Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),a double-stranded DNA virus with an envelope,is a ubiquitous pathogen that is prevalent in humans,although most people who contract it do not develop symptoms(Kerr,2019).While the primary cells EBV attacks are epithelial cells and B lymphocytes,its target range expands to a variety of cell types in immunodeficient hosts.Serological change occurs in 90%of infected patients.Therefore,immunoglobulin M(IgM)and IgG,serologically reactive to viral capsid antigens,are reliable biomarkers for the detection of acute and chronic EBV infections(Cohen,2000).Symptoms of EBV infection vary according to age and immune status.

To the Editor:Sarcopenia is defined as age-related loss of skeletal musclemass and strength,with an incidence of5%to 13%in persons aged>60 years.[1]Sarcopenia is considered a major contributor of frailty in the elderly,and frailty is reported to be associated withpoor outcomes of older people.Sarcopenia can also increase the risk of falls and fractures.

A total of 64 patients with acute lacunar infarction were enrolled within 24 hours of onset. The patients received conventional therapy （antiplatelet drugs and hypolipidemic drugs） alone or conventional therapy plus 450 mg Xueshuantong once a day. The main ingredient of the Xueshuantong lyophilized powder used for injection was Panax notoginseng saponins. Assessments were made at admission and at discharge using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, the Activity of Daily Living and the Mini-Mental State Examination. Additionally, the relative cerebral blood flow, relative cerebral blood volume and relative mean transit time in the region of interest were calculated within 24 hours after the onset of lacunar infarction, using dynamic susceptibility contrast magnetic resonance perfusion imaging technology. Patients underwent a follow-up MRI scan after 4 weeks of treatment. There was an improvement in the Activity of Daily Living scores and a greater reduction in the scores on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the treatment group than in the control group. However, the Mini-Mental State Examination scores showed no significant differences after 4 weeks of treatment. Compared with the control group, the relative cerebral blood flow at discharge had increased and showed a greater improvement in the treatment group. Furthermore, there was a reduction in the relative mean transit time at discharge and the value was lower in the treatment group than in the control group. The experimental findings indicate that Xueshuantong treatment improves neurological deficits in elderly patients with lacunar infarction, and the mechanism may be related to increased cerebral perfusion.

For the pursuit of high energy supercapacitors,the development of high performance pseudocapacitance or battery-type negative electrode material is urgently needed to make up for the capacity shortage of commercial electric double layer capacitor(EDLC)type materials.Herein,a porous and defect-rich Fe_(x)Bi_(2-x)S_(3) solid solution structure is firstly constructed by employing Fe-doped Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3) porous nanosheets as a precursor,which presents dramatically increased energy storage performance than Bi_(2)S_(3) and FeS_(2) phase.For the optimized Fe_(x)Bi_(2-x)S_(3) solid solution(FeBiS-60%),the Fe solute is free and random dispersed in Bi_(2)S_(3) framework,which can effectively modulate the electronic structure of Bi element and introduce rich-defect due to the existence of Fe(II).Meanwhile,the FeBiS-60%,constructed by pore nanosheets that are assembled by self-supported basic nanorod units,presents rich mesoporous channels for fast mass transfer and abundant active sites for promoting capacity performance.Therefore,a high capacitance of 832.8 F·g^(-1) at a current density of 1 A·g^(-1) is achieved by the FeBiS-60%electrode.Furthermore,a fabricated Ni3S_(2)@Co_(3)S_(4)(NCS)//FeBiS-60%hybrid supercapacitor device delivers an outstanding energy density of 85.33 Wh·kg^(-1) at the power density of 0.799 kW·kg^(-1),and ultra-long lifespan of remaining 86.7%initial capacitance after 8700 cycles.

The superconducting ground state of kagome metals AV_(3)Sb_(5)(where A stands for K,Rb,or Cs)emerges from an exotic charge density wave(CDW)state that potentially breaks both rotational and time reversal symmetries.However,the specifics of the Cooper pairing mechanism,and the nature of the interplay between these two states remain elusive,largely due to the lack of momentum-space(k-space)superconducting energy gap structure.By implementing Bogoliubov quasiparticle interference(B QPI)imaging,we obtain k-space information on the multiband superconducting gap structureΔ_(SC)^(i)(k)in pristine CsV_(3)Sb_(5).We show that the estimated energy gap on the vanadium d_(xy/x^(2)-y^(2))orbital is anisotropic but nodeless,with a minimal value located near the M point.Interestingly,a comparison ofΔ_(SC)^(i)(k)with the CDW gapΔ_(CDW)^(i)(k)obtained by angle-re solved photoemission spectro scopy(ARPES)reveals direct k-space competition between the se two order parameters,i.e.,the opening of a large(small)CDW gap at a given momentum corresponds to a small(large)superconducting gap.When the long-range CDW order is suppressed by replacing vanadium with titanium,we find a nearly isotropic energy gap on both the V and Sb bands.This information will be critical for identifying the microscopic pairing mechanism and its interplay with intertwined electro nic orders in this kagome superconductor family.

