The mitochondrial genome(mitogenome)of hybrid grouper Epinephelus moara(♀)×Epinephelus tukula(♂),a new hybrid progeny,can provide valuable information for analyzing phylogeny and molecular *** this study,the mitogenome was analyzed using PCR amplification and sequenced,then the phylogenetic relationship of ***(♀)×***(♂)and 35 other species were constructed using Maximum Likelihood and NeighborJoining methods with the nucleotide sequences of 13 conserved protein-coding genes(PCGs).The complete mitogenome of ***(♀)×***(♂)was 16695 bp in length,which contained 13 PCGs,2 rRNA genes,22 tRNA genes,a replication origin and a control *** composition and order of these genes were consistent with most other *** the 13 PCGs,12 PCGs were encoded on the heavy strand,and ND6 was encoded on the light *** mitogenome of the ***(♀)×***(♂)had a higher AT nucleotide content,a positive AT-skew and a negative *** protein initiation codons were ATG,except for COX and ND4(GTG),ATP6(CTG),and ND3(ATA).ND2,COXII,ND3,ND4 and Cytb had T as the terminating codon,COXIII’s termination codon was TA,and the remaining PCGs of that were *** tRNA genes,except for the lacking DHU-arm of tRNASer(AGN),were predicted to form a typical cloverleaf secondary *** addition,sequence similarity analysis(99%identity)and phylogenetic analysis(100%bootstrap value)indicated that the mitochondrial genome was maternally *** study provides mitogenome data for studying genetic,phylogenetic relationships and breeding of grouper.

【目的】探明氮营养水平对雪茄烟幼苗生长及氮素吸收利用的影响,为提升雪茄烟产质量提供依据。【方法】以2个雪茄烟品种(云雪38、云雪39)为供试材料,采用营养液培养法,比较缺氮(N_(0))、正常供氮(210 mg/L,N_(1))、超量供氮(420 mg/L,N_(2))对雪茄烟幼苗生长状况、干物质积累及氮素吸收利用的影响。【结果】缺氮和超量供氮烟苗均表现出典型症状,正常供氮处理在生长指标及长势长相方面均明显优于其他处理;正常供氮干物质积累量均不同程度高于缺氮和超量供氮处理,且云雪39干物质积累速率整体上均高于云雪38;超量供氮烟苗总氮积累量高于其他处理,且云雪39总氮积累量整体高于云雪38;正常供氮处理烟苗氮利用效率均显著高于超量供氮处理,且云雪39较云雪38对施氮量的响应更敏感。【结论】缺氮和超量供氮条件下,烟苗干物质积累及氮积累均受到不同程度抑制,正常供氮水平(210 mg/L)有效促进烟苗生长发育、干物质积累及氮素利用效率,不同雪茄烟品种对氮素供应水平的响应存在差异。

Silt Erosion Characteristics of a Cr_3C_2-NiCr Coating Fabricated by High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) Thermal Spray

A Cr3C2-NiCr coating was prepared by high velocity oxy-fuel(HVOF)thermal spray on 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless *** and microstructures of the coating were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),optical microscopy(OM)and scanning election microscopy(SEM),*** cavitation erosion resistance and silt erosion resistance of the coating were evaluated using a GB/T6383-2009 standard method in two experimental conditions(fresh water and water contained fine silt),compared with the coatings hydro machine material 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless *** coating shows a layered structure and has a significantly higher microhardness(11.97 GPa)than that of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel(2.1 GPa),which results in less mass losses both in cavitation erosion and silt erosion *** HVOF coating has a predominant performance in the cavitation erosion and silt erosion *** higher microhardness of the coating is the main cause which results in a less mass losses in the erosion *** the mass loss usually happens at the edges of the pores.

针对新生儿高胆红素血症(Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia,NHB)不良事件风险难以预测问题建立列线图模型进行预测。首先收集可能影响NHB不良事件发生的相关因素,根据有无脑损伤、心肌损害将患儿分组,行多因素分析,建立列线图模型并进行内部验证。结果表明183例NHB患儿中共有34例(17.99%)出现不良事件。出生孕周、喂养方式、产次、TBIL、IBIL、血乳酸为NHB患儿不良事件的独立性影响因素。采用Bootstrap法重复抽样、校准曲线结果显示及ROC结果提示列线图模型预测NHB患儿不良事件风险具有较高准确度与区分度。

雪茄烟苗期钾素营养特征及干物质的积累

为提高雪茄烟的品质,明确雪茄烟育苗阶段干物质积累及钾素吸收利用特性的很有必要,试验采用溶液培养方法,研究钾素供应水平(不供钾、正常供钾(1 L霍格兰氏营养液含有506 mg硝酸钾)、超量供钾(1 L霍格兰氏营养液含有506 mg硝酸钾+523.23 mg硫酸钾)对雪茄烟烟苗生长状况、干物质积累量及钾素吸收利用特性的影响。结果表明,钾素显著影响雪茄烟苗期形态建成。就烟苗农艺性状而言,水培45 d时,株高、茎围、最大叶长和最大叶宽均以正常供钾处理最高,分别为31.67、2.30、21.17、11.17 cm;烟苗干物质积累而言,不供钾处理在水培过程中干物质积累较为缓慢,超量供钾处理在水培15~30 d时累积量很小且缓慢,而水培30~45 d时积累量急剧增加;在钾素方面,与CK相比,超量供钾处理提高了烟株钾素含量,但钾素利用率却有所降低,在水培15、30、45 d时分别降低了1.48%、18.24%、11.45%。综上,缺钾从开始即影响烟苗生长,根系生长受抑制,缺钾症状典型特征15 d后逐步显现;钾素过量时,烟株前期长势稍好,中后期增效不明显,干物质积累在烟苗生长前期积累量小且缓慢,且钾素利用率低于正常施钾处理。

The Pearl River Delta(PRD)region on the southeast coast of China has long been known as a highly productive fishing *** the late 1980s,fishing pressure in the PRD has been intense,which warrants concerns of potential fishery-related impacts on the food resources and foraging ecology of apex marine predators in this region,such as the Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin(Sousa chinensis).In this study,we examined 54 stomachs with food remains,collected from beached carcasses of humpback dolphins recovered during fifteen years between 2003 and *** 6043 identified prey items represent 62 teleost taxa,primarily small estuarine fish,but also larger reef *** dolphins appear to be opportunistic foragers,hunting across the water-column,with preference for shoaling and meaty fishes(*** lucidus IRI%=38.6%,Johnius belangerii IRI%=23.1%,Mugil cephalus IRI%=14.0%).Our findings suggest a dietary shift in recent years,from primarily demersal(as previously reported)to greater intake of neritic and pelagic *** foraging group size has decreased in recent years,which corresponds with declining size and numbers of prey items retrieved from dolphin *** suggest that these are indicators of declining food *** with a shortage of preferred prey,humpback dolphins may have broadened their dietary spectrum to maintain their daily energy intake,while their foraging group size decreased in response to the altered tradeoff between the costs and benefits of group foraging.
