Prediction of stock trend has been an intriguing topic and is extensively studied by researchers from diversified fields. Machine learning, a well-established algorithm, has been also studied for its potentials in prediction of financial markets. In this paper, seven different techniques of data mining are applied to predict stock price movement of Shanghai Composite Index. The approaches include Support vector machine, Logistic regression, Naive Bayesian, K-nearest neighbor classification, Decision tree, Random forest and Adaboost. Extracting the corresponding comments between April 2017 and May 2018, it shows that: 1) sentiment derived from Eastmoney, a social media platform for the financial community in China, further enhances model performances, 2) for positive and negative sentiments classifications, all classifiers reach at least 75% accuracy and the linear SVC models prove to perform best, 3) according to the strong correlation between the price fluctuation and the bullish index, the approximate overall trend of the closing price can be acquired.

Reliability,QoS and energy consumption are three important concerns of cloud service *** of the current research on reliable task deployment in cloud computing focuses on only one or two of the three ***,these three factors have intrinsic trade-off *** existing studies show that load concentration can reduce the number of servers and hence save *** this paper,we deal with the problem of reliable task deployment in data centers,with the goal of minimizing the number of servers used in cloud data centers under the constraint that the job execution deadline can be met upon single server *** propose a QoS-Constrained,Reliable and Energy-efficient task replica deployment(QSRE)algorithm for the problem by combining task replication and *** each task in a job that cannot finish executing by re-execution within deadline,we initiate two replicas for the task:main task and task *** main task runs on an individual *** associated task replica is deployed on a backup server and completes part of the whole task load before the main task *** from the main tasks,multiple task replicas can be allocated to the same backup server to reduce the energy consumption of cloud data centers by minimizing the number of servers required for running the task ***,QSRE assigns the task replicas with the longest and the shortest execution time to the backup servers in turn,such that the task replicas can meet the QoS-specified job execution deadline under the main task *** conduct experiments through *** experimental results show that QSRE can effectively reduce the number of servers used,while ensuring the reliability and QoS of job execution.

风电机组具备主动频率响应能力成为未来风电并网的前提条件,但频率支撑阶段与转速恢复阶段间控制策略切换不当可能引起系统频率二次跌落。针对这一问题,文中提出一种风电机组柔性频率响应策略。首先,在初始运行点将风电机组非线性模型线性化,分析初始运行点对风电机组出力特性的影响;其次,基于风电机组线性化模型推导包含风电和火电的电力系统频率响应传递函数,分析系统参数对频率响应动态特性的影响;然后,研究频率二次跌落和转速恢复间的矛盾,利用分段函数和Logistic函数构造附加功率参与因子,通过形状系数调节风电机组输出电磁功率;最后,基于MATLAB/Simulink平台进行对比仿真研究。仿真结果表明,所提出的策略在消除频率二次跌落的同时,具有良好的转速恢复过程。

To obtain the bearing capacity factor of a high loess-filled foundation in Shaanxi Province,China,a serious of numerical calculations on a nonhomogeneous model were conducted using a unified elastoplastic finite difference *** was found that the bearing capability factor N increases as the friction angle ratio ζ and cohesive force ratio ζ.Furthermore,the bearing capacity of loess-filled foundation can be improved by increasing the degree of density and adding cementation in *** an example,during the construction of the high loess-filled foundation,the bearing capacity was improved by making the degree of density come to *** addition,the width and depth of the slide surface increase as the friction angle ratio ζ and ζ.

Metabolically healthy obesity refers to obese individuals who do not develop metabolic *** people store fat in subcutaneous adipose tissue(SAT)rather than in visceral adipose tissue(VAT).However,the molecules participating in this specific scenario remain ***18,a lipid droplet(LD)-associated protein,mediates the contact between the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)and LDs to facilitate LD growth and *** the present study,we show that the protein level of Rab18 is specifically upregulated in the SAT of obese people and ***18 adipocyte-specific knockout(Rab18 AKO)mice had a decreased volume ratio of SAT to VAT compared with wildtype *** subjected to high-fat diet(HFD),Rab18 AKO mice had increased ER stress and inflammation,reduced adiponectin,and decreased triacylglycerol(TAG)accumulation in *** contrast,TAG accumulation in VAT,brown adipose tissue(BAT)or liver of Rab18AKO mice had a moderate increase without ER stress ***18 AKO mice developed insulin resistance and systematic ***18 AKO mice maintained body temperature in response to acute and chronic cold induction with a thermogenic SAT,similar to the counterpart ***,Rab18-deficient 3T3-L1 adipocytes were more prone to palmitate-induced ER stress,indicating the involvement of Rab18 in alleviating lipid ***18 AKO mice provide a good animal model to investigate metabolic disorders such as impaired *** conclusion,our studies reveal that Rab18 is a key and specific regulator that maintains the proper functions of SAT by alleviating lipid-induced ER stress.

