Meteorological satellite stakeholder relationship network based on social network analysis

The meteorological satellite service range is extensive,and science and technology and related industries have become beneficiaries of *** complex meteorological satellite stakeholder relationship warrants quantitative *** study investigates the meteorological satellite stakeholder relationship network to provide a new research perspective for meteorological satellites in the field of *** literature analysis,16 meteorological satellite stakeholders are identified through keyword screening,classified,and coded.A meteorological satellite stakeholder relationship network model is then constructed through social network analysis(SNA).Ego,local,and overall networks are analyzed from three perspectives to measure the network principle and to form a relationship network coordination degree evaluation *** improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is then used to determine index weights and evaluate the relationship network coordination process design *** empirical analysis,data for the meteorological satellite Fengyun-4 are obtained through questionnaire survey and literature ***6 is used to generate relationship networks and analyze various stakeholder roles and status,stakeholder relationship network coordination degree,and evaluation *** results demonstrate that the competent meteorological satellite department,the meteorological administration,the National Meteorological Centre,and the government are in the center of the Fengyun-4 stakeholder relationship network,with coordination degree in an“average”***,establishing a stakeholder coordination mechanism may strengthen connection and promote the development of meteorological undertakings.

An organic/inorganic hybrid coating with self-healable hydrophobicity is prepared as triboelectrical layer by micro-arc oxidation(MAO)and fluorinated sol-gel(FSG)*** MAO/FSG hybrid coating-based TENG(MF-TENG)has a current output of31μA and voltage output of 870 V,which is eight times that of the MAO based *** with organic coating,the organic/inorganic hybrid coating has good wear *** the fluorine composition on the surface of the coating is damaged,the self-healing hydrophobicity and electrical output are achieved by transferring loaded perfluorosilane to the damaged *** fluorinated sol-gel coating is hydrophobic,which ensures that the coating has good corrosion ***,the electricity generated in triboelectrification could improve the anti-corrosion performance by cathodic *** on the anti-corrosion,anti-wear and self-healing properties,the MF-TENG has potential applicability in the field of energy collection,energy supply,and corrosion protection.

Water-solid triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs),as new energy collection devices,have attracted increasing attention in ocean energy harvesting and selfpowered *** acid(PAA)coating,usually used on the surface of marine equipment,has the property of anti-aging and anti-wear but limits triboelectrical output when used with *** this paper,polyacrylic acid coating was modified with fluorinated polyacrylate resin(F-PAA)to increase its triboelectrical output,by 6 times,and also to increase its anti-corrosion *** addition,the corrosion resistance property can be further enhanced by cathodic protection using the electrical output generated by the water-flow triboelectrical energy transfer *** their easy fabrication,water-flow energy harvesting,and corrosion resistance,PAA/F-PAA coating-based TENGs have promising applications in river and ocean energy collection and corrosion protection.

Deep transfer network of heterogeneous domain feature in machine translation

In order to address the shortcoming of feature representation limitation in machine translation(MT)system,this paper presents a feature transfer method in *** feature transfer of the decoding process considered not only their own translation system,but also transferred knowledge of another translation *** domain meta feature and the objective function of domain adaptation are used to better model the domain transfer *** this paper,extensive experiments and comparisons are *** experiment results show that the proposed model has a significant improvement in domain transfer *** first model has better performance than baseline system,which improves 3.06 BLEU score on the news test set,improves 3.27 BLEU score on the education test set,and improves 3.93 BLEU score on the law test set;The second model improves 3.16 BLEU score on the news test set,improves 3.54 BLEU score on the education test set,and improves 4.2 BLEU score on the law test set.

