In this work data on heterogeneity in halotolerance and the resistance to antibiotics of heterotrophic bacteria dominating in Lake Shira (Republic of Khakasia, Russia) were presented. It was established that halotoler-ance of the bacteria is determined by genetic and epigenetic mechanisms. Influence of anthropogenic factor (entering the ecosystem allochthonous bacteria) on the appearance of multiple antibiotic resistance appear-ance by dominating bacterial species is discussed.

The long-term data(1996-2021)on the summer abundances of the dominant zooplankton species(copepod Arctodiaptomus salinus(Daday,1885),rotifers Brachionus plicatilis(Müller,1786)and Hexarthra sp.)in saline Lake Shira were used to analyze the response of zooplankton to air temperature and a change in the circulation regime of the lake:breakdown and reestablishment of *** groups of zooplankton responded to prolonged summer elev.ted temperatures by increasing their *** the breakdown of the stable stratification of Lake Shira(2015-2016),zooplankton abundance increased on av.rage by a factor of two and amounted to 9×10^(5)inds./m^(2)in the water column for *** increase coincided with similar responses of other components of the lake’s mixolimnion ecosystem,whose biomasses increased approximately two-fold during that *** the reestablishment of the meromixis,the abundance of zooplankton decreased to prev.ous ***,the abundance of zooplankton is largely determined by weather(the effect of temperature)and ecological factors(mixing regime).

In the coastal ecosystems of the Black Sea,macrophytobenthos and,in particular,the association of Cystoseira crinite,***,Cladostephus v.rticillatus,and Corallina mediterranea,with its thick v.getativ. canopy(v.),is the key contributor to primary production(PP).Though the v.rtical structure of the canopy,formed by the algal association,is of principal importance to the PP lev.l,this subject has been long-neglected by *** goal of our work was to compare v.rtical structures of the v.getativ. canopy of Cystoseira brown algae under div.rse hydrodynamical conditions of the Crimean Peninsula *** were collected using the 50 cm×50 cm counting frame at eight stations positioned in shallow(55-60 cm deep)sites of Sev.stopol Bay(Crimean Peninsula).Dry weight biomass of the v. was determined for all algae assemblage and for each algal species indiv.dually,per horizontal surface unit,at each height(Z).The study shows that:1)the v. is characterized by unimodal v.rtical distribution of biomass,with maximum estimate in the lower part,where the biomass increases to 85%of the total biomass;2)a series of single-peaked curv.s reliably describes the unimodal distribution of the biomass;thalli of different age groups are found along the canopy profile;and 3)algae found in epiphytic synusia prefer inhabiting the upper part of the *** role of env.ronmental factors(seawater turbulence and solar radiation)is discussed in reference to the formation of the v.rtical structure,made up of the associations of the brown algae Cystoseira.

The Orchidaceae,which is one of the most interesting families of angiosperms,contains a large number of rare *** their acknowledged importance,little attention has been paid to the study of orchids distributed in northern *** this study,we determined the syntaxonomical div.rsity and ecological parameters of orchid habitats in two of Europe's largest protected areas,the Pechoro-Ilychsky Reserv. and the Yugyd v. National Park(northeastern European Russia),and then compared our findings to those in other parts of orchid distribution *** this purpose,we studied 345 descriptions of plant communities(relev.s) containing species from Orchidaceae and defined habitat parameters using Ellenberg indicator v.lues with the community weight mean approach,nonmetric multidimensional scaling(NMS),and relativ. niche *** found that orchids were distributed in eight habitat types and 97 plant *** largest number of orchid species is found in forest *** of the orchid species under study occur in the mires and rock habitats with open *** orchids consistently occur in areas disturbed by human *** addition,our study indicates that the main driv.rs of orchid distribution across the v.getation types are light and soil *** analysis of the ecological parameters of orchid habitats indicates that some orchid species can be classified as habitat specialists that are confined to a relativ.ly narrow ecological niche in the Urals(e.g.,Goodyera repens,Cypripedium guttatum and Dactylorhiza maculata).Sev.ral other species(*** cordata and Dactylorhiza fuchsia) grow under div.rse ecological parameters.

At the present time, a number of v.rious ways of sportspersons’ special physical capability (SPC) based mainly on training and competitiv. loadings ramp up. They are effectiv. enough to reach the main goal, but none of them prov.des sportspersons’ health safety. Moreov.r, with the increase in v.lume and intensity of the loadings, which in sport hav. almost reached their limits, the sport traumatism and morbidity rate grow progressiv.ly. Proceeding from this, there was an ev.dent necessity for the search of conceptually new ways for a simultaneous solution of these two the most complex and, in the opinion of many research workers, almost incompatible problems—the problem of achiev.ng the highest lev.ls of special physical working capacity, and the problem of sportspersons’ health maintenance and improv.ng-associated by us into one general problem of human motor activ.ty efficiency enhancement. Therefore it is necessary to physiologically substantiated the basic methods and principles of special relaxation training, directed on increase of efficiency of process of training of sportsmen at all stages of the dev.lopment of athletic skills. Under the efficiency of the motor activ.ty, we understand achiev. the highest lev.ls of the special physical performance while maintaining sports longev.ty and health of athletes.

The traditional v.rsion of the theory of v.lume filling of micropores was used for the estimation of the fractal dimension of microporous solids. For this purpose, the Dubinin’s integral equation was solv.d for infinite and limited integration limits. The results were applied to the adsorption of nitrogen (T = 78 K) on coal samples and Dav.sil F silica and to the adsorption of water (Т = 293 К) on lunar soil sample and on rice starch.

In this paper, we discuss questions of creating an electronic intellectual analogue of a human being. We introduce a mathematical concept of stimulus generating emotions. We also introduce a definition of logical thinking of robots and a notion of efficiency coefficient to describe their efficiency of rote (mechanical) memorizing. The paper prov.s theorems describing properties of permanent conflicts between logical and emotional thinking of robots with a nonabsolute rote memory.

Strain engineering as one of the most powerful techniques for tuning optical and electronic properties of III-nitrides requires reliable methods for strain *** this work,we rev.al,that the linear model based on the experimental data limited to within a small range of biaxial strains(v. Raman study of strain with nanometer-scale spatial resolution is not v.lid for the binary wurtzite-structure group-III nitrides GaN and ***,we found that the discrepancy between the experimental v.lues of strain and those calculated v.a Raman spectroscopy increases as the strain in both GaN and AlN ***,a new model has been dev.loped to describe the strain-induced Raman frequency shift in GaN and AlN for a wide range of biaxial strains(up to 2.5%).Finally,we proposed a new approach to correlate the Raman frequency shift and strain,which is based on the lattice coherency in the epitaxial layers of superlattice structures and can be used for a wide range of materials.
