Short-term load forecasting based on CEEMDAN-VMD-GLT model

The high level of randomness in user-level load sequences presents formidable challenges for load forecasting in power *** this research,the complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EMD)with adaptive noise(CEEMDAN)algorithm is employed for a primary decomposition of the original load sequence to reduce its complexity,and the variational mode decomposition(VMD)is used for a secondary decomposition of the high-frequency sequence to extract its characteristics more *** decomposed and reconstructed load sequences are input into long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network,gated recurrent unit(GRU)and Transformer models for prediction,then the corresponding ensemble model based on the three models is proposed to realize short-term load forecasting(STLF).The combination of LSTM,GRU and Transformer is referred to as *** STLF method is based on the CEEMDAN-VMD-GLT *** validate the performance of the proposed model,the dataset of a cement factory in Wuhu City is taken as an example,experimental results show that the proposed ensemble model improves the prediction accuracy by 4.061%,4.447%,and 1.765%,respectively,compared to the three benchmark models,namely CEEMDAN-VMD-GRU,CEEMDAN-VMD-LSTM,and CEEMDAN-VMD-Transformer,demonstrating good predictive *** simulation results provide a theoretical basis and data support for load forecasting at the user level in the power system and in the industrial production sector.

In this paper, a novel robust precoder with imperfect channel state information(CSI)is proposed for multi-input multi-output(MIMO)cognitive multiuser networks equipped with relays. In the proposed model, the secondary users(SUs)are allowed to share the spectrum with the primary users(PUs)when the interference temperature(IT)is below a specific threshold. The transmitting strategy of relays is amplify-and-forward(AF), and the CSI error is characterized in terms of spherical uncertainty region. A minmax problem for the transmit power of the relays is considered when the mean square error(MSE)of SUs and the IT of PU meet their corresponding thresholds, and it is transformed into a semi-definite programming(SDP)problem to search for the solution. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed precoder.

With the rapid development of wireless communication industry, shortage situation of spectrum resource is increasingly significant. It has become an important topic to study cognitive radio spectrum allocation algorithm that is of higher spectrum utilization ratio, less system power consumption and better algorithm efficiency. Analyzes spectrum allocation models based on genetic algorithm, and then puts forward new improved genetic algorithm. The algorithm adopts niche crowding operation to avoid individual inbreeding. It adaptively adjusts crossover and mutation probability to keep them always in the appropriate state. It provides more equal individual competition opportunity by hierarchical measures, which can effectively avert premature convergence to local optimal solution. It obviously improves the district's total transfer rate on the premise that it has met the requirements of minimum user transfer rate and limitations of maximum total power and maximum bit error rate. Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Spectrum sensing is studied for multi-user cognitive radio networks in this paper. An improved spectrum sensing method----energy-cooperative detection method is developed, which combines the double threshold energy detecting method with the “OR” fusion decision rule. The simulation is done for both AWGN channel and Rayleigh channel, and the advantages of the improved method are verified.

＜正＞m-Sequence is one of the most widely used codes in the spread spectrum communications. The triple correlation function （TCF） of an m-sequence and its peak characteristic are studied using higher-order statistical processing technique in this paper. The dependence of TCF peak number and TCF peak location on the stage number and the feedback logic of the linear feedback shift register （LFSRG） has been shown by the simulation. Some important conclusions regarding the production of m-sequences have been achieved and proved in theory. The peak characteristic serves as a theoretical basis for the detection and recognition of m-sequences and the direct sequence spread spectrum （DS/SS） signals. A method for TCF peak detection is proposed and testified by simulation.

为了解决波分复用(WDM)网络中由于流量分布变化而导致网络中预配置P圈保护资源分配不准确的问题,提出了可重构P圈的概念,并建立了一种基于网络性能参数进行重新配置的P圈模型。在OPNET中搭建仿真平台,基于泛欧COST239网络拓扑结构,对提出的模型进行了验证。仿真结果表明,根据网络的变化重新计算优选P圈,可以降低网络的性能抖动,提高网络的保护资源利用率。