Diverse effects of crop distribution and climate change on crop production in the agro-pastoral transitional zone of China

Both crop distribution and climate change are important drivers for crop production and can affect food security, which is an important requirement for sustainable development. However, their effects on crop production are confounded and warrant detailed investigation. As a key area for food production that is sensitive to climate change, the agro-pastoral transitional zone (APTZ) plays a significant role in regional food security. To investigate the respective effects of crop distribution and climate change on crop production, the well-established GIS-based Environmental Policy Integrated Climate (EPIC) model was adopted with different scenario designs in this study. From 1980 to 2010, the crop distribution for wheat, maize, and rice witnessed a dramatic change due to agricultural policy adjustments and ecological engineering-related construction in the APTZ. At the same time, notable climate change was observed. The simulation results indicated that the climate change had a positive impact on the crop production of wheat, maize, and rice, while the crop distribution change led to an increase in the production of maize and rice, but a decrease in the wheat production. Comparatively, crop distribution change had a larger impact on wheat (-1.71 x 10(6) t) and maize (8.53 x 10(6) t) production, whereas climate change exerted a greater effect on rice production (0.58 x 10(6) t), during the period from 1980 to 2010 in the APTZ. This study is helpful to understand the mechanism of the effects of crop distribution and climate change on crop production, and aid policy makers in reducing the threat of future food insecurity.

Temperature-Dependent Far-Infrared Absorption in Cyclotrimethylene Trinitramine Single Crystals Using Broadband Time-Domain Terahertz Spectroscopy

We investigate the absorption properties of cyclotrimethylene trinitramine(RDX) single crystals from ~15 to150 cm^(-1) using the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. We observe that all the absorption modes exhibit strong anisotropic behavior in terms of the crystal orientations. We demonstrate that the anharmonic phonon model can well describe the temperature-dependent behaviors of these absorption modes. These results indicate that the intermolecular interaction plays a major role in the collective motion of large number of RDX molecules. Our findings provide important information for understanding and controlling the dynamic properties in the explosive materials.

In situ growth of single-crystal TiO2 nanorod arrays on Ti substrate： Controllable synthesis and photoelectro- chemical water splitting

Despite one-dimensional （1D） semiconductor nanostructure arrays attracting increasing attention due to their many advantages, highly ordered TiO2 nanorod arrays （TiO2 NR） are rarely grown in situ on Ti substrates. Herein, a feasible method to fabricate TiO2 NRs on Ti substrates by using a through-mask anodization process is reported. Self-ordered anodic aluminum oxide （AAO） overlaid on Ti substrate was used as a nanotemplate to induce the growth of TiO2 NRs. The NR length and diameter could be controlled by adjusting anodization parameters such as electrochemical anodization voltage, anodization time and temperature, and electrolyte composition. Furthermore, according to the proposed NR formation mechanism, the anodized Ti ions migrate and deposit in the AAO nanochannels to form Ti（OH）4 or amorphous TiO2 NRs under electric field, owing to the confinement effect of the template. Photoelectrochemical tests indicated that, after hydrogenation, the TiO2 NRs presented higher photocurrent density under simulated sunlight and visible light illuminations, suggesting their potential use in photoelectrochemical water splitting, photocatalysis, solar cells, and sensors.

Spatiotemporal dynamics of city-level WEEE generation from different sources in China

China stands as one of the leading producers of waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE),facing significant challenges in managing the substantial volumes *** existing regulations,the informal treatment of WEEE persists in some areas due to inadequate recycling networks at the city ***,there is a critical need for a detailed geographical mapping of WEEE generation to address improper disposal practices *** study introduces the cMAC–EEEs(city Material Cycles and Manufactured Capital–EEEs)database,providing estimates of WEEE generation across approximately 300 prefecture-level cities from 1978 to *** focuses on five commonly used types of electrical and electronic equipment(refrigerators,air conditioners,washing machines,computers,TVs)originating from three key sources(urban residents,rural residents,enterprises).The findings reveal(1)significant spatial variation in WEEE generation within China,with eastern and central city clusters identified as hotspots,particularly for urban residents and enterprises,while the western region exhibits the highest growth rate in WEEE generation,notably among rural residents.(2)The growth in obsolete computers and air conditioners is prominent,especially in rural areas and among enterprises,whereas the generation of obsolete TVs,washing machines,and refrigerators is leveling off and expected to decrease in some urban areas.(3)Enterprises account for a substantial portion of WEEE generation,though uncertainties exist,necessitating further *** study highlights that less developed regions lack adequate recycling facilities,with specific limitations in refrigerators and air conditioners recycling *** enhance WEEE management,it advocates for increased interregional collaboration and capacity building in less developed ***,the regulation of WEEE from private enterprises requires *** the product level,a greater focus on recycling practices
