Regulation of rose petal dehydration tolerance and senescence by RhNAP transcription factor via the modulation of cytokinin catabolism

Petals and leaves share common evolutionary origins but have different phenotypic characteristics,such as the absence of stomata in the petals of most angiosperm species.Plant NAC transcription factor,NAP,is involved in ABA responses and regulates senescence-associated genes,and especially those that affect stomatal movement.However,the regulatory mechanisms and significance of NAP action in senescing astomatous petals is unclear.A major limiting factor is failure of flower opening and accelerated senescence.Our goal is to understand the finely regulatory mechanism of dehydration tolerance and aging in rose flowers.We functionally characterized RhNAP,an AtNAP-like transcription factor gene that is induced by dehydration and aging in astomatous rose petals.Cytokinins(CKs)are known to delay petal senescence and we found that a cytokinin oxidase/dehydrogenase gene 6(RhCKX6)shares similar expression patterns with RhNAP.Silencing of RhNAP or RhCKX6 expression in rose petals by virus induced gene silencing markedly reduced petal dehydration tolerance and delayed petal senescence.Endogenous CK levels in RhNAP-or RhCKX6-silenced petals were significantly higher than those of the control.Moreover,RhCKX6 expression was reduced in RhNAP-silenced petals.This suggests that the expression of RhCKX6 is regulated by RhNAP.Yeast one-hybrid experiments and electrophoresis mobility shift assays showed that RhNAP binds to the RhCKX6 promoter in heterologous in vivo system and in vitro,respectively.Furthermore,the expression of putative signal transduction and downstream genes of ABA-signaling pathways were also reduced due to the repression of PP2C homolog genes by RhNAP in rose petals.Taken together,our study indicates that the RhNAP/RhCKX6 interaction represents a regulatory step enhancing dehydration tolerance in young rose petals and accelerating senescence in mature petals in a stomata-independent manner.

经α+β两相区变形及退火后的TB6钛合金模锻件低倍组织局部区域显现出了粗晶缺陷。通过热模拟试验,结合微拉伸及扫描电镜(Scanning electron microscope,SEM)、背散射电子衍射仪(Electron black-scattered diffraction,EBSD)等微观分析手段,分析对比低倍组织中粗、细晶区的显微特点及力学性能,探讨低倍粗晶形成机理,提出低倍粗晶显现的工艺判据并建立预测模型。结果表明,低倍粗晶主要分布在变形温度低且变形程度大的金属剧烈流动区域,与细晶材料相比,粗晶使得屈服强度降低,但伸长率和抗拉强度提高。经两相区加热后,锻件转运过程中表面温度降低,温降导致表面区域温度不均,在大变形速率下,表面圆弧区域软化程度差别较大,易发生部分动态再结晶,产生晶界角较大的动态再结晶晶粒(β相)。退火后,该动态再结晶晶粒通过晶界迁移实现对周边产生的晶界角较小的静态再结晶晶粒的吞并,形成粗晶。变形温度(T)越低,变形量越大且不超过临界值时,低倍粗晶越容易显现。建立T与fε间的量化关系;以fε为判据,通过二次开发建立有限元子程序,实现锻件低倍粗晶分布的可视化预测。

The Neoproterozoic evolution of the Jiangnan Orogen is important for understanding the tectonic history of South China.As a volcanic-sedimentary sequence developed in the Nanhua rift,the Banxi Group preserves the records of important magmatic and tectonic events linked to the assembly and breakup of the Rodinia supercontinent.In this study,we report the results from whole-rock major-and trace-element concentrations,with zircon LA-(MC)-ICP-MS U-Pb ages,trace elements and Lu-Hf isotopic compositions of sandstones from the Banxi Group.The rocks are characterized by high SiO_(2)(65.88%–82.76%,with an average of 75.50%)contents,moderate(Fe_(2)O_(3)^(T)+MgO)(1.81%–7.78%,mean:3.79%)and TiO_(2)(0.39%–0.54%,mean:0.48%),low K_(2)O/Na_(2)O(0.03–0.40,mean:0.10)ratios and low Al_2O_(3)/SiO_(2)(0.11–0.24,mean:0.15)ratios.The sandstones have highΣREE contents(mean:179.1 ppm),with chondrite-normalized REE patterns similar to the upper crust and PAAS,showing enriched LREE((La/Yb)_N mean:14.85),sub-horizontal HREE curves and mild Eu(Eu/Eu^(*):0.75–0.89,mean:0.81)negative anomalies.Their geochemical characteristics resemble those of passive continental margin sandstones.Most of the zircons are magmatic in origin and yield a U-Pb age distribution with three peaks:a major age peak at 805 Ma and two subordinate age peaks at 1990 Ma and 2470 Ma,implying three major magmatic sources.The Neoproterozoic zircons haveε_(Hf)(t)values ranging from-47.4 to 12.4(mostly-20 to 0),suggesting a mixture of some juvenile arc-derived material and middle Paleoproterozoic heterogeneous crustal sources.The Hf model ages of middle Paleoproterozoic zircons(~1990 Ma)with negativeε_(Hf)(t)values(-12.65 to-6.21,Ave.=-9.8)concentrated around the Meso-Paleoarchean(mean T_(DM)^(C)=3.3–3.1 Ga).For late Neoarchean detrital zircons(~2470 Ma),ε_(Hf)(t)values are divided into two groups,one with negative values(-9.16 to-0.6)with model ages of 3.5–2.9 Ga,the other featuring positive values(1.0 to 3.9)with model ages of 2.9–2.7 Ga,recording a crustal growth event at~2.

