi sheries.The dynamic bioclimate envelope model(DBEM)was used to identify the“environmental preference profi les”of the studied species based on outputs from three Earth system models(ESMs).Changes in ocean conditions in climate change scenarios could be transformed by the model into those in relative abundance and distribution of species.Therefore,the distributional response of 17 demersal fi shes to climate change in the Yellow Sea could be projected from 1970 to 2060.Indices of latitudinal centroid(LC)and mean temperature of relative abundance(MTRA)were used to represent the results conducted by model.Results present that 17 demersal fi sh species in the Yellow Sea show a trend of anti-poleward shift under both low-emission scenario(RCP 2.6)and high-emission scenario(RCP 8.5)from 1970 to 2060,with the projected average LC in three ESMs shifting at a rate of-1.17±4.55 and-2.76±3.82 km/decade,respectively,which is contrary to the previous projecting studies of fi shes suggesting that fi shes tend to move toward higher latitudes under increased temperature scenarios.The Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass could be the major driver resulting in the shift,which shows a potential signifi cance to fi shery resources management and marine conservation,and provides a new perspective in fi sh migration under climate change.

The BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) is essentially a precise time measurement and time synchronization system for a large-scale space near the Earth. General relativity is the basic theoretical framework for the information processing in the master control station of BDS. Having introduced the basic conceptions of relativistic space-time reference systems, the space-time references of BDS are analyzed and the function and acquisition method of the Earth Orientation Parameters (EOP) are briefly discussed. The basic space reference of BDS is BeiDou Coordinate System (BDCS), and the time standard is the BDS Time (BDT). BDCS and BDT are the realizations of the Geocentric Terrestrial Reference System (GTRS) and the Terrestrial Time (TT) for BDS, respectively. The station coordinates in the BDCS are consistent with those in International Terrestrial Reference Frame (ITRF)2014 at the cm-level and the difference in scale is about 1.1 × 10^(−8) . The time deviation of BDT relative to International Atomic Time (TAI) is less than 50 ns and the frequency deviation is less than 2 × 10^(−14) . The Geocentric Celestial Reference System (GCRS) and the solar Barycentric Celestial Reference System (BCRS) are also involved in the operation of BDS. The observation models for time synchronization and precise orbit determination are established within the GCRS framework. The coordinate transformation between BDCS and GCRS is consistent with the International Earth Rotation and Reference Systems Service (IERS). In the autonomous operation mode without the support of the ground master control station, Earth Orientation Parameters (EOP) is obtained by means of long-term prediction and on-board observation. The observa-tion models for the on-board astrometry should be established within the BCRS framework.

北京市老年人认知功能的影响因素

目的:探讨老年人认知功能现况,基于生命历程理论分析老年人认知功能的影响因素。方法:采用横断面研究,于2023年对北京市西城区、大兴区部分老年人进行问卷调查,使用香港简短认知功能检测(Hong Kong brief cognitive test,HKBC)量表评估老年人的认知功能,采用SPSS 27.0软件对老年人认识功能的影响因素进行描述性分析和多元线性回归分析。结果:纳入349名老年人,年龄在60~69岁的调查对象占比最高(41.3%),58.7%为女性,文化程度初中及以上者占比88.0%,退休前每周工作时长多集中在35~48 h(68.8%),14.0%的老年人有痴呆家族史。在控制年龄、性別等变量后,线性回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况为已婚(β=0.501,95%CI:0.144~0.859)和每周运动3~4次是老年人认知功能的保护因素(β=0.617,95%CI:0.087~1.148),抑郁症状是其危险因素(β=-0.723,95%CI:-1.198~-0.247)。结论:从生命全周期的视角看待认知功能影响因素,缺乏体育锻炼与抑郁症状均是认知功能的危险因素,加强体育锻炼,改善老年人心理健康,将预防性干预关口前移,有助于预防和减缓老年人认知功能衰退。

吡啶甲酸类除草剂属合成激素类,目前登记使用的有效成分包括氨氯吡啶酸、二氯吡啶酸和氯氨吡啶酸,分别于1963年、1977年和2005年上市,主要用于阔叶杂草和灌木的茎叶处理防控,其中氯氨吡啶酸具有土壤封闭活性。吡啶甲酸类除草剂的作用靶标仍未明确,有可能来自生长素结合蛋白家族。全世界报道的抗吡啶甲酸类除草剂杂草共涉及7种8个生物型。目前,我国登记的除草剂品种中共有13个复配剂含氨氯吡啶酸和二氯吡啶酸,1个含氨氯吡啶酸、氯氨吡啶酸和二氯吡啶酸;国外登记的吡啶甲酸类除草剂复配剂主要为与其他激素型除草剂、ALS(乙酰乳酸合酶)抑制剂、ACCase(乙酰辅酶A羧化酶)抑制剂的组合。该类除草剂仍然具有较好的应用前景,在主要应用场景下常见杂草对氨氯吡啶酸、二氯吡啶酸、氯氨吡啶酸的敏感性仍需系统研究,该类除草剂主要靶标杂草种群的抗药性水平也亟须检测。

