According to a study from World Health Organization’s Global Burden of Disease,mental and neurological disorders have accounted for 13%of global diseases in recent years and are on the *** conditions or neuroinflammatory disorders are linked by the presence of an exaggerated immune response both peripherally and in the central nervous system(CNs).Cognitive dysfunction(CD)encompasses a complex group of diseases and has frequently been described in the field of autoimmune diseases,especially in multiple non-CNs-related autoimmune *** studies have provided various hypotheses regarding the occurrence of cognitive impairment in autoimmune diseases,including that abnormally activated immune cells can disrupt the integrity of the blood-brain barrier(BBB)to trigger a central neuroinflammatory *** the BBB is intact,autoantibodies and pro-inflammatory molecules in peripheral circulation can enter the brain to activate microglia,inducing CNs inflammation and ***,the mechanisms explaining the association between the immune system and neural function and their contribution to diseases are *** this review,we used clinical statistics to illustrate the correlation between CD and autoimmune diseases that do not directly affect the CNs,summarized the clinical features and mechanisms by which autoimmune diseases trigger cognitive impairment,and explored existing knowledge regarding the link between CD and autoimmune diseases from the perspective of the field of neuroimmunology.

Onto CsD: an ontology-based security model for an integrated solution of cyberspace defense

The construction of an integrated solution for cyberspace defense with dynamic, flexible, and intelligent features is a new idea. To solve the problem whereby traditional static protection methods cannot respond to various network attacks or security demands in an adversarial network environment in time, and to form a complete integrated solution from “threat discovery” to “decision-making generation,” we propose an ontology-based security model, Onto CsD, for an integrated solution of cyberspace defense that uses Web ontology language(OWL) to represent the ontology classes and relationships of threat monitoring, decision-making, response, and defense in cyberspace, and uses semantic Web rule language(sWRL) to design the defensive reasoning rules. Onto CsD can discover potential relationships among network attacks, vulnerabilities, the security state, and defense strategies. Further, an artificial intelligence(AI) expert system based on case-based reasoning(CBR) is used to quickly generate a detailed and comprehensive decision-making scheme. Finally, through kendall ' s coefficient of concordance(W) and four experimental cases in a typical computer network defense(CND) system, which reasons on represented facts and the ontology, Onto CsD ' s consistency and its feasibility to solve the issues in the field of cyberspace defense are validated. Onto CsD supports automatic association and reasoning, and provides an integrated solution framework of cyberspace defense.

Novel PLCZ1 mutation caused polyspermy during in vitro fertilization

Objective To explore the rapid antidepressant potential and the underlying mechanism of Chaihu shugan san(Css)in female *** Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-Ms)/Ms was used to determine the content of main components in Css to determine its *** C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,including control(saline),vehicle(saline),Css(4 g/kg)and ketamine(30 mg/kg)*** were subjected to irregular stress stimulation for 4 weeks to establish the chronic mild stress(CMs)model,then received a single administration of *** hours later,the behavioral tests were performed,including open field test,tail suspension test(TsT),forced swimming test(FsT),novelty suppression feeding test(NsF),and sucrose preference test(sPT).Western blot analysis was used to detect the expression levels of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(NMDA)subtypes[N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor 1(NR1),NR2A,NR2B],synaptic proteins[synapsin1 and post synaptic density protein 95(PsD95)],and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF).Moreover,the rapid antidepressant effect of Css was tested by pharmacological technologies and optogenetic interventions that activated glutamate receptors,*** Compared with the vehicle group,a single administration of Css(4 g/kg)reversed all behavioral defects in TsT,FsT,sPT and NsF caused by CMs(Pss also significantly decreased the expressions of NMDA subtypes(NR1,NR2A,NR2B)at 2 h in hippocampus of mice(all Psimilar to ketamine,Css increased levels of synaptic proteins and BDNF(Pssant effects of Css were blocked by transient activation of NMDA receptors in the hippocampus(all Psion Rapid antidepressant effects of Css by improving behavioral deficits in female CMs mice depended on rapid suppression of NMDA receptors and activation of synaptic proteins.

Casual associations between blood metabolites and colon cancer

Here,p-type polysilicon films are fabricated by ex-situ doping method with ammonium tetraborate tetrahydrate(ATT)as the boron source,named *** effects of ATT on the properties of polysilicon films are comprehensively *** Raman spectra reveal that the ATT-pPoly film is composed of grain boundary and crystalline *** preferred orientation is the(111)*** grain size increases from 16−23 nm to 21−47 nm,by~70%on *** with other reported films,Hall measurements reveal that the ATT-pPoly film has a higher carrier concentration(>10^(20)cm^(−3))and higher carrier mobility(>30 cm2/(V·s)).The superior properties of the ATT-pPoly film are attributed to the heavy doping and improved grain *** doping property is proved by the mean sheet resistance(Rsheet,m)and distribution *** R_(sheet,m)decreases by more than 30%,and it can be further decreased by 90%if the annealing temperature or duration is *** boron concentration of ATT-pPoly film annealed at 950℃ for 45 min is~3×10^(20)cm^(−3),and the distribution is nearly the same,except near the ***,the standard deviation coefficient(σ)of Rsheet,m is less than 5.0%,which verifies the excellent uniformity of ATT-pPoly film.