Comprehensive analysis on the economy and energy demand of pressure-swing distillation and pervaporation for separating waste liquid containing multiple components

A large amount of waste liquids containing methanol/acetone/water mixtures are produced in the synthesis of methyl methacrylate(MMA).Under the advocacy of green chemical industry,it is urgent to develop an efficient,economic and energy-saving mixture separation process.Through thermodynamic azeotropic behavior and pressure sensitivity analysis,pressure-swing distillation was determined and the optimal separation pressure of each column in the process was obtained.Due to the composition of waste liquids produced were quite different in MMA production,the pressure-swing distillation separation process was designed to fully achieve the accurate waste liquids treatment.Taking the total annual cost(TAC)as the target,the sequential iteration method was used to optimize the process,and the impact of composition on economy was compared.In order to further realize the energy-saving of the separation process,the pervaporation membrane module was introduced to pretreat the waste liquid in the pressure-swing distillation.The results showed that the TAC of the coupling process was 46% higher than that of the pressure-swing distillation process,and the thermodynamic efficiency was 30% higher.This study provides waste liquid treatment technology for enterprises and analyzes its economic and energy efficiency,which has reference significance for the development of coupled separation technology.

研究长白落叶松人工林土壤化学性质随林分年龄的变化规律.以临江林业局桦树林场33、42与50 a 3个不同林分年龄的长白落叶松人工林为研究对象,以空间代替时间的方法,测定这3个林分3个不同土层深度(0~10 cm、10~20 cm、20~40 cm)土壤化学因子(有机碳(C)、全氮(N)、全磷(P))及其化学计量比,探讨其随林龄的变化规律.结果表明:3个林龄有机碳与全氮含量随林龄的增加而增加,而全磷含量恰恰相反;在垂直分布上,随着土层深度的增加,有机碳、全氮、全磷含量逐渐减少.林龄对C∶P和N∶P的影响显著,并在50 a达到最大,而C∶N在不同林龄下无显著差异.林龄42 a与50 a的长白落叶松土壤P元素含量与33 a相比显著降低,较低的C∶P表明磷有效性高.42 a与50 a土壤C∶P高于我国平均值61,不利于林分从土壤中吸收磷酸盐,进而影响正常生长发育.因此,应在研究地区的落叶松人工林速生阶段适当补充磷肥,以保证林分正常生长发育,促进土壤良性发育.

We report the superconductivity of a new quaternary compound ThMo_(2)Si_(2)C, synthesized with the arc-melting technique. The compound crystallizes in a tetragonal CeCr_(2)Si_(2)C-type structure with cell parameters of a = 4.2296A and c = 5.3571 A. An interlayer Si–Si covalent bonding is suggested by the atomic distance. The electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate a Pauli-paramagnetic metal with dominant electron-electron scattering in the normal-state. Bulk superconductivity at 2.2 K is demonstrated with a dimensionless specific-heat jump of △C/γnT = 0.98. The superconducting parameters of the critical magnetic fields, coherence length, penetration depth, and superconducting energy gap are given.

硫酸焙烧法回收锂辉石中的碳酸锂是一种具有回收率高、矿石适应性好、工艺流程简单等优于其他矿石提锂的方法.为了能够在微波条件下进行硫酸化焙烧,且能够有效地提高锂辉石中锂浸出率,进行了锂辉石在微波作用下介电特性测试.利用介电谱和透射电镜等手段分析了锂辉石在硫酸介质中的介电性变化情况.试验研究以经过1 050℃和30 min焙烧后的β-锂辉石为原料,利用谐振腔测量技术讨论了β-锂辉石在微波频率为2 450 MHz条件下,表观密度、温度以及湿度对β-锂辉石介电特性的影响.研究结果表明:在不同粒度区间下,温度为250℃时,锂辉石材料对微波吸收能力效果最弱,表观密度较大的物料微波吸收能力越强;在不同湿度下,硫酸剂量是理论剂量的120%时,锂辉石与硫酸混合料对微波吸收能力最强.微波介电性能的趋势和微波升温特性的趋势相吻合.此外,对常规硫酸焙烧和微波硫酸焙烧的升温特性进行了比较,实验结果表明:微波焙烧比常规焙烧表现出更好的升温特性,这主要是因为硫酸提高了锂辉石矿料的吸波性能.本文主要通过对分析混合矿物的介电特性和加热特性进行分析,从实验效果来看,这两项工作都强调了锂辉石与硫酸混合矿物在微波硫酸焙烧过程中的的可行性和正确性,对微波硫酸焙烧实验研究提供了有利的支撑.
