Heterointerfaces formed by the intimate connection of different materials with electromagnetic losses are expected to achieve stronger electromagnetic(EM)***,constructing composites with heterointerfaces still faces great challenges in facile preparation process,optimized impedance matching,high reflection loss(RL),and ultrathin matching *** this work,we develop ZIF-8 functionalized MXene to produce hierarchical Ti_(3)C_(2)@C@ZnO composites with heterointerface to advance EM absorption *** with polydopamine(PDA),few-layer Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene sheets enable adsorption of Zn^(2+)metal ions on Ti3C2Tx@PDA by electrostatic interaction for in-situ growth of ***_(3)C_(2)/C/ZnO heterointerface were obtained after heat treatment of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PDA@ZIF-8 nanocomposites at various *** Ti_(3)C_(2)/C/ZnO-600℃ with 1.15 mm thickness have a RL of−50.241 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth of 3.50 ***-depth studies on the electromagnetic loss mechanisms reveal that Ti3C2,carbon,and ZnO in nanocomposites generate multiple interfacial polarization losses beyond partial conductivity losses caused by Ti_(3)C_(2) and *** vacancy defects in ZnO form dipole losses with *** work not only provides a simple and effective concept for preparing MXene@MOFs heterogeneous composites as an ultrathin and strong electromagnetic wave absorber,but also offers a vital guideline to fabricate various metal oxides derived from the MXene and metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)precursors.

Development of a C3c-based ELISA method for the determination of anti-complementary potency of Bupleurum polysaccharides

Traditionally, determination of inhibitory potency of complement inhibitors is performed by the hemolytic assay. However, this assay is not applicable to the lectin pathway, thus impeding the understanding of complement inhibitors against the overall function of the complement system. The main objective of our study was to develop a specific enzyme-linked immunosoihent assay (ELISA) as an alternative method to assess the anti-complement activity, particularly against the lectin pathway. By using respective coating substrates against different activation pathways, followed by capturing the stable C3c fragments, our ELBA method can be used to screen complement inhibitors against the classical pathway and the lectin pathway. The inhibitory effect of sununin on the classical pathway, as measured by our hemolytic assay is consistent with previous reports. Further assessment of suramin and Bupleurum polysaccharides against the lectin pathway showed a good reproducibility of the method. Comparison of the lectin pathway IC5is between *** var, purviPliam polysaccharides (1.055 ingtmE) and Buplcurann chinense polysaccharides (0.98 ing/mL) showed that similar to the classical and alterative pathway, these two Bupleurum polysaccharides had comparable anti complementary properties against the lectin pathway. The results demonstrate that the described EIASA assay can compensate for he shortcomings of the hemolytic assay in lectin pathway. Digital micro-thruster arrays can be used for special missions of micro/nano-satellites with the requirements of high precision and small *** paper presents a novel control allocation algorithm for the digital micro-thruster array,namely status graph based control allocation(SGBCA)algorithm,which aims at finding the optimal micro thrusters combination scheme to realize the sequential control synthesis for micro/nano-satellite during real-time orbit control tasks.A mathematical model is set up for the control allocation of this multivariate over-actuated *** dividing thrusters into disjoint segments by offline calculation and combining segments dynamically online to provide a sequence of the required impulse for the micro/nano-satellite,the time complexity of the control allocation algorithm decreases *** levels of impulse can be generated by the digital micro thruster arrays and the service life of the arrays can be extended using the segment converting strategy proposed in this *** simulation indicates that the algorithm can satisfy the requirements of real-time orbit control for micro/nano-satellites.

Radiofrequency coil is one of the most important components for a nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)*** this article,some planar micro coils with an inner diameter of 2 mm and number of turns that varied from 1 to 11 were investigated based on the printed circuit board(PCB)*** electrical characterization of micro coils show that self-resonant frequencies are larger than 200 ***,an NMR measurement platform with a static magnetic field of 0.66 T was constructed and the signal to noise ratio(SNR)values of the NMR were *** was found that the SNR is optimal when the turn number of the micro coils is six and the excitation time of a 90°pulse is 0.8?***,we used the micro coil with six turns to study the transverse relaxation rate of copper sulfate pentahydrate aqueous solution with different *** was found that the transverse relaxation rate is proportional to the solution *** from the micro coil were verified by measurements using a Bruker Minispec MQ60.

Houttuynia cordata Thunb. is a traditional herb used for clearing heat and eliminating toxins,and has also been used for the treatment of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS). In vitro, the crude H. cordata polysaccharides(CHCP) exhibited potent anti-complementary activity through both the classical and alternative pathways by acting on components C3 and C4 of the complement system without interfering with the coagulation system. This study was to investigate the preventive effects of CHCP on acute lung injury(ALI) induced by hemorrhagic shock plus lipopolysaccharide(LPS) instillation(two-hit)and LPS-induced fever in rats. CHCP significantly attenuated pulmonary injury in the "two-hit" ALI model by reducing pulmonary edema and protein exudation in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF). In addition, it reduced the deposit of complement activation products in the lung and improved oxidantantioxidant imbalance. Moreover, CHCP administration inhibited fever in rats, reduced the number of leukocytes and restored serum complement levels. The inhibition on the inappropriate activation of complement system by CHCP may play an important role in its beneficial effects on inflammatory diseases. The anti-complementary polysaccharides are likely to be among the key substances for the heatclearing function of H. cordata.

In this paper,we build a two-period English auction model to study the relative movements between buyers'and sellers'reservation prices in the housing *** show that changes in sellers'reservation prices are jointly determined by changes in buyers'reservation prices,probability of buyers offering a high or low price,and the arrival rate of *** the divergence between the buyers'and sellers'reservation prices widens,the probability of sale increases in the upward market and decreases in the downward market,contributing to the increases or decreases in market liquidity.

Four marine cyanobacterial isolates, named 104, 109, 113 and 115, from marine water off China’s coast can release a large amount of exopolysaccharide (EPS) to *** effects of different components in medium on EPS production by the four isolates were investigated. Under the optimal condition, the EPS released by isolates 104, 109, 113 and 115 reached 7.48 g L-1, 8.33 g L-1, 18.26 g L-1, and 6.78 g L-1 within 14 d, respectively. Based on the conventional identification methods for cyanobacteria, these isolates were assigned to genus Cyanothece.