[目的]农业社会化服务是解决小农户与大市场有效对接、加速融入现代农业产业体系生产体系经营体系、提升粮食安全保障能力的重要手段。对北大荒农业社会化服务能力对粮食安全影响进行评价分析,提出提升北大荒社会化服务水平和粮食安全保障能力、完善我国发展农业社会化服务政策建议。[方法]文章以北大荒农业社会化服务能力为研究对象,根据粮食安全本质要求和北大荒集团发展战略,基于粮食安全视角构建了北大荒农业社会化服务能力评价指标体系,主要由目标层、准则层(5项)、因子层(17项)、指标层(71项)构成,采用综合模糊评价模型对其评价分析。[结果](1)农业科技服务能力较强,主要体现在种业科研投入强度居于全国前列、农业科技进步贡献率较高、农技应用推广体系完备;(2)生产经营服务能力较强,主要体现在农业生产资料统一供应服务、标准化规模化数字化粮食生产能力和较强的粮食加工转化能力;(3)粮安保障服务能力较强,主要体现在金融保险服务总体完善、农机与基础设施服务健全、数字农服覆盖率高和航化作业服务能力较强、农业绿色发展服务方面突出、收入保障能力较强;(4)粮食收储分销能力中等偏上,但仓储能力和市场交易服务偏弱;(5)农业科技服务能力很强,但科技研发投入及研发人力资源建设偏弱;(6)品牌价值及认证服务水平中等偏上,但品牌认证服务能力一般。[结论]根据综合模糊评价结果,目前北大荒集团农业社会化服务能力处于较强水平,但在科技研发、仓储等基础设施和品牌认证服务能力等方面尚需改进提升。总体上,北大荒集团农业社会化服务对落实我国千亿斤(1斤=0.5 kg)粮食产能提升行动,促进农业节本增效、提质增效、营销增效,带动农民增收、农村经济组织增效,尤其对我国粮食主产区和重要农产品规模种植区发展农业社会化服务具有示范推广的实践价值。

[目的/意义]在科学知识快速更迭的时代背景下,文献引用不规范行为逐渐演化为潜踪匿迹、形式多样的复杂现象,通过文献来源信息建立引用不规范行为的识别方法,并揭示其形成过程的影响因素与内在机理,对于科技期刊规范化、科学评价体系公平化、学术生态环境完善化具有重要意义。[方法/过程]首先,构建引文内容相似度、使用—引用转化率、耦合强度等多维度判定指标;其次,结合相关文献特征与引用内容特征,探究不规范引用行为背后的影响因素与引用情境。[结果/结论]本文在300万条文献耦合数据中发现了近4万组隐形三角引用关系,表征了隐形三角引用行为在科学界的普遍存在。在引用情境分析中,文献语言、文献类型、所属学科领域是文献C转引文献A的影响因素,文献A、B所在期刊影响力、自身被引影响力、发表时间差异是文献C选择匿引文献B的影响因素。科学界应意识到这种不规范引用行为的紧迫性和重要性,逐步建立识别与监督机制。

智慧馆员需要具有什么能力和如何培养,对数智时代的图书馆建设具有重要意义和价值。文章在产出导向教育理论和胜任力模型的基础上,提出了智慧馆员能力需求、培养和评价框架体系,并通过德尔菲法修订完善。首先,采用文献内容和计量分析法提取智慧图书馆的业务需求,结合国家社会需求,提出了智慧馆员的培养目标。其次,从知识和技术技能、社会技能、品质道德、素养思维4个维度把培养目标分解为9个可度量的智慧馆员胜任力指标体系。最后,为了确保全覆盖和评估,构建了课程体系与指标体系的关联矩阵,制定了指标度量评价量规和智慧馆员队伍持续发展的保障机制。