AIM:To investigate the regulation of key genes in the bile acid pathways by farnesoid X receptor(FXR) agonist,chenodeoxycholic acid(CDCA) in primary mouse ***:C57 BL/6 mouse hepatocytes were isolated by modified two-step collagenase perfusion method,purified by density gradient centrifugation,and seeded at the density of 1×10～6 cells/well in a 6-well culture *** treated with CDCA at a final concentration of 25,50 and100 μmol/L for 24 *** genes expression of cholesterol 7-alpha hydroxy-lase(Cyp7 al),sterol12 a-hydroxylase(Cyp8 b1),organic solute transporter beta(OstP) and small heterodimer partner(Shp) were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).RESULTS:Mouse hepatocytes were successfully isolated and viability was over 80%.Compared with control *** with increasing CDCA *** bile acid synthesis gene,100 μmol/L CDCA significantly upregulated the messenger RNA(mRNA) expression of Cyp7α1 in mouse hepatocytes(P0.05).25 and 100μmol/L CDCA significantly downregulated the mRNA expression of Cyp8 bl in mouse hepatocytes(P0.05).Regulation of bile acid synthesis genes in the liver pathway,100 umol/L CDCA significantly upregulated the messenger RNA(mRNA) expression of Shp in mouse hepatocytes(P0.05).50 and 100 umol/L CDCA significantly upregulated the mRNA expression of Ostβ in mouse hepatocytes(P0.05).All of this indicates that FXR ligand — CDCA plays an important role in modulating the metabolism of bile acids,and the regulation of CDCA is most obvious at 100 umol/***:CDCA significantly changes expression levels of genes involved in bile acids homeostasis regulation in primary mouse hepatocytes.

Pharmacological perturbation studies based on protein-level signatures are fundamental for drug discovery. In the present study, we used a mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomic platform to profile the whole proteome of the breast cancer MCF7 cell line under stress induced by 78 bioactive compounds. The integrated analysis of perturbed signal abundance revealed the connectivity between phenotypic behaviors and molecular features in cancer cells. Our data showed functional relevance in exploring the novel pharmacological activity of phenolic xanthohumol, as well as the noncanonical targets of clinically approved tamoxifen, lovastatin, and their derivatives. Furthermore, the rational design of synergistic inhibition using a combination of histone methyltransferase and topoisomerase was identified based on their complementary drug fingerprints. This study provides rich resources for the proteomic landscape of drug responses for precision therapeutic medicine.

The progression of ulcerative colitis(UC)is associated with immunologic derangement,intestinal hemorrhage,and microbiota *** traditional medications mainly focus on mitigating inflammation,it remains challenging to address multiple ***,a versatile gas-propelled nanomotor was constructed by mild fusion of post-ultrasonic CaO_(2) nanospheres with Cu_(2)O *** resulting CaO_(2)–Cu_(2)O possessed a desirable diameter(291.3 nm)and a uniform size *** could be efficiently internalized by colonic epithelial cells and macrophages,scavenge intracellular reactive oxygen/nitrogen species,and alleviate immune reactions by pro-polarizing macrophages to the anti-inflammatory M2 *** nanomotor was found to penetrate through the mucus barrier and accumulate in the colitis mucosa due to the driving force of the generated oxygen *** administration of CaO_(2)–Cu_(2)O could stanch the bleeding,repair the disrupted colonic epithelial layer,and reduce the inflammatory responses through its interaction with the genes relevant to blood coagulation,anti-oxidation,wound healing,and ***,it restored intestinal microbiota balance by elevating the proportions of beneficial bacteria(e.g.,Odoribacter and Bifidobacterium)and decreasing the abundances of harmful bacteria(e.g.,Prevotellaceae and helicobacter).Our gas-driven CaO_(2)–Cu_(2)O offers a promising therapeutic platform for robust treatment of UC via the rectal route.
