Stress relief and crystal face transition process contribute to the stability of zinc anodes

Zn electrodes are suffering the dendrite growth owing to the enrichment of local space charge, distinct exposed face and residual stress. In this work, we investigated the crystal face properties and stress state of Zn foil through static energy calculations, dynamic crystal growth analysis and finite element simulation of stress states. Then thermal driven is deployed to modify the exposure face and residual stress of Zn foil, aiming for a dendrite-free electrode. The calculation of surface energies and simulation of crystal growth models for different crystal faces indicate that the(0 0 1) face can maintain stability during deposition. Inspired by this mechanism, the(1 0 1) exposed commercial Zn foil is modified by thermal processing. Firstly, the exposure level of the(0 0 1) face increases, though only the peak corresponding to the(0 0 2) crystal face is observed, due to the extinction effect of the densely packed plane(0 0 1) ***, the surface morphology becomes smooth and the stress is released with the progresses *** stress relief and crystal face transition process strengthen the uniformity of ion distribution, and increase the interface stability during the crystal growth, which reduce the defect sites in the *** a result, the Zn electrode exhibits tiny voltage hysteresis and outstanding cycle stability, which reveals improved electrochemical performance. Additionally, li and Na can also be improved in exposed crystal faces and release strain energy through similar methods to enhance cycling stability.

In this study,the quasi-static ebulliometric method was used to measure both of the vapor pressures of methyl N-phenyl carbamate(MPC),and the isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium(VLE) data of the aniline and MPC binary *** measured vapor pressure data of MPC,at different temperature ranging from 369.60 to 389.54 K,fitted well with the Antoine *** VLE data for the aniline and MPC system at(2.00,4.00,6.00,7.00 and 8.00) k Pa were correlated by both of nonrandom two-liquid(NRTL) and Wilson *** parameters of the two models were obtained by regressing the experimental data,with the absolute temperature deviations of 0.54 K and 0.53 K,*** relative volatility of the binary system calculated was all far more than 1,which gives the conclusion that the high purity MPC can be separated from aniline and MPC binary system by rectification or distillation technology.

Recently,3D concrete printing(3DCP)technology starts entering the market from factories and laboratories,contributing to the creation of new construction methods and architectural ***,since the technologies of most 3DCP institutions are independently developed,there is a lack of consensus in terms of construction methods and development approaches in the *** this paper,based on 423DCP architectural works completed in last five years,a quantitative analysis was made to evaluate the impacts of the fabrication system on 3DCP building *** paper introduced three criteria,including Workspace Index,Geometric Complexity Index,and Tectonic Prospect Index,analyzing and answering the discussions about"adopting in-situ printing or prefabrication","using gantry printers or robotic arms"from the perspective of architectural *** analyzing specific construction methods and design strategies in these projects,the research summarized three development trends,"mobile equipment,algorithmic structure,and intelligent construction",which will affect the future development of 3DCP building ***,the paper discussed the advantages,limitations,and potential of four different 3DCP fabrication systems,expecting to point out the directions to further optimize each system and realize more diverse 3DCP buildings.

β-FeOOH对氯化锂溶液的吸附除杂研究

以含氟和磷酸根的氯化锂溶液为研究对象,基于化学沉淀和静态吸附的对比结果,系统研究了在不同的条件下四方纤铁矿(β-FeOOH)对F^(-)和PO_(4)^(3-)的吸附效果。结果表明,β-FeOOH的吸附除杂效果显著优于铁盐化学沉淀。吸附剂用量、吸附温度和离子浓度的提高,均有利于对阴离子的吸附,弱酸性或中性条件有利于提高吸附性能。β-FeOOH对F^(-)和PO_(4)^(3-)的吸附容量分别为79.9mg·g^(-1)和29.8mg·g^(-1),吸附机制主要是静电引力和化学吸附共同作用。

A general and unified approach to synthesize Ag,Cu and Au nanoparticles(NPs)is developed at room temperature in air atmosphere under ultrasonication in poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP)solutions with ascorbic acid and glucose as the reducing and nucleation agents,***,TEM,and HR-TEM analysis of the Ag,Cu,and Au NPs confirm purity and average diameters of 15.5±2.0 nm,50±3.0 nm,and 10±1.0 nm,*** ultrasonic-assisted mechanism,wherein reduction occurs readily and produces anti-oxidation particles,is proposed and *** infrared sintering was used to avoid damaging the substrate of conductive patterns whose resistivity at 10 W(~50℃)sintering power for less than 6 min reached up to 10±0.5 μΩ cm,40±3.0 μΩ cm,and 280±5 μΩ cm for Ag,Cu,and Au patterns,***-based electrodes were produced successfully and exhibited excellent flexibility and good *** potential of this method for large scale production is discussed.

地下水作为流域周边地区的关键水源,其供给安全性至关重要。为确保安全,文章对流域地下水化学污染的成因及尺度效应进行了深入分析。在研究区进行了广泛的调查取样,运用单因子指数法、Pearson线性关联系数等方法,探究了不同位置和深度的地下水化学污染形成机理及其时空尺度效应。结果表明,地下水开采、养殖业、农业活动和煤矿开采是主要污染源。研究区地下水硬度偏高,浅层地下水溶解性固体总量大,硝酸盐污染严重。同时,地下水污染物排放强度在空间分布上存在明显差异,需采取针对性措施加以治理。
