Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are considered to be one of the most promising systems applied in all-solid-state lithium metal batteries(ASSLMBs)on account of their chemical and electrochemical ro bustness,mechanical stability,cost-effective and scalable manufacturing ***,significant en deavors have been directed towards mitigating the formation of the Li dendrite in SPE-based ASSLMBs while research on the inactive lithium in the forms of the solid-electrolyte interface has been rarely re ***,a bi-functional GaI3additive is developed for in-situ generating Li_(3)Ga alloy for suppressing Li dendrite growth,as well as I3-in recovering dead *** on the density functional theory(DFT)results,the Li atom prefers to deposit on the Li_(3)Ga surface and then guide uniform Li deposi tion,while the I3species features a relatively lower lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)energy level(-2.12 e V),meaning a higher electron affinity,which is beneficial for reviving inactive lithium to counterbalance the loss of *** a result,in comparison to cells employing pure PEGDME-based electrolytes,the Li-Li symmetric cells utilizing GaI3-containing solid-state electrolyte exhibited a cycling life nearly 30 times longer at a current density/capacity of 0.2 mA/cm^(2),0.2 mAh/cm^(2).The full batterie of LFP//1%GaI3-SPE//40μm Li delivered a noteworthy capacity retention of 82%after 1300 cycles at a rate of 1 C.

In the demand response process involving multi-agent participation,multiple parties’interests are involved and response execution status supervision is *** centralized demand response systems lack trust *** the same time,traditional centralized cloud management can no longer support massive terminal services,resulting in delays in demand response *** build a distributed trusted demand response architecture based on blockchain,illustrating the information interaction process in the demand bidding process and container-based edge-side heterogeneous resource *** also propose a demand bidding algorithm that takes into account both the day-ahead market and the intraday market,aiming to maximize the aggregator’s *** addition,a virtual resource management algorithm to support demand response tasks is also proposed to optimize computing resource allocation and meet business latency *** results demonstrate that compared with only cloud computing or edge computing,the solution we proposed can reduce response delay by more than 39% for the sample *** cost is saved by about 10.25%during container scheduling.

What control the spatial patterns and predictions of runoff response over the contiguous USA?

Understanding the nonlinear relationship between hydrological response and key factors and the cause behind this relationship is vital for water resource management and earth system *** this study,we undertook several steps to explore the ***,we partitioned runoff response change(RRC)into multiple components associated with climate and catchment properties,and examined the spatial patterns and smoothness indicated by the Moran's Index of RRC across the contiguous United States(CONUS).Subsequently,we employed a machine learning model to predict RRC using catchment attribute predictors encompassing climate,topography,hydrology,soil,land use/cover,and ***,we identified the primary factors influencing RRC and quantified how these key factors control RRC by employing the accumulated local effect,which allows for the representation of not only dominant but also secondary ***,we explored the relationship between ecoregion patterns,climate gradients,and the distribution of RRC across *** findings indicate that:(1)RRC demonstrating significant connections between catchments tends to be well predicted by catchment attributes in space;(2)climate,hydrology,and topography emerge as the top three key attributes nonlinearly influencing the RRC patterns,with their second-order effects determining the heterogeneous patterns of RRC;and(3)local Moran's I signifies a collaborative relationship between the patterns of RRC and their spatial smoothness,climate space,and ecoregions.

Tropane alkaloids(TAs)are a kind of plant secondary metabolite that mainly originate from *** have potent anticholinergic activity,and are well-known anticholinergic drugs,but have also been reported as plant *** studies have been conducted on TAs,but no scientometric research has been *** study aimed to expound the knowledge network and development of the feld of TAs and predict the emerging development topics based on *** particular,this research combined VOSviewer and CiteSpace for visualization and covered 1,298 related scientifc publications(1953–2022).The research on TAs is rapidly developing,with the participation of 86 countries,1,129 research institutions,and 4,087 ***,the University of Geneva,and *** are the most productive country,institution,and researcher,***,the main research topics on TAs include biosynthesis,in vitro synthesis,chemical synthesis,and determination *** 2018,the monitoring of TAs in food related to human health has shown citation burst characteristics,which is considered an emerging development trend in the *** fndings of this study will enable researchers to quickly tap into the knowledge background/structure of TAs from massive data to provide a reference for further research.