AIM:To directly quantify peroxynitrite(ONOO-)using a highly sensitive fluorescence resonance energy transfer probe RN-NA,investigate the association between ONOOand primary open angle glaucoma(POAG),and clarify whether RN-NA could be used as a potential tool for POAG ***:Plasma and aqueous humor(AH)samples were collected from POAG patients(n=100,age:59.70±6.87y)and age-related cataract(ARC)patients(n=100,age:61.15±4.60y)admitted to our ***,RN-NA was used to detect ONOO-in plasma and AH samples,and the relationship between ONOO-level and POAG was analyzed using binary logistic ***,Pearson correlation analysis was applied to characterize the correlation of the levels of ONOO-with the patients’age,intraocular pressure(IOP),and mean deviation of visual field *** ONOO-scavenger MnTMPyP was employed to treat the 3-morpholinosyndnomine(sIN-1)-induced ocular hypertension in mice(n=7,6-8wk).Finally,the IOP and ONOO-in both eyes were measured 30min after the last drug ***:ONOO-levels of AH and plasma were significantly higher in the POAG group than in the ARC group(Ps were closely correlated with POAG in a binary logistic regression analysis[odds ratio(OR)=1.008,95%confidence interval(CI):1.002-1.013,Psma].Pearson correlation analysis showed that ONOO-levels in AH or plasma were positively associated with visual field defects(R=0.51,Psma),and ONOO-levels in plasma and AH were correlated in the POAG group(R=0.69,Pstering MnTMPyP to mouse eyes reversed the elevated IOP caused by sIN-1(PsION:ONOO-levels in AH and plasma,detected by RN-NA,are significantly related to POAG and positively correlated with visual field defects in POAG ***,ONOO-is a potential biomarker of POAG,especially advanced ***,anti-nitration compounds may be novel ocular hypotens

First wetland mapping at 10-m spatial resolution in south America using multi-source and multi-feature remote sensing data

Wetland degradation has been accelerating in recent years globally. Accurate information on the geographic distribution and categories of wetlands is essential for their conservation and management. Despite being the world′s fourth largest continent, south America has limited research on wetland mapping, and there is currently no available map that provides comprehensive information on wetland distribution and categories in the region. To address this issue, we used sentinel-1, sentinel-2 and sRTM data, developed a sample collection method and a wetland mapping method with a collection of multi-source features such as optical features, polarization features and shape features for south American wetlands. We produced a 10-m resolution wetland map based on the Google Earth Engine(GEE) platform. Our Level-1 wetland cover map accurately captured six wetland sub-categories with an overall accuracy of 96.24% and a kappa coefficient of 0.8649, while our Level-2 water cover map included five sub-categories with an overall accuracy of 97.23% and a kappa coefficient of0.9368. The results show that the total area of existing wetlands in south America is approximately 1,737,000 km~2, which is6.8% of the total land area. Among the ten wetland categories, shallow sea had the largest area(960,527.4 km~2), while aquaculture ponds had the smallest area 1513.6 km~2. swamp had the second largest area(306,240.1 km~2). Brazil, Argentina,Venezuela, Bolivia, and Colombia were found to have the largest wetland areas, with Brazil and Colombia having the most diverse wetland categories. This product can serve as baseline data for subsequent monitoring, management, and conservation of south American wetlands.

The presence of excessive reactive oxygen species(Ros)at a skin wound site is an important factor affecting wound *** scavenging,which regulates the ROs microenvironment,is essential for wound *** this study,we used novel electrospun PCL/gelatin/arbutin(PCL/G/A)nanofibrous membranes as wound dressings,with PCL/gelatin(PCL/G)as the backbone,and plantderived arbutin(hydroquinone-β-D-glucopyranoside,ARB)as an effective antioxidant that scavenges ROos and inhibits bacterial infection in *** loading of ARB increased the mechanical strength of the nanofibres,with a water vapour transmission rate of more than 2500g/(m^(2)×24h),and the water contact angle decreased,indicating that hydrophilicity and air permeability were significantly *** release and degradation experiments showed that the nanofibre membrane controlled the drug release and exhibited favourable *** experiments showed that the PCL/G/A nanofibre membranes were biocompatible,and DPPH and ABTs+radical scavenging experiments indicated that PCL/G/A could effectively scavenge ROs to reflect the antioxidant *** addition,haemostasis experiments showed that PCL/G/A had good haemostatic effects in vitro and in *** vivo animal wound closure and histological staining experiments demonstrated that PCL/G/A increased collagen deposition and remodelled epithelial tissue regeneration while showing good in vivo biocompatibility and *** conclusion,we successfully prepared a multifunctional wound dressing,PCL/G/A,for skin wound healing and investigated its potential role in wound healing,which is beneficial for the clinical translational application of phytomedicines.
