为了解决资金短缺的问题,许多企业选择高杠杆融资模式,但是随着经济的转型升级,加上三年疫情,高杠杆融资模式的弊端日益暴露,给企业带来了很大风险。本文从财务杠杆的原理出发,分析了财务杠杆的正负效应以及影响财务杠杆的因素,指出了企业在运用财务杠杆时存在的问题,并针对具体问题提出了合理使用财务杠杆的建议。

Rice OsLIC encoding a CCCH zinc finger transcription factor plays an important role in ***,the immune signaling pathways that OsLIC-involved and the underlying mechanisms that OsLIC-conferred resistance against pathogens are largely ***,we show that OsLIC,as a substrate for Os MAPK6,negatively regulates resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo)and *** ***(Xoc)by directly suppressing OsWRKY30 *** assays showed that OsLIC bound to OsWRKY30 promoter and suppressed its *** assays confirmed that the osilc knockout mutants and OsWRKY30-overexpressing plants exhibited enhanced resistance to Xoo and Xoc,knocking out OsWRKY30 in the oslic mutants attenuated the resistance against bacterial *** MAPK6 physically interacted with and phosphorylated OsLIC leading to decreased OsLIC DNA-binding activity,therefore,overexpression of OsLIC partially suppressed Os MAPK6-mediated rice *** addition,both Os MAPK6-phosphorylated activation of OsLIC and phosphorylation-mimic OsLIC_(5D) had reduced DNA-binding activity towards OsWRKY30 promoter,thereby promoting OsWRKY30 ***,these results reveal that Os MAPK6-mediated phosphorylation of OsLIC positively regulates rice resistance to Xoo and Xoc by modulating OsWRKY30 transcription,suggesting that Os MAPK6-OsLIC-OsWRKY30 module is an immune signaling pathway in response to the bacterial pathogens.

目的了解农村留守和非留守儿童照护人对儿童非免疫规划(Expanded Program on Immunization,EPI)疫苗接种的意愿和影响因素。方法选取中国两个省部分农村地区1-6岁留守和非留守儿童的照护人开展问卷调查,分析调查对象对儿童非EPI疫苗接种的意愿及其影响因素。结果留守和非留守儿童照护人对儿童非EPI疫苗接种的意愿率分别为85.53%(721/843)、86.03%(751/873)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,家庭人均年收入高(5千元-19千元vs<5千元:OR=2.56,95%CI:1.54-4.27;≥20千元vs<5千元:OR=2.85,95%CI:1.47-5.51)、同意接种非EPI疫苗有效(OR=2.62,95%CI:1.66-4.13)和有必要(OR=4.58,95%CI:2.92-7.19)、父母外出经常询问儿童疫苗接种(OR=2.21,95%CI:1.10-4.43)和给家补贴生活费(OR=2.20,95%CI:1.37-3.52)的留守儿童照护人的意愿率更高;知道自费与免费疫苗区别(OR=3.61,95%CI:1.76-7.40)、同意接种非EPI疫苗有必要(OR=7.58,95%CI:4.95-11.61)的非留守儿童照护人的意愿率更高。结论调查地区留守和非留守儿童照护人对儿童接种非EPI疫苗接种的意愿较高;需加强非EPI疫苗接种相关知识健康教育,促进儿童非EPI疫苗接种。

The launch of the Belt and Road Initiative in China calls for a paradigm shift in theory and practice of foreign language(FL)teaching from a communicative language teaching approach(CLT)to intercultural language teaching(ICLT),which treats intercultural communicative competence(ICC)as the core of FL ***,the College English Curriculum Requirements of China(CECR)does not specify the aspects for cultural teaching or assessment;nor does it provide any theoretical or practical guidance for teachers on how to teach or assess *** leads to teachers’confusion about what should be taught and assessed and how,hence to a deficiency in real *** this paper,we first outline the learning outcomes of ICLT-oriented courses,the ICC components which respectively fall into the categories of intercultural attitude,knowledge and *** presenting the pedagogical practice of a cultural literacy course,we also demonstrate how FL teachers can help learners achieve these learning outcomes through a fivestage instruction ***,we discuss how these learning outcomes can be assessed using formative and summative assessment tools,especially how ICC components can be incorporated into a comprehensive test of FL.

Cancer stem cells(CSCs)are considered tumor-initiating cells and the main drivers of disease *** these rare cancer cells,however,remains challenging with respect to therapeutic ***,we report the up-regulation of IL-13RA2 expression in colorectal cancer(CRC)tissues and spheroid *** expression of IL-13RA2 was positively correlated with canonical stemness markers in *** further demonstrated that the level of IL-13 was up-regulated in the serum of CRC ***,recombinant IL-13(rIL13)stimulation promoted the sphere formation,proliferation,and migration of CRC cells in vitro and enhanced tumorigenesis in *** phenotype could be reversed by knocking down ***,IL-13 activated autophagy by inducing LC3I/LC3II transformation in CRC-CSCs,which was crucial for the biological functions of *** further demonstrated that IL-13RA2 acted as a modular link of the E3 ligase UBE3C and the substrate p53 protein,enhancing the interaction of UBE3C and p53,thereby inducing the K48-linked ubiquitination of *** conclusion,the IL-13/IL-13RA2 signaling cascade promotes CRC-CSC self-renewal and tumorigenesis by inducing p53 ubiquitination,adding an important layer to the connection between IL-13 and p53,which can be translated into novel targeted therapies.

Objective:To use fetal heart quantification(fetal HQ)technology to compare the coarctation of the aorta(CoA)and normal fetal heart structure and systolic function and to assess whether there are abnormalities in the fetal heart structure and systolic function associated with ***:This prospective cohort study was conducted from May 2020 to December 2022 and involved 18–40-week-old singleton pregnancies and 30 fetuses diagnosed with CoA using fetal echocardiography at the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University and Peking University First Hospital Ningxia Women’s andChildren’s Hospital,*** control group contained 60 normal *** following parameters were recorded and analyzed statistically:four-chamber view(4CV)end-diastolic long diameter,4CV epicardial–contralateral epicardial transverse maximum diameter,4CV global sphericity index(GSI),left ventricular(LV)and right ventricular(RV)24-segment end-diastolic diameter(EDD),24-segment sphericity index(SI),LV-fractional area change(LV-FAC),LV-longitudinal strain(LV-LS),RV-fractional area change(RV-FAC),RV-longitudinal strain(RV-LS),and LV and RV 24-segment transverse fractional shortening(FS).Measurement data were compared between the two groups using an independent sample t test,with P0.9,indicating high consistency,and a coefficient of variable of<1%,indicating low *** analysis revealed no obvious correlation between gestational age and GSI,LV-FAC,LV-LS,RV-FAC,and RV-LS.A comparison of the fourchamber morphological structural parameters of the hearts in the two groups revealed that when compared with the control group,the 4CV end-diastolic long diameter was shortened in