Gut microbes are closely related with human health,but remain much to *** symbiosum is a conditionally pathogenic human gut bacterium and regarded as a potential biomarker for early diagnosis of intestinal ***,the absence of an efficient toolbox that allows diverse genetic manipulations of this bacterium limits its in-depth ***,we obtained the complete genome sequence of *** ATCC 14940,a representative strain of *** this basis,we further developed a series of genetic manipulation methods for this ***,following the identification of a functional replicon pBP1 in *** ATCC 14940,a highly efficient conjugative DNA transfer method was established,enabling the rapid introduction of exogenous plasmids into ***,we constructed a dual-plasmid CRISPR/Cas12a system for genome editing in this bacterium,reaching over 60% repression for most of the chosen genes as well as efficient deletion(>90%)of three target ***,this toolbox was used for the identification of crucial functional genes,involving growth,synthesis of important metabolites,and virulence of *** ATCC *** work has effectively established and optimized genome editing methods in intestinal ***,thereby providing strong support for further basic and application research in this bacterium.

Typhoon-Induced Ocean Waves and Stokes Drift:A Case Study of Typhoon Mangkhut(2018)

Ocean waves and Stokes drift are generated by *** study investigated the characteristics of ocean waves and wave-induced Stokes drift and their effects during Typhoon Mangkhut using European Centre for MediumRange Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)ERA5 datasets and observational *** results revealed that the typhoon generated intense cyclones and huge typhoon waves with a maximum wind speed of 45 m/s,a minimum pressure of955 h Pa,and a maximum significant wave height of 12 *** Stokes drift caused by typhoon waves exceeded 0.6m/s,the Stokes depth scale exceeded 18 m,and the maximum Stokes transport reached 6 m^(2)/*** spatial distribution of 10-m wind speed,typhoon wave height,Stokes drift,Stokes depth,and Stokes transport during the typhoon was highly correlated with the typhoon *** distribution along the typhoon track showed significant zonal asymmetry,with greater intensity on the right side of the typhoon track than on the left *** findings provide important insights into the impact of typhoons on ocean waves and Stokes drift,thus improving our understanding of the interactions between typhoons and the ocean *** study also investigated the contribution of Stokes transport to the total net transport during typhoons using Ekman-Stokes Numbers as a comparative *** results indicated that the ratio of Stokes transport to the total net transport reached up to 50%within the typhoon radius,while it was approximately 30%outside the *** Stokes transport induced by typhoon waves led to divergence in the transport direction,which resulted in upwelling of the lower ocean as a compensation ***,Stokes transport played a crucial role in the vertical mixing of the ocean during *** findings suggested that Stokes transport should be paid more attention to,particularly in high latitude ocean regions,where strong winds can amplify its effects.

Reducing Operation Emissions and Improving Work Efficiency Using a Pure Electric Wheel Drive Tractor

In response to the problems of excessive greenhouse-gas and particulate emissions and the low traction efficiency of conventional diesel tractors in the field,a purely electric wheel-side drive tractor was studied,including an electric motor drive system,a battery ballast system,and an electro–hydraulic suspension *** paper develops a dynamics model of an electric tractor-ploughing unit under complex soil conditions,leading to the proposal of an active control method for drive wheel torque and a joint control method for the traction force of the suspension system and the front-and rear-axle loads of a ***,the tractor is prototyped and assembled,and ploughing tests are carried *** ploughing results show that the active torque-distribution control method proposed in this study reduces the tractor slip by 14.83%and increases the traction efficiency by 10.28%compared with the average torquedistribution *** with the conventional traction control mode,the joint control method for traction and ballast proposed in this paper results in a 3.7%increase in traction efficiency,a 15.05%decrease in slip,and a 4.9%reduction in total drive motor energy *** study will help to improve the operation quality and traction efficiency of electric tractors in complex soil conditions.