Electronic structure and enhanced photoelectrocatalytic performance of Ru_(x)Zn_(1-x)O/Ti electrodes

Modification is one of the most important and effective methods to improve the photoelectrocatalytic(PEC)performance of ZnO.In this paper,the Ru_(x)Zn_(1-x)O/Ti electrodes were prepared by thermal decomposition method and the effect of Ru content on those electrodes' electronic structure was analyzed through the first-principles calculation.Various tests were also performed to observe the microstructures and PEC performance.The results showed that as the Ru^(4+) transferred into ZnO lattice and replaced a number of Zn^(2+),the conduction band of ZnO moved downward and the valence band went upward.The number of photogenerated electron-hole pairs increased as the impurity levels appeared in the band gap.In addition,ZnO nanorods exhibited a smaller grain size and a rougher surface under the effect of Ru.Meanwhile,the RuO_(2) nanoparticles on the surface of ZnO nanorods acted as the electron-transfer channel,helping electrons transfer to the counter electrode and delaying the recombination of the electron-hole pairs.Specifically,the Ru_(x)Zn_(1-x)O/Ti electrodes with 9.375 mol% Ru exhibited the best PEC performance with a rhodamine B(RhB)removal rate of 97%,much higher than the combination of electrocatalysis(EC,12%)and photocatalysis(PC,50%),confirming the synergy of photoelectrocatalysis.

采用高温改性钢渣活化过硫酸盐(peroxymonosulfate,PMS)降解甲基橙(methyl orange,MO)和苯酚(phenol,AR)。考察了改性钢渣投加量、PMS浓度、初始pH值、反应温度对MO和AR降解效果的影响。在改性钢渣质量浓度为9.0 g/L、PMS物质的量浓度为12.0 mmol/L、初始pH值为7.0、反应温度为25℃的条件下,反应90 min,30 mg/L MO和15 mg/L AR的降解率分别达到90.5%和100%。材料表征分析结果表明,高温改性钢渣比表面积增大、孔隙率高、催化氧化PMS性能好,且重复利用仍有较好的原位恢复性能。自由基淬灭和电子顺磁共振波谱实验说明,高温改性钢渣/PMS反应体系存在非自由基(1 O 2)和自由基(SO_(4)^(-)·和·OH),发挥了碱活化PMS和铁氧化物活化PMS的共同作用,最终将MO和AR降解为小分子物质。

阔苞菊(Pluchea indica)是一种红树林伴生植物,以其在原产地的药用特性和部分引入地的入侵性而闻名。本研究旨在评估阔苞菊在其分布范围内遗传变异的地理分布,确定影响其遗传结构的因素,并利用这些信息对阔苞菊在原产地和引入地的保护和管理策略提出建议。我们以来自阔苞菊原产地(亚洲)和引入地(美国)的31个种群共348个个体的15个核微卫星位点数据对阔苞菊的遗传多样性和种群结构进行了评估。在大尺度范围以及局部区域两种空间尺度上对阔苞菊遗传变异的空间格局进行了探讨,并验证了以下假说:地理距离和自然地理屏障将影响种群结构并在空间尺度上产生不同程度的分化。研究结果表明,与所研究区域内的其它红树林物种的遗传多样性参数相比,我们发现阔苞菊在种群水平上具有相对较高的遗传多样性以及在物种水平上具有明显的遗传分化。大多数阔苞菊种群显示杂合子缺失,这主要是由于近交和有限的基因流所导致。在较大空间尺度上进行的种群结构分析显示,该物种自然分布范围内存在两个主要遗传谱系,中国的种群与印度尼西亚、马来西亚、新加坡、泰国、柬埔寨和菲律宾的种群分别属于不同的谱系,而美国的种群可能来自于中国的谱系。此外,在局部区域范围内也同样检测到种群之间的遗传分化。大部分阔苞菊种群所表现出的遗传瓶颈效应强调了其具有本地灭绝的风险。基于上述研究结果,我们建议采用原位保护策略对阔苞菊进行管理,并开展对优先保护种群的保护行动以维持遗传多样性。

A step to the decentralized real-time timekeeping network

The composite time scale(CTS) provides an accurate and stable time-frequency reference for modern science and technology. Conventional CTS always features a centralized network topology, which means that the CTS is accompanied by a local master clock. This largely restricts the stability and reliability of the CTS. We simulate the restriction and analyze the influence of the master clock on the CTS. It proves that the CTS's long-term stability is also positively related to that of the master clock, until the region dominated by the frequency drift of the H-maser(averaging time longer than ~10~5s).Aiming at this restriction, a real-time clock network is utilized. Based on the network, a real-time CTS referenced by a stable remote master clock is achieved. The experiment comparing two real-time CTSs referenced by a local and a remote master clock respectively reveals that under open-loop steering, the stability of the CTS is improved by referencing to a remote and more stable master clock instead of a local and less stable master clock. In this way, with the help of the proposed scheme, the CTS can be referenced to the most stable master clock within the network in real time, no matter whether it is local or remote, making democratic polycentric timekeeping possible.
