电动汽车(EV)车主在选择充电站时,由于对旅行成本和时间成本存在不同偏好,易造成一些站点拥挤,而其他站点闲置。此外,急需充电的车主无法获得优先,导致满意度极低。为此,基于交通路况对不同紧急充电需求的车主进行充电引导,通过协调补偿策略为具有紧急充电需求车主提供优先充电,并建立不同紧急充电需求的EV充电引导及协调补偿优化模型。采用连续平均算法和CPLEX求解器求出最优路径解,再结合基于参考点的第三代非支配遗传算法求解模型。以Nguyen-Dupius路网为例验证模型,并进行灵敏度分析,结果表明,尽管紧急充电需求引导及协调补偿优化模型会增加总旅行成本,但是车主的平均满意度明显升高,针对不同车主进行协调补偿,更体现协调补偿策略的有效性。

In order to support the perception and defense of the operation risk of the medium and low voltage distribution system, it is crucial to conduct data mining on the time series generated by the system to learn anomalous patterns, and carry out accurate and timely anomaly detection for timely discovery of anomalous conditions and early alerting. And edge computing has been widely used in the processing of Internet of Things (IoT) data. The key challenge of univariate time series anomaly detection is how to model complex nonlinear time dependence. However, most of the previous works only model the short-term time dependence, without considering the periodic long-term time dependence. Therefore, we propose a new Hierarchical Attention Network (HAN), which introduces seven day-level attention networks to capture fine-grained short-term time dependence, and uses a week-level attention network to model the periodic long-term time dependence. Then we combine the day-level feature learned by day-level attention network and week-level feature learned by week-level attention network to obtain the high-level time feature, according to which we can calculate the anomaly probability and further detect the anomaly. Extensive experiments on a public anomaly detection dataset, and deployment in a real-world medium and low voltage distribution system show the superiority of our proposed framework over state-of-the-arts.

抗Ro52抗体和抗Ro60抗体在结缔组织病中的临床价值分析

目的探讨抗Ro52抗体和抗Ro60抗体在结缔组织病(connective tissue disease,CTD)中的临床意义,分析其对结缔组织病相关间质性肺病(CTD associated interstitial lung disease,CTD-ILD)的风险预测价值。方法纳入2019年10月至2021年1月在河北医科大学第二医院风湿免疫科住院并明确诊断为CTD的患者785例,并收集其临床资料。依据患者抗Ro52抗体和抗Ro60抗体的表达情况分为4组:Ro52^(+)Ro60^(-)组(n=94)、Ro52^(-)Ro60^(+)组(n=80)、Ro52^(+)Ro60^(+)组(n=251)和Ro52^(-)Ro60^(-)组(n=360);依据有无ILD将患者分为两组:CTD合并ILD组(n=243)和CTD不合并ILD组(n=542)。比较各组临床资料差异,采用logistic逐步回归进行多因素分析,评估抗Ro52抗体和抗Ro60抗体对CTD,尤其CTD-ILD的临床风险评估。结果患者抗Ro52抗体和抗Ro60抗体表达情况存在差异,不同组别间一般资料、临床症状、细胞因子、免疫球蛋白、补体和自身抗体方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性发生ILD的概率增加了56.7%;年龄每增加1岁,发生ILD的风险将增加3.8%;抗Ro52^(+)Ro60^(-)抗体的CTD患者比其他患者发生ILD的概率高。结论抗Ro52抗体阳性、男性和高龄是CTD患者发生ILD的独立危险因素。抗Ro52和抗Ro60抗体在CTD中作用复杂,应该替代传统的抗SSA抗体分别做为独立的抗体来进行检测。

The onset of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is usually characterized by focal death of both upper and/or lower motor neurons occurring in the motor cortex,basal ganglia,brainstem,and spinal cord,and commonly involves the muscles of the upper and/or lower extremities,and the muscles of the bulbar and/or respiratory ***,as the disease progresses,it affects the adjacent body regions,leading to generalized muscle weakness,occasionally along with memory,cognitive,behavioral,and language impairments;respiratory dysfunction occurs at the final stage of the *** disease has a complicated pathophysiology and currently,only riluzole,edaravone,and phenylbutyrate/taurursodiol are licensed to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in many industrialized *** TAR DNA-binding protein 43 inclusions are observed in 97%of those diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral *** review provides a preliminary overview of the potential effects of TAR DNAbinding protein 43 in the pathogenesis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,including the abnormalities in nucleoplasmic transport,RNA function,post-translational modification,liquid-liquid phase separation,stress granules,mitochondrial dysfunction,oxidative stress,axonal transport,protein quality control system,and non-cellular autonomous functions(e.g.,glial cell functions and prion-like propagation).

The design of Web-GIS based intelligent management decision-making system for soybean follows the life cycle standard of software engineering. Based on the analysis of the flow of soybean growth technology, the data flow chart was protracted and the function from chart was brought in the course of the designing and realizing the system. By making use of the directed program tool such as VC, Java and multi-media technique the fimctions of decision-making system were realized. It will do a lot of for the theoretical and practical development of intelligent technology of agricultural information of Heilongjiang Province.

Secure k-Nearest Neighbor(k-NN)query aims to find k nearest data of a given query from an encrypted database in a cloud server without revealing privacy to the untrusted cloud and has wide applications in many areas,such as privacy-preservingmachine elearning gand secure biometric *** solutions have been put forward to solve this challenging ***,the existing schemes still suffer from various limitations in terms of efficiency and *** this paper,we propose a new encrypt-then-index strategy for the secure k-NN query,which can simultaneously achieve sub-linear search complexity(efficiency)and support dynamical update over the encrypted database(flexibility).Specifically,we propose a novel algorithm to transform the encrypted database and encrypted query points in the *** indexing the transformed database using spatial data structures such as the R-tree index,our strategy enables sub-linear complexity for secure k-NN queries and allows users to dynamically update the encrypted *** the best of our knowledge,the proposed strategy is the first to simultaneously provide these two *** theoretical analysis and extensive experiments,we formally prove the security and demonstrate the efficiency of our scheme.

Stretchable hybrid systems have been attracting tremendous attention for their essential role in soft robotics,on-skin electronics,and implantable *** rigid and soft functional modules are typically required in those ***,ensuring stable electrical contact between rigid and soft modules is a vital ***,we propose a simple,universal,and scalable strategy for the stretchable hybrid system through a highly precise printable liquid metal particle-based conductor and adhesive fluorine rubber *** properties of liquid metal particle-based conductors could be easily tuned to realize high-precision patterning,large-scale printing,and the ability to print on various ***,the fluorine rubber substrate could form strong interfacial adhesion with various components and materials through simply pressing and heating,hence enabling stable electrical ***,we prepared a stretchable hybrid light-emitting diode(LED)display system and employed it in on-skin visualization of pressure levels,which perfectly combined rigid and soft modules,thus demonstrating the promising potential applications in complex multifunctional stretchable hybrid systems for emerging technologies.
