＜正＞In this paper,a novel subspace learning method called Manifold Regularized Orthogonal Discriminant Analysis（MRODA） is first *** on within-class local geometry preservation and Least Square regression framework for LDA,MRODA can encode both the local geometry and discriminant structures of face data manifolds, and can address the small sample size problem through pseudo-inverse *** transform vectors are orthogonalized to improve their discriminatory *** on the selected Dual-Tree Complex Wavelet Transform features,an approach for face recognition based on the fusion of spatial and frequency features is developed. Experimental results on ORL,Yale and AR face databases show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

This paper addresses a Kalman filtering problem for a class of local strongly coupled systems which are derived from complex systems with inter communication or constraint between *** start with,a multi-agent system is introduced and the communication matrix is characterized by employing random series with Bernoulli *** augmentation techniques and stochastic methods,the Kalman filtering algorithm is *** experimental results not only demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed filtering method,but also show the inter-agent communication could improve the tracing effect in the multi-agent collaborative systems.

In situation assessment(SA)of missile versus target fighter,the traditional SA models generally have the characteristics of strong subjectivity and poor dynamic *** paper considers SA as an expectation of future returns and establishes a missile-target simulation battle *** actor-critic(AC)algorithm in reinforcement learning(RL)is used to train the evaluation network,and a missile-target SA model is established in simulation battle *** and comparative experiments show that the model can effectively estimate the expected effect of missile attack under the current situation,and it provides an effective basis for missile attack decision.

This paper considers a novel polling system with two classes of message which can experience an up-per bounded time before being served. The station serves these two classes with mixed service discipline, one class with exhaustive service discipline, and the other with gated service discipline. Using iterative method, we have developed an approximation method to obtain the mean waiting time for each message class. The performance of approximation has been compared with the simulation results. The expression for the upper bound of waiting time is given too.

＜正＞The aim of this study is to provide a practical paradigm to ascertain the complete characterization of stability intervals for neutral time-delay systems with multiple commensurate ***,the matrix pencil test is used to determine the complete set of imaginary characteristic *** at these frequencies points may the stability switching *** compute the principle delay valueτfor each zero-crossing frequencyωwithin[0,2π]and their infinite extension with the period 2π/ω.Sort all critical delays by size,then the exact intervals can be obtained exhaustively. Lastly,a boundary criterion is used to check the stability for any given delay point value in an *** to the continuity of stability exponent,the interval has identical stability with any delay point ***,the stability property of all intervals is *** examples are given to illustrate the theoretical results.

＜正＞Chinese high speed rail network has been given more and more attentions recent years,and it is adopted to improve the whole developments of ***-short term planning of Chinese high speed rail network is given and the topological structure of Chinese high-speed rail network is discussed to investigate the reliability of network based on complex network theory and graph *** parameters are presented to assess the topological characteristics of Chinese high speed rail network,and the reliability and robustness of the network subject to attacks can be *** parameter called unit degree betwweenness is firstly proposed to assess the transportation capacity of lines connecting with the *** attack protocols,the largest degree node-based attacks and the highest betweenness node-based attacks,are involved into Chinese high speed rail network to assess the topological reliability and robustness,and the results show that the highest betweenness node-based attacks can cause more damages to the network than the largest degree node-based *** interventions are adopted to improve the global connectivity and enhance the reliability and robustness of Chinese high speed rail network,and they are proved to be effective by simulations.

This paper focuses on the spatial registration algorithm under the earth-center earth-fixed(ECEF)coordinate system for multiple mobile *** sensor measurement biases are discussed with the attitude information of the platform into ***,the biased measurement model is ***,the maximum likelihood registration(MLR)algorithm is discussed to simultaneously estimate the measurement biases and the target ***,an improved online MLR(IMLR)algorithm is proposed through a sliding window of adaptive *** results demonstrate that the proposed IMLR algorithm effectively improves the realtime ability of the system and can approach similar estimation accuracy to the conventional MLR algorithm.

The tracking of maneuvering targets in radar networking scenarios is studied in this *** the interacting multiple model algorithm and the expected-mode augmentation algorithm,the fixed base model set leads to a mismatch between the model set and the target motion mode,which causes the reduction on tracking *** adaptive grid-expected-mode augmentation variable structure multiple model algorithm is *** adaptive grid algorithm based on the turning model is extended to the two-dimensional pattern space to realize the self-adaptation of the model ***,combining with the unscented information filtering,and by interacting the measurement information of neighboring radars and iterating information matrix with consistency strategy,a distributed target tracking algorithm based on the posterior information of the information matrix is *** the problem of filtering divergence while target is leaving radar surveillance area,a k-coverage algorithm based on particle swarm optimization is applied to plan the radar motion trajectory for achieving filtering convergence.
